A true gem! If anyone has any car issues you should come here without thinking twice!Honest, fair prices, excellent communicator. QUALITY work! He will even answers the phone on his day off. Has a good attitude/ doesn t act like he s doing you a favor by doing his job, which is sadly rare these days.It s was the most refreshing and stress-free experience I have had with a business in a long time. I sincerely wish I could have had a mechanic like this near where I lived my entire life. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Mike showed up late to the appointment and didn t give a warm first impression. My car is a hybrid and when explaining the problem we had, he quickly brushed it off as normal without asking clarifying questions or doing any critical thinking. When asking to do a diagnostic check just in case, he reluctantly agreed without explaining the process. It was our first time there so we weren t sure if diagnostic checks were free. And when we asked, he said it was $85. Every time we asked a question about transmission fluid or clutch fluid, he had a skeptical attitude and sometimes laughed. We aren t the experts here, he is, so it felt condescending to ask valid questions and to feel dismissed. At the end, he admitted that he s not well versed in hybrid cars, which would have been nice to know at the beginning when he was so certain that our car didn t have issues. We didn t learn much and he could have been more patient. Overall it felt disorganized, non transparent, and we felt like we were a nuisance for being there even though we scheduled an appointment for someone to take us seriously.

Glad i chose here for servicing, am well satisfied with Michael's diagnosis and fix of my check engine issue in a timely manner including detailed explanation as i was new to owning a car. I appreciate the status updates, and even checking back even after servicing. The pricing is reasonable and I would definitely come again. Will strongly recommend!

I highly recommend this auto shop! Michael did a great job with my oil change, tire rotation, patch and he exchanged my cabin filter and motor filter. I liked that a quote was sent to my phone and when I called to ask a question Michael was very responsive. The work was also affordable and I trusted that Michael was not trying to do work that wasn t needed. I ll be back!

Great experience here! My car had a reduced steering assist indicator last week. Michael diagnosed the weak battery as the issue, got back with me to discuss options, and updated settings once the new battery was installed. It was easy to book a time and I was allowed to drop my car off the evening beforehand. I also got copies of the quote and invoice during the service. I fully recommend anyone to bring your car here for service and I know this will be my go-to place in Baltimore!

I have been using the M &M auto services for my repairs and maintenance services for about 2 years now. I have been so happy with the service provided that I would recommend him to ANYONE! Mike was extremely helpful in quickly identifying and explaining an issue with my steering. Not only was the issue quickly fixed and fairly priced, Mike reached back out weeks later to make sure the car was still running well, which it was. Highly recommend reaching out to M&M Auto Service! My car wouldn t start one day and they had a mechanic sent over to come take a look at it that same day. The replacement part I needed was then delivered and installed by the end of the next business day. I very much appreciated the quick and professional service! The pricing was also very reasonable. Baltimore s hidden gem! So happy I found this place. My experience was top notch. Mike (and team) are friendly, quick and reliable. I was told I needed new brakes and a new battery at another mechanic. The quote they gave me was outrageous so I shopped around and stumbled upon M&M. Not only were M&M s prices super competitive but after taking a look at my car Mike said my battery was perfectly fine, even tested it right in front of me to show me. Can t say enough good things about this place. My car was vandalized and these people got my car in and fixed it up within just a few days, after other auto shops were telling me it would take weeks to get it fixed. Called Michael on Black Friday when my car battery died. He offered to meet me at 11am at his shop which was conveniently located .2 miles from my home. He knew exactly what battery would be needed for my Mercedes. Ordered it and had it installed before 5pm. Then he called after the holiday to make sure all was well. Great customer service! First of all, I would like to commend M&M Auto Services on a job well done! Mike was honest and very detailed about the repairs that needed to be done with my vehicle.� He took his time to explain to me what was to take place every step of the way.� Prior to having my vehicle repaired by M&M Auto Repair, I previously took my vehicle to 3 different auto repair shops and was told by all three repair shops that my vehicle could not be fixed. After being referred to M&M Auto, I was told by a relative that if Mike could not fix my vehicle, then my vehicle cannot be fixed.� Therefore, I decided to take a chance on having my vehicle fixed and to my surprise M&M Repair was able to fix it.� My vehicle is running like new again.� M&M, thank you again for the awesome job. I got in right around listed opening time. Although Mike wasn t there he responded very professionally via phone and gave clear instructions about how to drop off the keys and car. He communicated clearly what the problem and expected cost would be and stayed a bit past his business hours for me to pick up the car. Made the turbo valve exchange very easy and smooth. He test drove beforehand and then contacted to follow up the next day. Very responsible, professional with fair prices as compared with others.Service: Engine repair

Got my vehicle together & back in the road after going above & beyond to find a no longer manufactured part for me. Ordered it & had it shipped to them all to Help me out of a really tight situation with a warranty that DID NOT cover my services needed. Those guys were GREAT & the price was VERY REASONABLE considering the alternatives.

I brought my car to M&M hoping they could resolve some issues with my car after it wouldn't start. I had a check engine light on, a few code errors coming up, and couldn't rely on my car to safely get me around. I dropped off my car (after operating hours according to google) after speaking with the mechanic on the phone. After diagnosing the issue, he called and explained everything in detail with a price estimate.Now everything works great! For all the repairs he did, the price was reasonable. He even test drove it before returning it to me. I also received a text a few days later to make sure I had a good experience.I would recommend this place and will definitely come back if I'm having car troubles again.

Michael at M&M is hands down the best mechanic in the area. His labor prices are extremely competitive and he sources parts that are high quality.I have had some bad experiences with other shops in the Fells Point area and M&M is definitely the best. He is the first mechanic that I've gone to that actually took the time to properly torque my lug nuts. Such a simple thing but it shows that Michael likes to do work the right way rather than churn and burn with an air wrench like so many other shops do. Another shop in the area torqued my lug nuts to high hell and stripped the rotor screws, which forced me to drill out the screws when I replaced my rear brakes.This is the place to go if you want good honest work at the right price.

My Honda wouldn t start this past Tuesday and as someone who knows nothing about cars I was pretty concerned. I called Mike and he recommended a towing company to get my car to his shop. It was completely fixed the next morning! Mike was extremely helpful! I called on a Saturday morning and had the car dropped off the following Monday. My mother's Nissan was fixed and ready to go in time for her to drive it to work on Tuesday! She's extremely delighted to have her car back. If we're unlucky enough to need car repairs again, we'll be going back to M&M. Highly recommended.

Mike is a highly skilled honest and reliable mechanic. He will go the extra mile to save you money. I never had a better experience getting my car serviced. Mike went above and beyond when i was moving and came out to find i had a flat tire. He rearranged his personal schedule to adress my flat so i could hit the road on time. I'll be lucky to find someone half as good in Florida.

Michael is a life saver! I am from New York and visiting family in Baltimore. My car out of the blue had an awful shake to it and I was clueless. Almost NO mechanics in Baltimore are open on Saturdays, but I called M&M just to give it a shot. Michael answered and told me to bring it in for a quote. Brought the car in at 10:30am, received the quote within the hour, and my car was completely ready and out the door by 1:30pm! Drove back to New York and my car feels like it runs better now than before. Great work and great service! Highly recommend!Service: Engine repair
