Spoke with the manager about my car and was able to get an appt for the next day. The work seems to be holding up but it has only been a week. A FB friend said they did great work so I came on that recommendation. There was another issue with a part needed to secure the system work to my car. they attempted to address so I give 4 star as they could have offered dealer parts to solve the issue but choose not to offer the option to me. I waited over an hour after my car was supposed to be done. Pic is attached.

They replaced my engine's crank shaft sensor as well as my taillight. They also topped up my engine oil. They did all this a month ago and the car has run fine since then, so I feel confident giving them a good rating. They need to change their hours of operation. I had my car towed there through repairpal on a Saturday, which stated online that it was open and they weren't. I drove across town because they said they could get me in, I got there and they were closed. Horrible

Mr Jossy has always provided a great service. Never overcharges, if he finds an actual extra problem with your car he will actually show you so you can see the evidence. No BS, just good service

Jessy Automotive does great work and I know whats wrong with my vehicle when I take it to him. I dont tell him that I know and he has always come back to me with the exact issues. It took me years to find an honest mechanic.

Looking at other reviews makes me feel like I'm in a twilight zone, I took my truck there about 4 years ago, guys seemed pretty decent and I had a friend that had a good experience there. Truck sat there for 13 days. I went to shop to find out what was going on and they never evven looked at my truck So I removed it to another shop. Fat forward to present, had a vehicle break down and my current mechanic just had both knee replacement so the closest shop was Jossie so I said let's give them another shot. Vehicle sat there for 8 days without being diagnosed. When I showed up they felt guilty and said they think its the steering box and they could give me a price now. I decided took to another shop and it wasn't the steering box and was repaired next day for 300 ucks parts and labor. These guys are friendly but not professional and there won't be a third attempt

I've been going to Jossy for about 2 years known he is the only one that works on my car I would say he is the best as long as he works on my car I've been sending him customer's because he does a wonderful job

Great service, Good Deals, Jossy has work on all my vehicles. They put a engine into sons Acura TRX. Runs great. Worked on my BMW 650i. I highly recommend this shop.

These reviews must either be family or lying they gave me poor service,had car for 8 days broke my radiator trying to take out alternator & install a new one. They act like they didn t even care had to get car towed to another shop Express auto where they confirmed that that the damage was fresh!! In the end will cost you more , Management was very inconsiderate &didn t care that his big sloppy machanic messed my Acura MDX up!! See you guys in court soon , also reported you to MVA!!

Been going to these guys for over 8yrs! Best honest Automotive shop I know of! Mr. Emmanuel is very pleasant an about what you need and will not make up things that would be fix which you did not need. His prices are reasonable. Mr Emmanuel customer service is kind and humble not trying to get over because l am a woman. I love the service l get. Anyone looking for someone to fix their car truck etc. come to Mr Emmanuel at Jossy auto service at Jossey Automotive 401 w. 26th st. Do not try to get over on you. Give this shop and mr Emmanuel a try you will not be sorry

They gave me a beautiful paint job then after that I paid $400 for a problem and they gave my car back and it wasn't fixed
