It was my first time here! I had no appointment but they squeezed me in to do my car breaks service and oil change! The guy in reception was nice and the person who change the oil and Brakes Pad and rotors was very polite and experienced knowledgeable. I like the service and I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family.Also the prices were so reasonable. Honest Auto Service place(Excellent Service)

Great service! I dropped by Keswick Auto Center because I was hearing a small noise that I wanted to get checked. They thoroughly checked and turns out everything was tight and safe. They didn't even charge me as there was no extra work to be done on the car. I greatly appreciate the time they spent to make sure I was safe to go, and overall had a very good and friendly experience. Thank you again!

Went here at the suggestion of my insurance adjuster, and it couldn t have been a better experience. They took my WRX after I hit a pothole serious enough to crack my brake rotor and destroy a ball joint, and they made it roll better than it did before the pothole. Great guys that hooked me up at a time I really needed it.

This place does great work, is honest, and offers fair pricing. We've taken our two Honda fits here, and my father-in-laws Honda Element. They did great work with all our cars.

Keswick was able to get me in for a break job same day and they did great work the first time. I am so excited to have found this shop, they are reliable and located in my neighborhood. It is a small shop, but they are fully transparent with all costs and I never felt like they were trying to oversell me on any services. Definitely my new go to for auto repairs.Service: Brakes

At 9:40 in the morning I realized I had a flat and it happened right around the corner from keswick auto center. By 10:00am Jose had fixed my tire and I was was only a little late for work. Fast, reliable, and efficient. I didn't catch the lady at the front desk name but congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you for being so helpful.

This is a great repair shop. Today I had a complicated ongoing issue with my car mainly caused by a Dealership. They helped me figure it out and gave me straight forward, honest advice.

Chuck and Jamal are amazing! They are incredibly helpful, thorough, fair, and genuinely kind. I go to them for everything! We are so lucky to have such skilled and trustworthy mechanics in our neighborhood. Honest, fair, and high quality service. Had my brake pads/rotors done and their price was very reasonable and exactly what I was told over the phone. At another point I needed help extracting a screw that had rusted in. They were very helpful and quick, and super nice about it. Will definitely be returning here.

I visited this place with high hope. He fixed up the car with issue i riased but they ADDED NEW charges with extra ($40) WITHOUT MY AGRREMENT because apperently my tire was leaking. after I visited other car center to make sure if tire was falty and I found out that nothing was done to any of my tires. I would not recommand this shop.

Brought my truck in here for the first time and was very pleased with the service and interface. They were very nice and accommodating. I'm always worried bringing my truck in since it's foreign and a bit unique but they handled the work with no issue and got me the car back in hours and at the price I expected. That's all I could ask. I will be returning.

I am not an expert on auto. Both Chuck and Jamal have been very helpful. I was offered 1300 USD quote from another mechanic for a oil pressure ussue fixation. They fixed it @258 USD. They are honest, helpful and do not appear to make unusual benefits. Highly reccomend them.

Ricky and his crew at Keswick Auto Center are extremely helpful and responsive. They have been very honest with me and my car problems and have even suggested other places that could service my car better when I had specific problems that they couldn t address due to how niche the problems were. They are my first go-to spot near the Remington/Charles Village/Hampden neighborhoods.Edit:I have still been going to this place to get my car serviced for over two years now and I cannot recommend them enough. They are honest, pragmatic, and always cheerful and supportive. Hamza and Jamal are superb and I look forward to continuing to support this business

Helped my daughter get her car fixed up with me 1200 miles away. They were honest and did what was needed, not trying to get more out of a young college student than was needed to get her back on the road. Great, honest and work was well done.

Was interested in a used car they had on their lot! I was told all it needed was the new windshield & they were just waiting for it to arrive! 1 MONTH later they still hadn't fixed it!! Satellites never made me wait more then an he much less over a month!Needless to say we now have a brand new car!! YES there's a payment we wouldn't have had with that used car but it's was crazy cheap payment & it drove off lot with less then 5,000 miles, so the windshields great!

