The store was clean and organized.When I walked in it felt like a dealership experience with out the dealership cost lol.Mike and Stefanie are so fast and friendly!They really made my experience different then any other place I go.I think this may be my new place to go on a regular visit. They even brought me out and showed me things on my car during the courtesy inspection that I needed to know about.

Well first of all, Mr. Tires pricing beat the competitors prices by about $240. So, that is of course at the top of my review. However, what REALLY made this location so deserving of 5 stars is the staff at the front desk. Stephanie is so informative and honest, she makes sure you have all the information you need. She also double checks the work to be done, making sure it is all necessary. & Jessie, who worked some kind of magic today to have my car done by the time I needed it so I could get to work on time. She is so polite and also goes above and beyond to answer your questions. I personally didn't get to meet or converse with the tech's BECAUSE all of my questions were answered by the front staff. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this location, and I will continue to refer my friends and family as well. :)

The staff was amazing! I was visiting from out of town. Staying at the hotel next door when I noticed the fire was flat. We went over first thing in morning and they got us right in. They were very kind and understanding of our situation. We were under time constraints trying to get to our son s first college baseball game. And we were so far away from home. They were so informative and friendly. I couldn t ask for a better experience. You ve got a great team!

Had a flat tire on my way to work and stopped by without an appointment and they were able to get me right in. They even changed the oil for me. Very friendly people, greeted me as soon as I walked in. I will be returning when it s time for new tires!

Hello! My name is Demetria and I typically use this store for all of my repair needs as it is the closest to my home. I have always received excellent customer service, however, today was very different. I went into the store to get my tires filled as I normally do. I was told that they now have a hose that they allow customers to use ( this is not typical, a tech has always assisted me.) I asked if a tech could just show me how to use it and I was immediately dismissed by a man at the front. He said, No, all of our techs are busy . Meanwhile there are four tech at the front doing nothing. Maybe corporate can take a look at the camera around this time. I called to ask for a customer service number which I was then told that they don t keep the number in store, by the same man. I think noone wanted to help because it was raining, but to just dismiss me after I offered to help myself if someone would just show me is wild. Very poor customer service. From the interaction it seemed like he was the manager the way he continued to interject when someone else was talking to me. Being the manager does not mean being unkind or dismissive. Its an indication of poor leadership skills and arrogance. Overall poor experience and could have been handled better. P.S. I was in the store at 4:47pm 4/3/2024.

They do not know what they're doing. Literally left their lot and my entire tire came off of my vehicle within a block of leaving the location. Customer service is poor, they claim I couldn't get a refund because they "performed services" and their insurance covered the damages to my vehicle. Do not make the same mistake. Mind you I simply came there for them to put brand new tires on the front and rotate the current tires to the back.Just for clarification because of the owner's reply, I called their customer service and they confirmed they would not give me a refund because they provided me a service. Clearly it does not matter how poorly and inefficiently they provide the service, but just that they provided it.

I dealt with Jessy at the Notingham location. I came in because I had 2 low tires. One of the tires needed a plug because it had a screw in it. The second tire I needed was fully flat and I thought that it would need replaced from the ride over here. Instead of just replacing the tire and taking the extra money Jessy was honest and let me know that the problem was just a valve stem and that there was minimal sidewalls damage so I was able to just replace the valve stem at a much lower price. If you need help with your service needs go see Jessy.

First let me say as a single female how refreshing it was to have the services that my car needs explained to me rather than just being handed a list of them like at other places. Mr. Tire at White Marsh was recommended to me by a woman, which was recommended to her by another woman. I had been putting off getting new tires forever simply because I got tired of being handed the list of things my car needed at other tire places or at the dealership. I called Mr. Tire and Stephanie was able to special order the tires I wanted. When I took my car in, I asked her about the other things that had been recommended by other places that I never had done. She answered all of my questions and helped me decide what services needed to be addressed. From my experiences elsewhere, I was expecting a long list of additional things after the mechanic looked at my car, but that didn t happen. I should also mention that Mr. Tire has a credit card with 0% financing for 6 months, which helps out with big purchases (again, single female here). I was also thrilled to learn to learn that they are open 7 days a week so I can schedule maintenance or repairs on the weekends and do not have to miss time from work.

