In regards to the service provided, it was quick and efficient. I knew exactly what I needed, so that assists as well.Destiney, the female cashier/courtesy worker is sweet and speaks to customers nicely. She is a great part of the staff, I m sure for females that come for service as well.Jiffy Lube in my hometown changes their prices often as well, but I don t think it should be difficult for base prices to be displayed online as necessary. Prices shown are 9/2022. I would say the prices are higher than average, but reasonable for the work performed for sure. Being from OOS, there are some things that are charges that are complimentary elsewhere, but I m always agreeable that you pay their price, especially for a service you need.My only complaint is to not mark tasks as completed that are not delivered to customers, no matter how small. Competence is important and should never be questioned in regards to a business. I m sure as with other businesses, things have changed post-COVID, so maybe update the sheet for the workers or add a disclaimer. External windows being washed and floors being vacuumed being marked as completed will cause customers to question if other tasks were completed, even if work is done properly.

I came in requesting a Tire Rotation and Oil Change today, I was told no problem and to wait in the lobby. After the service was completed they asked me to pay, I saw there was no notes about the tire rotation so I asked if it was completed. I was told there was no mechanic in today to rotate my tires. Apparently they could change my oil but not rotate the tires which makes absolutely no sense. Maybe they were just too lazy to do so? They also decided to not tell me this prior to my service so now they wasted my time and money as I have to go somewhere else to complete my service. They also charge me $20 more than their online estimate generator.

Every time I visit this location I m greeted immediately, The crew was very polite and patient. He went over all me options and recommended the best choice for my vehicle.

I am thoroughly surprised with the quality of work from this location. My previous experience with Jiffy Lube was not great, but I was in a bind and decided to give this location a try. The staff were so professional, the service was fast and they even vacuumed the floors of my car. This is my new go to location for an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I go to Jiffy lube every time my car is due for an oil change. The people that work at Jiffylube must go through some sort of customer service training becuase, I've gone to a few different locations but received the same courteous service with a smile. Thanks Jiffylube!!!

I ve found a place that I can trust to maintain my SUV. The staff was fantastic ,knowledgeable and and did a great job with my vehicle.Thanks fellas I will be definitely be recommending Jiffy Lube and returning in the very near future.

The dudes that work there are not friendly act like they don't like their job. They want to get your car done and go and talk in the back parking lot. Then don't even do a good job man up and do your work. Stop talking in the parking lot, Customer don't like half you know what work

I don t recommend having your car serviced at this jiffy lube. Went in for an engine oil change and walked out with a transmission error message. Worst service ever!!! They also took 3.5 hrs to do it!!

went to get a standard oil change. place was pretty busy. manager mike wasn t in so the dudes working might have been acting up due to that. but they would all stand around smoking and laughing about things even though it was lines of cars waiting. sat inside, saw when my car was done, dude brought my keys in but then left again to slack off somewhere. i waited for ten mins nobody came back in. i went around to the garage and asked hey my cars done can i check out and in the rudest tone possible the dude said someone s coming and i went inside and still another ten mins later til someone came in. he never said a word. rang me up then stood there and stared at me. i had to literally say can i have my keys then he couldn t even find them even though they were right there on the table. what are these dudes doing? then they mark off that they wash the windows and vacuum but there has clearly been none of that. no fluids topped off. wouldn t be surprised if the oil wasn t even changed. didn t even put a new mileage sticker on the window. avoid this dump at all costs unless you can talk with mike the manager.

Incredible! We drove up, explained that the hood of the car wouldn t fully close, and they immediately started looking at it. They didn t even ask us to park, shut off the car, nothing! Didn t even take the cig out of his mouth! They had it fixed in under 2 minutes and then sent us on our way no charge! Phenomenal! Will absolutely be recommending and returning!

The Howard Street, Baltimore is amazing. There is never any waiting, the service is fast and friendly. Best part is there is no hidden cost. Prices are exactly what you expect to pay. There also open on Saturdays and Sunday. Beats going to a dealership.

I came initially to to have my headlights replaced. Mike was great he told me the truth about LEDs and the potential damage to wiring it can cause. My connectors needed replaced as a result of the augmentation; he helped me get back on the road. I discovered that my check engine light was on and returned. The team and his supervisor Derrick remembered me and quickly did a diagnostic, even providing me the codes. The part was ordered and installed. They made sure my check engine light was off before I left and reassured me if I had any issues I could reach out and they would get me road ready without a problem. I had low expectations but Mike and his team exceeded them. This shop is close and very convenient to get to so I m happy to say I will be returning for future needs. This is a company of people who work well together and care about their customers. I m appreciative for their help and concern to keep my car safe; they went above and beyond.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I came to the Howard Street location to get an oil change after getting the run around from my current service provider. All of the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable with the services I was getting. They treated my MINI with love and continually checked in with me to make sure I was informed and comfortable with the services I was receiving and the cost. I will definitely be going back to them again.

Recent experience was okay. Employees should work on improving communication with customers. Attendant who greeted me at the car was pretty much incoherent and I'm not even sure he understood why I brought in the car.

Went in for an AC recharge, and was able to find out that was not what I actually needed. Diagnostic fee is $40, but at least you'll know what the issue(s) may be with your vehicle. Service was good, though a bit longwinded, only 2 ppl on site. *No working A/C inside office, for customers, just a fan blowing hot air.

The guy working could not have expressed that he didn t want to be there any more than he did. Went over nothing after he was done and didn t ask what kind of oil I wanted. I know they didn t check anything because I had a turn signal out when I came in and he made no mention of it at all. Take your car anywhere else.

I typically do not write reviews but the extraordinary service I received at the Jiffy Lube on Howard St calls for a little positive praise. On my recent visit I was met by the most pleasant and professional service representatives who greeted me with a smile and the most positive attitude. I was also shocked by the female representations among the service staff as well. This is not something you see everyday at Car Service Centers but they along with their males counterparts proved themselves experts and great colleagues. I was in and out in no time. When I got served in April they used the wrong oil in Mr truck which was cheaper I did not want cheaper I wanted what the truck required full sinthetic I asked if I could be eligable for a coupon or something he flatly told me no the manager MIKE is not in
