Just came from Midas on eastern Avenue i really appreciate there service and customer service what a great team they have i got a oil change and air filter etc. Ambra, Jesse and Dave where very explanatory about everything that was needed on my vehicle I highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer thank you so much. Ten Stars they get from me.

Nice synthetic and full synthetic oil change price vs others prices , also informed me that the last oil change I had done at Valvoline left the oil drain plug loose about to fall out. I won t be returning to Valvoline 15 minute oil change.

my boyfriend has brought his car to this midas now several times & each time he goes having one issue and they always try to tell him its another thing & upcharge him outrageously for simple things like o2 sensors .. also this last time we went to have them check out the door regulator and we go and pick the car back up after telling them we were gonna hold back on getting it serviced due to the outrageous prices offered . after receiving the car back , we then noticed that the car is now overheating out of nowhere .. this was NOT a problem prior to bringing it to midas. called them only to be told the guy only messed with the door then the lady goes and soeaks to the tech to find out he cleaned off the battery which caused it to reset hence the reason the check engine light is now gone but he apparently didnt mess with anything else , but now the car is overheating.. they told us we would have to bring the car back to see what is causing the overheating and if THEY determine that it was not done by someone there we then have to PAY them to run a pressure test on the vehicle to discover the reason for the overheating. anyway , theyre looking for money and not much else , im sure not every midas is like this but this one specifically just doesnt rlly seem like they have customers best interests in mind at all .

I have been bringing my cars to Midas for about 3-4 years now and this location is great! I feel that I always get an honest opinion on what possible issues could be wrong with my car and I never feel pressured to spend more then needed! This Midas location has my business forever. So grateful we found this Midas team! They have gone above and beyond to assist us with passing the MD State inspection. Initially, we were afraid to go to a shop that might try to have us fix unnecessary things. With this team, we ve met trustworthy inspectors and mechanics to give us advice on what s best financially and best for our vehicle. We hope to not need more repairs anytime soon, but when it happens you have our business!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

The people there are nice and have always been willing to take care of any issues I have had(and I have had a few), but I took my 2020 SUV there a few months ago for an oil change. When I picked my vehicle up and checked the oil level it was a good bit higher on the dip stick than it should have been which isn t good for the engine. And I just went to get my oil changed again somewhere else and realized that the windshield sticker they put on is a permanent sticker! I m going to need a razor blade and goo-gone to get it off. Why would they do that?! So that was kind of the final straw that led me to leave this post. Anyway, like I said, nice guys, but I don t trust taking my vehicle there anymore. I think a bit more needs to be done on paying attention to detail and not just trying to get vehicles in and out.

My experiences with Jesse, Jimmy, Amber, Marie, and the team at Midas in Dundalk have been great. They are helpful, courteous and fair, always pointing me in the right direction regarding the care and servicing of my Infiniti. If they can't detect the problem right away, they won't stop until they do! I can tell you the mechanics at Midas Dundalk do what all mechanics SHOULD do...give you reasons to TRUST them. I forgot his name but the technician that worked on my car was friendly & he was kind, he updated me that everything on my car was fine & when I should be expecting to get my oil changed again. The receptionist was very kind & nice, she was able to answer all of my questions. Their interactions with other customers were also amicable, they explained everything clearly. Overall, I had a really great experience here. I will definitely be back.Service: Oil change

Thank you so much Amber for making our time waiting in the office seem much shorter then it actually was. Carmen was talking about you for the rest of the night saying 'mom and that girl that let me take pictures on her phone was so nice, she's my friend'. So thank you again for making my 4 years olds time be occupied, had it not been for you I'm sure she would have sounded like a broken record asking is it time to go yet. And thank you to the mechanic who did my front wheel alignment my car is riding so much better! I def will be back to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I drive roughly 50,000 miles a year so I'm having some type of work done on my vehicle a couple times a month. Midas in Dundalk, MD is where I go. The staff there are always very friendly and knowledgeable and honest, that's what keeps me coming back!

Great group u guys have here starting with the front deck all the way to the shop. They don't try to add work that don't need to be done and they will show u what's wrong and go with the best way to go about getting you back on the road.

My daughter took in a vehicle for MD inspection and the mechanic documented over $2200 of suspension work that needed to be repaired. I took it to another shop and they said the parts were perfectly fine!!

FROM ONE MIDAS SHOP TO ANOTHER ...KUDOS TO AMBER AND HER CREW. WE HAD A CUSTOMER OF OUR EWING NEW JERSEY MIDAS SHOP BREAK DOWN IN BALTIMORE. WE DIRECTED HIM TO THE SHOP ON EASTERN AVENUE. HE HAD A LEAKING TRANSMISSION COOLER LINE. THEY FIXED THE LEAK WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE JUST A LOOSE FITTING AND DID NOT BACK CHARGE US OR CHARGE THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF " THE MIDAS WAY, THE WAY IT SHOULD BE" . Tony did an exceptional job with my vehicle he notice a piece that was missing from my breaks. which was major and could have been a hazard to me & others on the road. As an 18 year old on her own at college for the first time I had absolutely no idea what to do when my car started acting up. I went into Midas to get an estimate and as soon as I walked in Bob, the service manager, took my car in to see what he could do. He came back shortly and started working on my car immediately. The whole staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. While they could have easily taken advantage of me, Bob worked to get me exactly what I needed. He is friendly, caring and genuinely wanted to help get my car back up and running. I have never experienced better customer service anywhere and will be coming here now on for any car issues. I can t say enough great things about how well these men treated me! They were so caring and understanding of my situation and made me feel very well taken care of. They scratched my wheels and tried to say they didn't do it. Had to take it back because the tire were out of balance. They never used a seat cover or floor mat. The shop is discussing and I'll never use a midas shop again.Service: TiresService: Tires

This place is above AMAZING I love everything about this place and the workers here they go above and beyond and make sure there customers stay happy at all times they truly and greatly helped me out in one of the best ways ever ! I had no clue what was wrong with my car and they checked and did everything to make sure I drove out with a nice and smooth running car! I couldn t even believe it! If I could give 10 stars I would tony and jimmy are amazing and so nice to all and everyone ! This place really knows how to take beautiful and amazing care of all the cars and ALL the customers that come through PLEASE go to the shop you will not be disappointed whatsoever !