This location had my car for over 10 hours for an inspection an I had an appointment. I called multiple times 1pm, 4pm, and 6pm. They told me multiple times they where still working on it. When I arrived at 6:15 to get some things out of my car it was still parked where I drop it off at 8am an it had never been move. The manager frank smith he was not apologetic all he said was the inspection box was down and he couldn t work on my car but over the phone he said they where in the process.

Terrible customer service! Got 4 tires done here brand new and they damaged my TPMS sensor. When I call them about it they refuse to take care of it and say the battery must have died when it was just fine before I dropped the car off. Charged me an extra $150 and the white old lady at the front desk needs to be fired for unprofessionalism! Stay away from this location!!!!!!! Worst Mr tire in Maryland!

Do NOT give these people your business! Stephanie the front desk person was BEYOND RUDE. In addition to not being greeted upon entering the business, she couldn t be bothered to look at me while I asked my question. To then only insult my intelligence once the question was posed.

Michael and the technician were so great and helped me with a new tire. They were super busy and still fit me in and helped me out in a timely manner. I will defiantly be returning for my tire needs.

Appearance/Cleanliness 5/5,Speed 3/5,Pricing 3/5,Tire/work Quality 5/5,Professionalism 1/5,Communication 2/5Stooped in without an appointment for new tires and alignment. Driving up the building has a nic, clean, inviting look, and the lobby is clean.Upon entering, one staff member tried to acknowledge me while the other two loudly talked across her, making jabs at each other and joking about how to handle procedures. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional as i stood there for almost 3 minuets before they quieted down enough for me to talk. I can appreciate having fun at your job, but this was like being with a bunch of 4th graders just in from recess.Asking for pricing felt like I was part of some sort of game show asking me if I wanted low middle or high-priced tires but refused to give me price ranges or specs before I answered. I felt like the price they were going to give was going to be based on how much they could gouge me for rather than consistent pricing for each customer / product.When I asked when it would be done but only received a vague, it would be done today. I went and spent time at local stores and then waited in the lobby for 3 1/2 hours without updates, and 15 min before close, they informed me it was done.

Made a appointment to wait on car...sat..hour later my car had not been moved..I ask about it..told me appointment just means a place in line not that they will service me at that time...people plan days around appiintments...if you can't honor it..don't take appointment. No apology..just said "just give her the key back". Lost a reliable customer!

I had an extraordinary experience at Mr. Tire in White Marsh. Francis is the man! I dropped off my vehicle and returned to work. He not only told me what was wrong, he also sent me pics!! How's that for total transparency! The price was a third of that the dealership planned to charge me. Francis goes way above what's expected to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this location. I pass 3 other locations to patronize this location. If you decide to check them out, ask for Francis by name.

5/29 I got a second opinion. You will see the photos of the seal on the tail light. The questions is was that seal a part of the replacement assembly? If so, it was not replaced it has similar wear to the one that was not replaced. You are a resolver of problems. Please help me out here. I brought my car in AGAIN to fix my tail light that was previously replaced at this facility. This is how it went. - 4/4 Discovered moisture on my back passenger seat.- Brought my car to Mr. Tire at 10:20 am 4/5/2021- Checked status of vehicle 11:14 checking the weather stripping and making sure all screws are tight. Jim said if it still has the issue, on the next rainy day bring it back I requested that the pooled water be vacuumed.- 12:36 went back to desk to check on my vehicle. It was complete no one came to me to let me know. I ve been here since 10:20.- Get the keys no paperwork was given, I even asked if there was any. I check before I pull off and there is still a pool of water under my seat.- 12:46 go back to let them know. The young lady asks me to pull around so they can vacuum it better. A young man gets sent over to me. He does his best, but it s wasn t good enough. He felt the pool of water. And exclaimed that s a lot of water . I go back into the waiting area to speak to Jim. He tried to tell me they did what they could. I told him it wasn t good enough and they needed to do more. We are talking water on metal! Rust! Hello! I told them if they have to take the seat out, that s what they have to do. They took the seat off and vacuumed the water. My seat was still saturated. I lost out on a whole days pay!!!!!! Nothing was offered for my time. And now, I have horrible water stains on my back seat. UNACCEPTABLE.Separate review: I previously posted a 1 star review for this location. There was a miscommunication, that Frank and I eventually got to the bottom of. He rectified the situation on his end. Thank you for your apology and fixing the problem. My trust has been restored.

