The person who answered phone identified himself as David and took my contact information and my home address he then told he would call me back when a mechanic would be able to come and do a diagnostic test to determine what was wrong with my car. He also told me there would be a fee of $80 for the test that would be included in the labor cost to make the necessary repairsThe next day two men came to my house and looked at my car did not run any diagnostic test but assured me that this would be an easy repair and all I would need to was purchased the parts so I gave them the $80 fee which my mother witnessed me giving to them so I purchased the items he indicated I would need and called to schedule day for the work to be done I was told that no one was available and as soon as someone was free they would let me know I still have not heard from anyone and it had two monthsService: General repairs & maintenance

Wowww..If this is the place on the side of the building..Junkies with Family Dollar tool sets.They will mess up your car, soon as you leave or turn your back, messed mine up.I wasn't even a problem, I'm cool, calm with everyone, imagine if you give attitude or ask questions....All pictures are stock, no real pictures,WHY??Too much a problem to type.Beware

Unprofessional I will never recommend this place David never showed never called Im new to Baltimore and the level of professionalism sucks makes baltimore look even more horrible .Take care get better people that will provide excellent service I am a customer that s willing to pay for a service to be provided better yet this company needs to get somebody thats going to actually come out and not do a NO CALL , NO SHOW David wasn t apologetic neither I will never recommend or go here point blank . If I could give zero stars I would .Absolutely unacceptable very distasteful.

I called this company on 2/25/2021 to recieve some mechanic work. They came out the same day the mechanic was really nice. He attempted to repair my coolant leak, but ran into some issues. I was informed that the mecahnic will be back out on 2/26/2021 at 11:00 am. The mechanic was not instructed to come back out until maybe 2:00pm. The mechanic ran into another issue and was able to take me to the store to get the part. However, I was informed of the wrong part to purchase and had to wait until the next day to recieve the part. I was informed by the owner or dispatcher that the mechanic will not be back out until Monday. I was very disappointed, I have a mobile business and I understand that things happen. I was informed "the mechanic went above and beyond and could have just put the hose back on and left it." After finding out that the coolant housing crumbled. Which, the mechanic reported that he missed. But, why would someone tell a paying customer this. He could have schedule me for Monday which would have been March 1, 2021. I did not understand why I had to call back inorder to schedule an appointment, when I already was waiting. I should have been rescheduled ASAP. Needless to say, My dad had to take off work to finish the work. I was disappointment, i paid for a service that should have been convient and it was not. I was treated as if the company was doing me a favor. The mechanic however was very nice. But I will never use this company again. Money lost!!!!

I would rate no star if possible. I don't review bad but this is necessary. 2 dirty old men without a tooth in they mouth should've been a red flag for me. but whatever. My belt popped off my car. they diagnosed the tensioner. then they said the belt is just worn. there is no problem with the tensioner. they charged me $300 to put a new belt on. next day it popped off again. I called another mechanic he fixed the tensioner, the original problem. basically I paid them for nothing. DON'T USE THEM.

Very happy with my service! Called to have them come out and fix my boat, got a next day appointment, the mechanic showed up exactly when scheduled, and he worked quickly to figure out the problem. I had never used a mobile service before and was afraid they would take up time trying to find the problem to just run the clock up, but that was not the case at all. He found, and FIXED the problem in 20 minutes. Very professional, and the price was exactly what was stated when I called. I will most definitely be using their services again!

I never write reviews but I feel it is my responsibility for the safety of anyone thinking about working with these people to tell you DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED OR SERIOUSLY INJURED. They did not tighten the lug nuts on my car after changing out 2 tires. The guys showed up extremely late and were extremely rude. Not to mention my tires flew off on the highway. I'm going to report this company and I hope no one else get injured.

I'm part of the google community and I will be trying to see how we can make it possible to be able to give a company a NEGATIVE rating. This company doesn't deserve even the 1 start it takes to do the review.We reached out to them on August 25th because our car wouldn't start they finally made it on the 27th and diagnosed the issue as a bad alternator and charged us $80 which was suppose to be $60 based off what we were told when we called but OK fine. They wouldn't come out on the weekend "cause it was raining" and told us to call at 8:30 Monday morning the 31st. They were short on the phone, very unprofessional and said "11:30 or 1 which one you want" we said 11:30 because its been days 1:50pm still hadn't show or CALLED when we called they were disrespectful, unapologetic, unsympathetic, and plain rude. We got on the phone and found another mechanic in less than 10 minutes he was here at our house with tools in had to diagnose and FIX the issue in about an hr. and within a total of 1.5hrs the issue was properly diagnosed, the REAL mechanic (showed us his aes card) showed us the readings off the alternator and the battery both and explained everything to us so we understood that it was in fact NOT THE ALTERNATOR but merely a dead battery cell. Minus the $80 improperly diagnosing my car the overall experience was total $200 bux! So PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING do not go to this place for service, you will not get it and you will be misled!Service: Battery

Showed up 90 mins late and asked me to remove the tire and I had a 8 month old child in my arms. 2 men wanting my money asked a female holding a 8 month old infant asked me to remove my tire so they could do the work. And you want charge me just for showing up. Ha! They were rude, unapologetic, and cocky for no reason. Don t waste your money. People work hard and deserve respect when they spend their money.

