Did multiple jobs at this location initially and saw some good mechanics. Last time I had an AC service done here and they messed up my hood latch so that it would no longer open. The AC hi/lo port covers were missing afterwards. The AC only worked for a few weeks before it pooped out. When I went to talk to the owner however she refused to take any responsibility for messing up the car. Can not work with people not worth of my trust. Also had items stolen from another car serviced at this location including a wrench/socket set I use to disconnect the battery cable in a pinch, possibly life and death situation.

I was working Construction in the adjacent lot and my car cut out on me. I walked over to ask for help and they were nice enough to diagnose a fuel pump gone bad right away. The people that work there don't know what they're doing all they did was take my money and didn't fix my vehicle on top of that they didn't provide me with a receipt. They did other work to my car without even calling to ask if I agreed with what they wanted to do to my car.

No ACCOUNTABILITY! No RESPONSIBILITY! Save your TIME and MONEY! I got my car back with a dead battery and all the lights on the dashboard on. When asked about it I was told Not My Problem very unprofessional.Services: Transmission, TiresServices: Transmission, Tires

I have been taking my cars here for about 3 years now. They do great work. They diagnose the problem and fix it the 1st time. They are affordable and very nice to deal with. I tell anyone who needs their car fixed to go here. I am very satisfied with their service.

These people will treat you good, they got me right in when my car started giving me problems on my way too work , Great service, Very reasonable, and Fast .I would recommend this place to any one having trouble with there car ,please give them a try !!!!!

They are reasonable in prices and it wasn't what the first and second shop i went was saying ...it was wheel bearing. The other shops was saying it was my caliper and suspension ensue but in la familia there staff was more than enough nice to explain what was the real problem and i have my car back in 3 hours because they have people in front of me . line up . good work guys. I came across this shop one Saturday morning just on a whim because I had just drove across town looking for an open shop (why are most mechanics closed on Saturdays??) I explained to the owner what was needed (per another mechanic) and he concurred that I needed bushing replaced but he also informed me that I needed a new drive shaft..something the other mechanic told me was fine. Not only did he get me a drive shaft for a great price, he saved me over $700!! I will be having some other work done to my vehicle and have officially made him my go to mechanic!!

The owner is a rude irresponsible creature. Mechanics seem to be uneducated people who dont even speak english. Worst service in baltimore. They gonna take ur time and money anf create more problems for u. Avoid this place. This people dont know how to do business