During my appointment before this one, they recommended I get new windshield wipers. I agreed, and then one of the windshield wipers they installed flew off my car while driving home on the highway in the rain. I had to stop and buy another wiper to install myself. I had tried to contact Monro about a refund when it happened and got no response, so I tried to get what I paid credited against my bill yesterday. I was told they couldn't do that, and that I needed to contact Monro again. I really did like this shop and even had recommended it to others before, but this whole experience is souring me against it.

Don't take you car here for Maryland State Inspection. Please don't!Ignore the five stars and read the other reviews here about state inspections these guys do.I have my own shop but since we don't do MD state inspections I took my own vehicle that is in excellent condition here.They wrote it up for tires. They still have 40% life left in them. They are getting close, but none of them are close to the indicator.They failed it for alignment. You can do 100mph on this car and it won't pull at all.The best part is that they called saying that they can't take off a lug nut. I said is it stripped? They said yes. I told them all the lug nuts were fine and that I rotated the tires myself 4 months ago. I know the lug nuts were good. They said they can break it off but it will cost an extra $130. Hahaha... you are messing with the wrong person my friend.Asked them to stop working on my car and took it out.I give them one star for having good communication but that doesn't mean that they won't rip you off if you don't know cars.If you decide to take your car here for inspection, let me tell you what they will fail it for (doesn't matter what car it is or when you had it last serviced).-Tires-Alignment-Wipers- Ball joint or sway barAll repairs they specialize in. If your car doesn't fail for 3 out of 4 of the items before I owe you coffee.

I cannot understate now great this place is. I drive past several other Mr. Tires just to get here. Came in at 5pm today and they took me anyway! Amazing service, always professional, always courteous, I could not ask for more. Thanks guys for everything you do!!!

Thank you so much to the entire team that helped me today. I am so glad that when I needed new tires last year I got them here. Today I had a nail in my tire, and very limited time. Not only did y all do a great turn around time for me .it ended up FREE! I can t stress enough GET YOUR TIRES HERE, with the warranty it was stress free! Stephanie, at the front desk was so knowledgeable too. The gentleman that worked on my car was great. THANK YOU!!!!

Came for an 8am appointment and no one was in the shop and the door was locked. Called multiple times and customer service and no help at all. Would not recommend this location poor communication and customer service. Shop says they open at 730am yet no one is there.

This Mr. Tire is hands down the best auto experience I've had. Professional environment, outstanding and fast service, and the staff/mechanics were very professional and well knowledgeable. I came here to get an alignment and all new tires. I couldn't be happier with my decision.

I m not sure what s going on at this location, but the past few times I ve been given the we only have one tech on site today excuse. I had a morning appointment and was told I would have to leave my car there all day and to return at 5pm. I said no thanks. I came back a week later at 7:30am but they didn t open the doors until 7:45am. I requested an oil change and tire rotation and was told again, I would need to leave my car there until 5pm. I won t be coming back here, this place has gone downhill. There s plenty of other places to go, such as the new Valvoline in Perry Hall. They did my oil change and tire rotation in 20 minutes.

I was quoted $40 for a flat repair.It would be cheaper to purchase a used tire.The sales rep was extremely nasty.He blamed his attitude on a missing manager and lack of service personnel.

Had a good experience at Mr Tire. Both Joe and Jennifer were nice and responsive. Dropped my vehicle off one day and picked it up the next. So far no issues and no complaints. Customer service is most important to me and they delivered.