Terrible business, I asked for a refund for 2 days now. I'm calling the cops today if I do not get my money back. Overcharged, ALWAYS late, inconsiderate, VERY RUDE!, and just need to be out of business. So unprofessional and disgusting save you time and money! I wish I could put 0 stars. Calling the cops in 3 hours, if they are not cooperating

One star because that's the lowest I can go. I called to get worked done on my vehicle, and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. Not only was he rude and disrespectful but he hung up on me. I will not recommend them for anything not even to wash my windows. Just saw the response, I'm not a lady. Good try though lol.

I am very unhappy and offended. I called because my car wouldn't start even after trying to jump it for a while. Then the Marty comes out and jumps it and charges me $100. No discussion before hand about the pricing and he made it seem as if he was going to replace my battery or something, but he charged my card and told me to go to the AutoZone. I am really unhappy and I recommend that you (the reader of this review) do NOT use this company.

My experience with Mobile Mechanics of Baltimore was A+! I've done business with them twice so far, the first time was for a new ignition and they referred me to locksmith that did an excellent job. Most recently I was in need of a new starter. Marty was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to see that I was well taken care of by taking me to buy the part that I needed and installing it in a timely manner. Unfortunately the part that was purchased was a faulty rebuild therefore causing my car to break down again leaving me stranded in a shopping center parking lot. I contacted Marty and he was able to come back out and work on my car in the parking lot just enough to get it started so that I could get back home. The following day, Marty came back out to my home, picked me up to return the faulty starter and I was able to purchase a brand new one. Marty and his coworker installed the new starter allowing me to get back on the road. It is not the shops policy to do rework but they wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. This is what you call customer service!!!!!! I will definitely do future business with Mobile Mechanics of Baltimore and will be sure to refer my friends and family.

Customer service was horrible. They didn't even wait to see if the car started. The lighter skinned man had a very bad attitude and the way he talked was unprofessional. As a customer you deserve respect because with out customers you wouldn't have a business.

Really zero stars! These are not mechanic s these are ready Rock smoking con artist who will tear your vehicle up! They will charge you money for stuff you don't need and never fix the problems that you came in with.

Complete trash dude didnt know what he was doing and very un professional had my car for a whole day and didnt even try to fix it. He call himself a mechanic but couldnt even get my car started sml. I dont recommend this guy or his establishment to nobody n im only giving him 1 star bcuz i cant give him negative stars

Never and I mean Never call this place its very unprofessional , first of all the guy was talking to me like he knew me , on top of that.. He told me he would come to my house and be here by 2.. This man just should up to my house at 2:45.. Also he hung up on my boyfriend when he was trying to ask how far away he was!! ... Very Disappointed because I really needed my car fixed!!!

Very unprofessional. I called around 11:40 AM to have my car repaired. I was told "after lunch".It's now after 4PM with no call no show. Very inconvenient as I wanted my car fixed on my day off. I will just have the car towed to a shop.

Had to call the police on this scammer. He took my money to diagnose my timing belt needing to be replaced. He claimed to have a shop on Belair Rd which does not exist. He stole my tags and vandalised my vehicle. Police Report 4-20028166.

I called them because the snow damaged a small part of my car. They came out, in the snow, and charged me less than what other shops quoted me. Friendly and polite, I couldn't ask for better service.

I spoke with someone around 9am who requested that I text my Address and my car repair request. I was told that I would get scheduled for service b4 12pm. No one called me until after 4pm. I had to find another provider

anybody who breaks down should never call this place they are robbers my car broke down and I called this place they came out to change a part I told him I purchased the part from auto zone so he said ok and started working on the car in 5 minutes he said he needs the receipt I said he said he needed to change the part it didn't fit so I gave him the receipt so he could change it would you believe this man placed a old part in my car thank god I made it home just in time for the car to break down again I now had my personal mechanic look at the car he said the part which mobile mechanics replaced needs to be changed I said how is that when I bought a new part and gave it to mobile mechanics to install for me he said well call up ato zone and have them email you a recipt since mobile mechanics didn't even give me back my recipt would you believe when I called auto zone they said mobile mechanics returned my parts and took my money people I now have to have this man arrested thank god auto zone has him on camera and I will see to it that he never robs anybody the way he did me I am working with the law to have him arrested for a variety of things these people are robbers please believe me

They charged to come look at my car and i told them what was wrong . they say 60 for diagnostic but who can you diagnose a car when i know my problem ... Worst service ever

Don't let guys fix your car.It's really a place called Yoons I use to live around the corner from. They're con artists.
