Just wanted to give a big thank you to one of your employees! I didn t catch his name but saw the name on the truck. I was at royal farms on 43 and had a flat tire & a toddler in the back seat, couldn t get the pump to work and he graciously helped me fill the tire. So thank you to whom ever he was!

Very rude, just had one of their drivers cut me off on 695, came an inch from taking off my bumper and then when I drove by he shone spotlight in my window as retaliation. If that's how your employees act I can't imagine your service being very good

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience with McCarthy Tire Service at the port, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this. During my time doing business with them, I encountered staff members who were not only unprofessional but also threatening, and their use of profanity left me deeply disappointed.Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and McCarthy Tire Service fell far short of acceptable standards in this regard. Instead of a courteous and helpful attitude, I was met with hostility and disrespect. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable in any professional setting.I would strongly advise anyone considering using McCarthy Tire Service at the port to reconsider their choice. The negative experience I had raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to conduct business in a professional manner.In conclusion, my experience with McCarthy Tire Service was marred by unprofessionalism, threats, and the use of profanity by their staff. Based on this encounter, I cannot recommend their services to others, and I would encourage potential customers to explore alternative options for their tire service needs.

Mount balance 2 new Turnpike brand steer tires at a good price. They could use work in their housekeeping like placing floor mats in trucks and seat covers. Had to wipe doors and steering wheel etc grease residue. Only complaint.I have returned for more service. 8 tires rotated and 1 patched from interior. Greeted by Heather at reception with a warm friendly welcome and good clear and friendly conversation. Wait time was 30 min less than estimated and the service techs were safe, fast and professional. Also enjoyed conversations with a gentleman from Wilkes-Barre training for management. Good luck & Thanks guys and gals. From 3 to 5 stars!!!

I am a employee of McCarthy Tire Service co. Inc.I have been to our Baltimore Store many many times, and I have always been treated with the upmost respect each and every time and today was not any different. To spite the idea that the pressure and stress that the Manager and all employees under her , her disposition was nothing short of understanding and thoughtful for what our store needed to get to make a valuable decision. People such as the Baltimore employees should be and I feel will be honored for helping to satisfy our customers needs!!
