I just called the shop for guidance and to explore getting my state inspection at this location. I don t think I will be able to get my inspection completed here but the gentleman I spoke with was kind, helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for your help and for being so personable and professional.

John expertly walked me through registering and getting tags for two cars when I moved to MD from out of state. He gathered information from me through phone, email, and text; and, did much of the work ahead of time. He kept in communication with us. A couple of days later, my wife and I stopped by his place of business to finalize the transactions and get our tags. This was WAY easier and better than going to the MVA. I just wish he could have handed me a new drivers license! If I ever need tag and title work again, John will be my first stop.

John was extremely helpful in assisting us with obtaining our car title. We have relocated from Maryland to Florida and only had the pink copy of our title and needed to get the blue in order to register our car here. After Googling and calling the Maryland MVA, we gave up trying to do it ourselves as, best we could tell, we had to do it in person. That's when we started calling vehicle title services that we found via Google.After several calls to different places, we decided to use John's services as he was immediately able to identify what we needed and projected confidence in describing how to get it done. Other places we called either didn't answer or had to take our info to have someone else call us back.We provided the documents and John was able to get everything taken care of and he stayed in contact and communicated with us throughout the process.If you need vehicle title work completed, I'd recommend John's services without hesitation, even if you're out of town/state.Thank you, John.

John was fantastic, really makes an effort to workaround your schedule. was super friendly and very fast, i would reccomend him to anyone and will be using him for anything i can in the future. Was a huge help getting my yamaha bolt tagged.

John was so helpful. We went to several different Tag and Title places, but ended up at John's. He was able to help me complete all paperwork and get my tags quickly. Super easy and would def keep them in mind for any future services.

I went here to get a title, registration, and tags for a vehicle I had just purchased and the service was excellent! First of all, I called early on a Sunday morning, they were very friendly and accommodating, and I was able to set up an appointment just a couple hours after. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly, personable, and helpful. I was able to follow along as he filled out the paperwork and saw all the associated charges so there were no surprises. Everything was explained and I was in and out quickly, way better than waiting around at the MVA. Service prices were fair too, no complaints on my end. I definitely recommend should you ever need to get tags or a registration done.

Mr John is so professional. He is simply the best and amazing got my title in a week time.I must say he is the only person to contact if needed for tag and title.Do not waste time anywhere and got your work done through John in matter of no time.

John s was INCREDIBLE to me! My car got a flat tire and was towed to John s. I was promptly called upon vehicle arrival. They put a donut on my car (my vehicle did not come with one), FREE of charge. They did not have my tire in stock, so they called around for me to see who could get the tire ordered fastest for me (without even asking me - they took the liberty of doing this on their own). This was REALLY thoughtful as they sent me to another business bc they didn t want me to have to wait! With this crazy pandemic, I can t have a day without a car, so this was BEYOND helpful and truly customer forward. If I have any future work that needs to be done on my car, I will definitely go back to John s.Talk about customer service! WOW!!!!Service: Tires

It was easy to find. Mr John was really nice and got everything done really fast. Most tag and title places might be convenient compared to the MVA but they have ignorant staff. This place was totally different. I felt like I've known him for life. Thank you for everything!!!

John not only helped me get tags on a sunday, he even managed to lower the price the mva was requesting, from $340 to $302 and took a 2 dollar loss because I only had $300 at the time. I offered to come back when I got my next paycheck and pay the difference and he refused, only asked for a good review which he definitely earned. Thanks John!

I called John on Sunday last week and he was able to put me in for an appointment that same day. He took care of completing registration for MD tag and title for my car from CA. He was very helpful and I have another vehicle that I intend on registering with his help. Certainly recommend!

I would first like to thank Jim and his company again for helping me switch my title and getting my tags. On a Saturday, I called at least 5-7 different inspection shops to get my inspection done and no one was able to help. I finally stumbled on John s title & Tag shop, Jim was very helpful and provided amazing customer service from start to finish of my transaction. Once in his office he got straight to work and was able to get my title switched from NY to MD on top of getting me temp plates and my vechile inspected. The entire transaction was done in less than 15 mins and I drove home being thankful for Jim and his services. If you want Quailty and fast service, John s Title & Tags shop is the place for you!!!

I chose John's after reading all the positive reviews--and he definitely is the real deal. This is not a bunch of friends posting.What really impressed me was his honesty. I hired him to tow a old car from my brother's estate for inspection and he contacted me right from the site and told me there were a number of things he noticed just looking at the car--and he could smell gasoline indicating a leak somewhere. He told me it wasn't a safe car to drive and frankly, towing and getting it inspected would be throwing good money after bad given what it would cost just to fix the items needed to pass inspection.He easily could have just made his money by towing the car, have it fail inspection, and then I would have a car that needed more in repairs than it was worth and have to pay for another tow to get rid of the car (no tags). But he was honest and upfront--a real rarity these days!

I needed tags on Easter Sunday at 4 in the afternoon and as many people know that s pretty much a impossible task! John said no problem I will take care of you! A+ service we was right on time to meet me and had me out with my tags in 10 min. This guy goes above and beyond! The only tag and title place I will be using from now on!

Called every tag and title shop I could find on Google on a saturday at 4pm. John was the only one who answered and got my title and tags done within a hour. Great service, nice guy. I will be using him again. THANKS!!

He is very unprofessional.i used his service to save time to change title my hyundai elentra .he put the wrong VIN number in system.when my title didnt came to mail,i told her that u did mistake by putting wrong win number then he keep saying for 2 months that he will fix this.but after wasting my two months visits to his office ,he said after 2 months that he cant fix this issue even its his mistake.he said you have to take appointment with dmv to fix this wrong vin number.he wasted my time and money .after i came to know that he did same with many customers .he dont give attention to his work while entering the data into system .i am really tired .his mistake waste my money and precious time .dont use his service you will regret like me .thanks

***EXTREMELY SHADY*** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... You can tell when talking to people when they have ***CERTAIN - UNDER THE TABLE STUFF*** .... All I am saying is... you can save money if you go to them... but it can cost you way more in the future... when the Government Runs an INVESTIGATION because of your CONNECTION with these People.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... Something don't seem right with these guys...
