The great staff at Meineke Patapsco Ave always shoot straight even if it results in a lesser repair(less cost paid to them). That kind of transparency is very rare with repair shops. On top of that they keep my truck (which is on the wrong side of 100k miles ) running like it's brand new!

The front desk manager was AMAZING. I over heard a conversation about oil change points that I never knew that and I had 2 oil changes prior to this Saturday. So I ay he is a keeper. I'll keep coming back

The service technician was very helpful and was able to get me in same day even as they were tight on staffing and time, which I appreciate, but the pricing for everything was pretty high. Those are the tradeoffs, I suppose, but in less urgent situations I'd likely shop around a bit more before going back.

My car was towed to Meineke Car Care (800 W Patapsco Rd, Baltimore) after a breakdown on the highway. Greg, the manager onsite, immediately attended to it and the technician advised me on the way forward. Kudos for the professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended!

Great service been with them for over 8yrs Great Guys , Great Customer service , Fast paced. Great environment, I was in and out. Have a new vehicle Subaru Forester quick oil change didn't need brakes or anything. Bathroom was clean.

The customer service is top notch- every time I call they're helpful and provide me guidance on what I may need. They do not try to oversell or sell you services that you don't need. They are quick and their work is top notch. This is my new car care place and I am so grateful to have a place I can trust.Addition... they are still my go to car place and Daniel is superb!

Came to get my CV axles done the outer tie rods done got my car back later then was suppose to because of some issues along the way which cool it happens. I get my car back and notice there were lug nuts missing on both front end tires so I took it back and they ordered m lug nuts when they went to apply the new ones the mechanic said the studs were missing so they had to keep my car for a few more hours. I decided to get another mechanic involved to look over to make sure everything was done and when he took the tire off the bolts to the caliber were missing and I had the final straw. My fiance called to get thiis resolved an all they offered was $150 in credit to he shop when all the things they did were safety issues not only for us but our kids as well. They guy was suppose to contact the owner for a better resolve t of these issues and they have yet to return he call and try to resolve this issues. The mechanic looked like a young kid and didn't know what he was doing. On top of that they were suppose to do an alignment and did not do it and didn't tell us until I asked if they did it and they told me the machiene was broke.

My minivan suddenly lost its power steering on the way to work. I had it towed to Meineke Car Care Center located in 800 W Patapsco Ave, Baltimore as it was close by. Since then it has been a wonderful experience. customer care person Mrs.Hovani at the front desk provided a detailed explanation of the issue and the work that needs to be performed. I told her about my concerns that I needed the minivan by evening since I had to drive back. Before 3 pm I get a call as well as a text stating that the work has been completed. I have driven over 300 miles since the repair. Everything with the van looks great. Thanks Hovani for the wonderful work by your master technician.

I trust them with my car but the prices are sky high. They said I needed to replace my thermostat after they installed a new radiator to my car. It was 290 dollars to replace it. So I went to AutoZone and bought me a thermostat, which was $60) went to a different mechanic and got it replaced for 80 bucks. So that s $140 which is half of what they were charging me just to put the same part in my car. Then, they said I needed new brake pads and rotors for my car. They wanted $600 to do that even though I can just buy what I need and go to a different mechanic. I trust Meineke but going there is highway robbery in my opinion. If you want cheaper price to fix your car, I ll definitely recommend you to buy the parts you need for your car and trust a mechanic to do it for you because who wants to spend double the amount unless you got money like that lmao

I would always buy my oil filter from Toyota and bring it to Meineke so I would have an OEM filter during my oil change. With the new management, I was told to take my car to the dealer for the oil change if I wanted a Toyota filter. Sending customers away to the dealers for routine maintenance is a definite change from the previous owner.

I took my car here to get some work done. I was getting an oil change, a valve cover gasket replacement, the cv acxels on both front end and the putter tie rods on both sides front end. I was originally suppose to have it back the next day around noon. The lady called and said they were going to be longer then expected because they were having an issues getting the front driver acxel off which okay cool. Then was called back again later on saying they needed it another day because while taking the acxel off on the passenger side they broke the sway bar so they did say they were covering the part and labor due to it being they broke it. Finally picked the car up on the third day. A day or two later I noticed the front drpassanger iver side was missing a lug nut and the passenger side was missing 2 lug nuts. I took the car back and they ordered the lug nuts and had to wait for them when they finally got there the mechanic went to put them on and said the studs were broken so we then had to leave the car there for a few hours which made me miss an important appointment for them to order the studs and fix it. The next day I decided to find another mechanic to check over the work and when he took the tire off the front passenger tires the bolts to the caliber were missing. At that point I ve had enough. I called the store to tell them about it and said everything they have done and all I got offered was $150 in credit at the shop which that is nothing compared to the safety of not only me and my fianc� but our kids as well. He was suppose to reach out to the owner for a better solution and I have yet to hear back it s like their trying to brush it off. The mechanic looked like some young kid and didn t know what he was doing. I wouldn t have even given the 1 star.

They had my car for 3 days ... SMH, both front clerk desk personnel told me lies about my vehicle . Then they gave me back my car with dirty brown oil finger spots all on it. Won't go back again or refer anyone else

I'm glad to hear that majority of you had a good or great experience with this shop. My experience was not so good. I went in because my shifter was getting stuck in park. In the beginning I felt like I was receiving the orientation service but, I left feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I dropped my car off for a diagnosis which cost $135.00 give or take. The next evening I received a call stating that the problem was that I had a lot of objects that fell in the cracks and was preventing my shifter from moving. Then I was told that my warranty may not cover the cost of $500.00 . I said, asking him , that's how much it would cost. He replied, that's how much it cost. He then said, the work is already done. In a nutshell, he tried to charge me for work that I was not aware was being done. We went back and forth for a few and he said to me that he will call me back, let him see what he can do about the price. Well he dropped the labor cost and all I paid for was the diagnostic. Then he told me that I will need a new shifter and shifter cable which will cost an additional $800.00 . I was able to drive my car home but, what was the 500.00 for. What labor was done. I still the car fixed. So I would have paid 500.00 for nothing because I still need the problem fixed.

I ve been coming to this store for at least 20 years. The front desk people are very friendly and I ve also worked with them for years. They have always provided good service for the three vehicles I ve brought to them. Even though I moved out of the area, I still come back to this store because I am comfortable with them. The alternator and battery on my vehicle died unexpectedly while I was driving on I-95. I'm so glad I happened to be near to this specific Meineke center. I read other good reviews here and had my vehicle towed to this location. Of course I was extremely stressed out about the whole situation but Matt and his team were able to quickly find the problem, provide me a detailed quote, and take care of the problems in less than 24 hours! This is by far one of the best car repair/care experiences I've ever had. The team was so communicative and helpful. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. 10/10 would recommend.

Came in with multiple issues after having been to another shop that had actually charged me quite a bit of money to do all this work I just got done again. (The right way) The service advisor was super good. Staff was amazing. I was turned away from the Vehicle Processing Center for insufficient parking break. I had to get it turned in that day since I was flying to Germany the next day on military orders. They worked me in and fixed the problem in less than 30 min. They were just Awesome!! The vibe was pleasant so as I walked in. Went to get an oil change and was given an inspection of other things that needed to be done. The nice guy at the desk walked me through what he recommended me to do first. Made an appointment for the following week and started the checklist of things to get done. They are knowledgeable and I felt an instant trust. I recommend this place!

So-so-They ordered the items required but delayed a tire. A simple tire that is easy to find.I like the customer service of the Spanish manager who worked on Saturday.
