Prices/items advertised online were not the same in store (much higher) even though price matching is guaranteed . Perhaps installation fees aren t included in the online pricing even though it says they are? I made an appointment online and went in same day, but unfortunately the tires I ordered weren t in stock so I had to make another one for the next day. The website doesn t seem to communicate with the stores, so I would recommend calling ahead. Otherwise, the staff is really friendly and it was a smooth process. Customer service here is 10/10. Had an appointment but it still took about 3 hours for 4 new tires and alignment so be prepared to wait. I m very happy with the quality of the work done.

Prices seemed to be standard for a full synthetic oil change, and the employee I worked with was very friendly and professional. Service was quick, and he went out of his way to figure out how to reset the Hyundai "service needed" screen for me. I'll definitely come back for future maintenance needs.

Great attitude. The girl that was at the desk was very helpful & kind. Another customer came in with an attitude bcuz his wife didn't set up her appointment correctly, so he tried to get smart with the girl at the desk. I wanted to get up & cuss him out bcuz she was nothing but very polite to them. But overall I enjoyed my experience here & will be back.

Gets one star because there's no option for none. Based on the reviews, the place went to hell in a hand basket these last few months if it was as good as the other reviews said because my experience has been horrible .This location needs to be closed since there's never enough people that works here to actually help you. I bought a tire with warranty here and returned many times over a course of months to get a replacement even after a plug failed. (Different Mr Tire plugged it for me) I went there one time and was never greeted after waiting minutes so i had to go outside to call the phone to actually speak to someone just so they can tell me to come back another time yet again because they don't have enough people despite the shop looking empty. Thankfully i got help after I was stranded with a completely flat tire at a different Mr Tire on north point rd where they actually know how to treat customers who spend almost $400 for 1 tire.

Don't trust this place. Went for new tires and oil change on 8/12. Got my car back and the first thing I noticed was how DIRTY they left the inside. Covered in black fingerprints all over the driver side door and both front seats and the steering wheel made my hands black during the drive home. Next problem, and this is a HUGE PROBLEM, they did not put the oil cap back on after the oil change. Two days later I realized they left the cap propped up on the windshield near the wipers, just sitting there. My car was stinking like exhaust inside the car as hot oil was spilling out into the engine on a summer day. Unprofessional and incompetent. Totally unacceptable. It's sad because they are close to home and I'd love to be able to use them but not like this. I've attached all photos as proof. I'll be calling over there to discuss this with them.

The service was terrible. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment they said all the technicians left and they told me to come back the next day. When I came back the next day to get my tires installed they scratched my rims and wrote on my rims with a red marker. Poor service and I will never return!!!!

I stopped by the place when I had a flat tire. I was told that they only do patch. I was charged for the patch. I recently found out that the mechanic did plug which started popping out instead of patch for the price of patch. Some magic is happening behind the doors!!!

I had the most amazing experience with Shawn. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service skills, aiming to please all customers. Provided me with information on how to apply for an easy credit card when I had a higher expense that wasn t expected for my services. Thank you Shawn

I had thee best customer service experience with EJ!!! As a walk in, he really looked out for me and took care of all my car needs on the spot. He was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I also had a wonderful experience with Jerry who diagnosed my issue and was very kind as well. Give both of those men raises!

Everything was good, except they were open on Sunday but there was no actual staff there Sunday except for the guy telling us there was no staff there. We had our car towed there because it was supposed to be open, only to find out we would have to wait a day to get our car back. Made Monday morning work commutes a little more hectic. Once they got to work on Monday everything was quick and great.

Overall outstanding customer service all around. Friendly, fast and efficient. I live an hour away and was up here for a doctors appointment, so happy I stopped. Wonderful experience! Thank you so much to your entire team!

After much time spent finding the size tire we needed by visiting various stores/tire centers, we can upon Mr. Tire Center. We telephoned and we re told to come in with our tire and would be taken care of immediately. Met by a young polite professional(Devon) that answered our questions, determined inventory in stock and provided service needed within minutes!!! We would also thank Devon for the teaching moments he provided!! We will definitely use Mr. Tire Center again!!

Excellent service. Nice people. They did not have the tire in stock, so the boss went to the distributor and picked it. Got the tire mounted the same day and I was on my way!

Davon the store manager so great. A good listener to customers complain. He is a great Mr Tire Auto Service Centers Representative. We are proud to have him at 767 branch. Good guy. I highly recommend him strongly for the Company.

Great service. The manager davon was great with me at the counter and my oil change was done in a timely manner. him and his staff were friendly, polite, and informative. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting area. they got a customer for life

This staff is friendly, honest, and professional. The location has a large waiting room to accommodate guests that are waiting. The technician, EJ, is extremely professional and will work with the customer to get the job done in a timely manner.

Only reason they get one star is they recommended putting new pads on old rotors. I took the technicians suggestion only to have severe brake jutter at 65mph for weeks. I went in after a few days and they claimed break in period . I would have gotten new rotors and pads if they suggested it. I replaced all four rotors and pads with a private shop for the cost of four pads. Thank you Mr Tire for giving me the opportunity to waste money. Just tell customers what they need and disregard the possibility of price shock. Don t low ball them and have them waste time and money. Disgraceful.

I went to Mr. Tire to have my tire patched. The customer service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk and the mechanics were professional, kind, & knowledgeable. The reason for the one star rating...my tire rim now has a huge deep scratch.

Davon helped me get my auto neglect under control. Gave me great options on my tires. Showed me why I needed the services he suggested (my tires were big bad), and it was affordable. A1 service!

Workers were very kind and helpful during my first tire change, really made sure i was lookin good