I had a great experience with Keswick. I took my car in for inspection. They charged $85 for inspection and only found one thing wrong that was repaired for $15. All upfront. Front office manager is knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

I wanted to change my oil and filter. I called keswick auto center. I asked him how much would be labor if I wanted to bring my oil and filter. He told me $81. And asked him again. He told that s how much we charge. It s rip off. Because they think I m a woman

I came here for state inspection as there are decent review online and I am living nearby on 06/06/2016. My report showed failure and Rick (the owner) gave me a quote requiring headlight clearing, windshield wiper replacement, a side marker light replacement, and rear shock replacement. I said fine even though I knew he overcharged me and some of the replacement were not necessary. If he does a good work with honesty, I will continue visiting the place.However, things became a bit nasty. Inspection should be $85, but they tried to charge me $105 for that when I try to pay after work done. Even more ridiculous, I brought a nice set of Rain X Weatherbeater Wiper Blade and was told that they would put it on, NOW I just find it out that my car has a cheap ANCO Wiper set instead.Based on these behaviors that don't obey our agreement , I really worried about their integrity and the work done by them. So far, I will not recommend anybody to use their service!!!

very kind and fast service. I was told somewhere else to replace my latch for $200+, but here he just quickly fix my hood and did not even ask for a dollar. Definitely recommend.

Super fast, friendly service. To get an oil change and my drive belt replaced took less than five hours, which was pretty good in my opinion! I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment.

Reliable service at fair prices - and never any gimmick sales. Keswick Auto is the real deal.I have a '02 Toyota w 260+K miles, and each repair I've gotten here was completed exactly right, the first time.

Overpriced, and unsafe as COVID-19 protocols are not being followed.Loved the old owners. Just went in with an engine misfire, and got quoted $219 on the phone for new spark plugs and wires. I called around and did some Googling, and $219 was on the high end of what it seems it should cost ($150-$180 seems more standard) but I decided it was fine, and not worth the hassle, especially with COVID, to take it elsewhere.Went to pick it up and was told I misheard on the phone, it was actually $290. Maybe I did mis-hear, but regardless, that's FAR too expensive relative to other auto places. They also charged me $50 for an oil change. Used to be $35 with the old ownership.Furthermore, when I went to pick up my car, someone was smoking in the office (no mask, of course). First off this is now illegal since masks are required in businesses. Second, smoking vaporizes particles -- if the person smoking has COVID, literally everyone who walks in there is going to get it, mask or not. Highly, highly unsafe.

I have been working with Ms. Judith for a few days now and when I tell you she was awesome she was, she electronically received my info. Called with a few finance questions and then called me to say " Ms. Jones you can come and see the cars at 4pm today. Music to my ears. You guys need a referral incentive because everybody wants to know where I am getting my BMW from. Thanks a million and I sincerely mean that!!! Happy Holidays from your new customer LeChelle Jones

I wouldn't go anywhere else for car repair. They are friendly, responsive, and honest. Also, repairs cost much less here. Many repairs that I've had done recently ended up costing me up to half as much as the price quoted by other automotive repair chains in the area.

I went to this place for state inspection. The staffs there are very nice and helpful. My car is very new so I passed the test in less than one hour. It costs me 85 dollars for the state inspection. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends.

My car developed an issue where it would groan and shudder when taking tight turns at speed. I took it to Firestone - they thought I was delusional because they couldn't replicate the same conditions down in crowded Federal Hill. I took it to the Subaru dealership in Hunt Valley. They charged me for a number of other things ($1200+) they discovered but didn't do anything to solve the shuddering issue. Fast forward 9 months and I find smoke pouring out of my front wheel well. I dropped it by Keswick at 4pm. By midday the next day I was told I needed a new axle and it'd be ready by 2:30 for a cost of $350 (including oil change). No more smoke, no more shuddering! Thanks, Keswick Auto - we'll be back!

Great experience, honest and had it fixed in one day. Took it to sisson before this and guy wasn't there, said he would not be there for hours. Then said needed to tow me to another location and would charge me, also said it would take near a week to repair.

This used to be a great place to take your car for repairs but they have changed ownership 2 times. It's a shame that the staff are out of a job. They were great people. Not the owner, just the 2 employees.
