Leading Edge is amazing body shop. Not only did they do exemplary body work on my vehicle, they also did high-quality, above satisfactory mechanical work on my vehicle. The staff were all easygoing and explained things thoroughly. After receiving service from them, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else! They did nice work that is appreciated but they took way too long. 2 months to fix car. They said it was because they were at the mercy of the warehouse they ordered their parts from the people they order the parts from did not have the parts but they always should be back up warehouses or backup stores for parts that you need if one store don't have it then another one should they need more maintenance men and a better set up where they can get the cars done in a timely manner. I may be wrong but it appears to be more administrative staff and bosses than there were actually maintenance workers

I cannot rave enough as to how exceptionally great this company's customer service is. If you are looking for a company that do great work and make you feel good while doing it, then this is the company to choose. I was updated on my service consistently and all the staff from the desk to the auto body workers made me feel as if I was their only customer.

I have never had a car place not try to screw me over. But these guys are the nicest people to ever own a shop that I know of. They take the time to explain everything to you and make you feel like a friend when you come in with so many questions and concerns. They get the job done quick and are very professional.

I had to drop my car off for service. Great location near my job. The office staff was very friendly and kept me informed the entire time. I'll definitely be making Leading Edge my first choice from now on.

This shop is the only place I ll take my car from now on! Plugged my tire for FREE and had me back on the road in no time. Even changed my key fob battery since it was dead. Dave got me scheduled for my routine maintenance to help keep my car running smoothly!

As a woman, it's not unusual for mechanics to treat us as stupid and gullible. The guys at Leading Edge treat me with respect and are honest in their dealings. They are also very knowledgeable. I say, "My car is making a noise like such and such." they are able to fix it. After 6 years and over 82,000 miles, they keep my car running like it's brand new. I recommend them highly. For anyone who doesn't know much about cars, these people are the best! Honest, respectful, and they know cars.

These guys are the best. They did a cheap(my desire) body repair on my car to pass inspection. The whole operation was easy and timely. Reticent went in for tire leaks. They dropped everything to help me and then the plugs were free of charge!. I love having them so close by. Couldn t be happier with these folks.

Stopped in to Leading Edge during a cross country roadtrip. Had some questions regarding warning lights on my Jeep s dash and was given friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful answers. Overall great experience, will be back if ever in Baltimore and having car troubles.

I have had my car repaired at Leading Edge before and had a very positive experience--fair pricing and good work. Recently I needed some paint buffed out, and they were able to fit me in right away. They offered me a ride back home but were able to do the work so quickly that it was not needed. The car came back looking much better and with a great wash to boot! Alex and Jeff were very professional and helpful.

A friend and I stopped in to ask a question on our way to NJ. We didn't have an appointment. As soon as we walked into the office everyone was friendly and helpful. Someone immediately came outside to take a look at the car. He checked it out and explained everything that was going on with detail, and told us it was safe to drive the rest of the way. He didn't charge us and wished us a safe trip! Thank you!

I've been dealing with Leading Edge Auto Body for years and have always found them to be honest, skilled, personable, approachable, and very reasonably priced. I never take my cars to the dealer for scheduled maintenance. Instead, I go to Leading Edge. I would never consider going elsewhere. I trust these folks and they've never disappointed me.Sept 6, 2023- After another visit for some minor body work, it's easy for me to see why they were voted Baltimore's Best. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the customer service at Leading Edge Auto Body! My car looks FANTASTIC after being repaired from my accident. Their work is quality! The excellent reviews lead me to check them out and I am so glad I did! The team exceed my expectations! They provided excellent communication. I received weekly updates on my vehicle. They even offered to help with rental car services. They corresponded effectively and worked well with my insurance company. Shout out to Evan! He is awesome! I had to have the rubber piece on the roof of our Rav4 replaced, or that's what the Toyota dealership recommended. Took the car to Leading Edge, they used double-stick tape and fixed it. I've had my car repaired there before and their customer service and quality of work is always top notch. Thank you guys again!

Dan and the team at Leading Edge deserve 10/5 stars! This being the first time I ever dropped a vehicle off to a body shop through insurance, Leading Edge worked very hard for me and my vehicle needs. Ensuring that my insurance company paid for all the repairs to be done PROPERLY with OEM (original) parts and expediting the repair of my vehicle they have earned mine and everyone I knows business. I called to see if the body shop was able to replace my car fob battery. I saw the place on my way to work and so glad that I did! The guy on the phone was very nice and told me I could come right away, even though they normally stop taking customers at 5pm. Once there, the guy quickly replaced the battery. The prices for other services were a steal to what I have paid in the past. With their quick and friendly service, I would love to come back. Thank you Leading Edge for your great service.

You need to explain to your driver in the red Honda with your company name plastered all over it that passing a fully loaded 80,000 pound truck and then cutting it off to the point I can barely see his roof over my hood how dangerous that is and that I can t stop on a dime. I don t think getting your trunk pushed into the back seat is a better alternative than being stuck behind me for 30 more seconds.

This mechanics at this shop are amazing, they keep my 225k mile Volvo on the road for all my trips. Also work great with my schedule and the Saturday Oil changes(by appointment only) when available. Dave always goes above and beyond for his customersWhen I picked my vehicle up I also received a quick body estimate on some paint-less dent repair.

Leading Edge impressed me with their helpfulness & honest evaluation of my 2005 Acura. It was a very thorough top to bottom review and helped me decide that it was time for a new car. They didn't charge anything for the inspection and I ended with only an oil change which was the original reason for the appointment. They've earned my loyalty for any future car work!Service: Oil change

It's my go-to place whenever I have any issue with any of my cars. The "maintenance required" on my Honda was on, they did a check-up of the car and it turns out it needed an oil change. They only charged me for the oil change. Highly recommended

On two separate occasions and for several weeks in June and July 2023, my 2016 Subaru found its way to Leading Edge Collision headquarters. I rented a car while both body and mechanical work were performed, Very pleased with the end result. Not having renters insurance made me very anxious to get my car back, as I was constantly calling LEC about the disposition of my vehicle. Dan patiently explained to me that the body parts he orders do not magically appear-sometimes you have to wait. Mechanic Dave spelled out some of the intricacies of the replacement front, brake rotors which he installed. Subarus can be quirky & expensive to repair; but behold, this certified facility does an amazing job for a reasonable price. And a special shout out to Evan for going above and beyond the call of duty!Services: Body & Trim, General repairs

Just went to leading edge for a slow leak in one of my tires and Alex Vides was incredibly helpful and kind. He took a nail out of my tire, plugged it, and filled it with air - all without charge. Will definitely be taking my car back to Alex at Leading Edge.
