Chris rebuilt my 4b11 on my Evo X and the communication, professionalism, and quality of work was excellent. They also took apart the transmission to install upgraded center diff pins (known issue on '08 GSR's) and everything has been running flawlessly since getting it retuned by an Evo X specialist (different Chris at Moore Automotive in NOVA). Everyone at JE was very flexible and helpful with ordering parts, explaining their findings, and allowing me to pop in and out to pick up parts for coating or dropping off parts I purchased. I would recommend their work to a friend. They know their stuff and a short conversation with them will quickly reveal this to any first time customers.Thanks Chris! I recently decided to completely overhaul my 2001 Honda S2000. This build included the removal and replacement of the suspension, brakes and clutch along with an upgrade to my throttle body, valve cover, valve keepers and retainers. I also removed and replaced my AP1 tires with AP2 tires and lowered the car. The team at JE Performance did an excellent job of communicating throughout the project. When appropriate, I received an update on challenges, solutions and costs throughout the four week build and once a week I received a summary of their progress that included photos of work completed. The car was delivered on time, within budget and totally meet my expectations. Would I go back? Would I recommend them to a friend. I took my R32 Skyline to JE Import Performance after I purchased it to get a run down of what issues it had/things I should look out for in the future and was extremely impressed with not only their work but customer service. Ben and David were super transparent about everything; they even put together multiple estimate sheets to work with my budget at one point. Their techs do amazing work and my car drives better than I could have imagined a 30 y/o vehicle to drive. I m gonna be taking my car back there for future projects and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trusty worthy shop. 10/10 shop with fair rates especially if you have a modified car. They ve done a lot of work on my car over the past 2 years and have always gotten me back on the road ASAP. Very knowledgeable and they stand by their work. Had an issue with my rear main seal leaking and they warrantied the work no problem.

I called a few shops about some custom work on a 2017 Buick Enclave. Because aftermarket Performance parts and Buick Enclave is an oxymora.. they shy'd away from helping. With 1 call to JE Import the said "Schedule an appointment and let us see what we can do". Faced with the same "no aftermarket parts" issue.. instead of running from the challenge they did you'd expect a "Performance Shop" to do. They designed and fabricated something custom. This is why they earned my 5 Stars. Custom Automotive ( & Family Hauler) fabrication Services. 100%

I went to JE Performance for my car and was told that it wasn t worth repairing. After speaking with the tech here and showing him the car, he stated that the other shop made it much worse then they stated so I requested and paid for another diagnostic. After paying for the diagnostic, the tech said that he would email me the list of items to get done but never did. I called and spoke to him twice but he never returned my call or emailed me. Basically charged me the diagnostic to get the funds with no intention on repairing the vehicle. Either these people are lazy or thieves. Be very careful or avoid this shop entirely.

In September 2018 I was quoted $3,600 for an SR20DET swap on a 1996 240sx, with the promised it should only take a couple of months to complete the job. Two years later, after charging me $12k in labor (114hrs in labor) the car was not done and returned damaged (see pictures). I ended up having to sell the car and cut my losses. Would not recommend this place at all!The shop will always say they never did anything wrong as you can see the response below. If anyone needs details on my case, I have detail proof. Please reach out via email and I can provide you the invoices and a list of their "justifiable" charges.

Took my q60 into these guys after RG automotive destroyed my rack and pinion. Initially went in for service for two axles , a rack and pinion and alignment. As these guys worked on my car, they told me other parts I needed and had them replace the parts which was a wheel hub and power steering hard line. They worked with me on the price.. I recommend this place highly by anyone that wants any big jobs and small jobs done on any car especially imports. If you re particular about your car. This is the place to go. JE Import Performance is the third shop my Mazda RX7 FD has been in since 2009 and I'm thrilled with how the car came out. I chose you guys b/c you specialize in the LS swap for the FD chassis on the mfg side but also b/c a lot of other shops would have to figure out how to create a quality FD LS build. I recently took my '14 Fiesta ST to JE Import Performance for shocks & struts all around, plus new pads & rotors all around. JE has super fair prices and do outstanding work! The fellas at the desk were pleasant to deal with and the techs did a great job. This is my new go-to auto shop, for sure.I appreciate their work and my car does as well. I don t know anything about tuning a car. I was referred to JE by HA motor sports. I had a great experience, I asked a bunch of silly questions and they never made me feel dumb. They were patient and talked me through the whole process. I will definitely be bringing my next built motor to these guys.

I was in need of having my spare wheels and tires balanced so I called in and spoke with Ben to get an appointment setup. He was very helpful and I was happy to find out that since my wheels were already off the car, Ben was able to find time the very next morning to get a technician to balance my setup. I got a call from Ben less than an hour after dropping off the wheels that they were finished! Wheels left JE looking just as they arrived. Car now drives great! Upfront, professional service from the guys at JE! I already have plans to be back for an alignment in the coming weeks!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Great experience. I had them do some major work on my C5 Corvette. They did an LS3 Swap with a supercharger, Cam, bigger valves, etc. Also replaced the Differential and transmission to handle more power. The power I got from the car was more than expected. They had my car for a good while and Ben Anderson made sure to keep me updated regularly and went through with fine detail to make sure I understood what was happening. I had another shop do some work on it before them and I felt like I was a nobody because the person that I was dealing with didn't even know who I was until I explained who I was every time I talked to him. Not the case with JE import. They were truly professional and did a better job than I ever expected. 10 out of 10 would recommend

JE Import Performance was fantastic to deal with. They are very professional and very knowledgeable when it came to servicing my imported 96 Toyota Celica. I originally came in to have general maintenance done and a timing belt change to get the car ready to drive back to Colorado, but they honestly suggested that the timing belt was in great shape and if I wanted to save some money that replacing it was not needed.I'm definitely coming back again to have other services preformed. Honesty and the knowledge and understanding they have, even with imported vehicles, make me highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been meaning to post a review of JE for a little while now. I could go on and on about how awesome they are but let's keep it simple. They listen to what YOU want to do with your vehicle. Want to get it running for a daily driver? They got ya. 600hp track monster? Done. I brought my 91 MR2 turbo to them to assess. We got a priorities list going and I got quotes for every step we would take. Dealing with Ben has been awesome and my car will never go to another shop. Don't hesitate! Get it done right. You won't regret it!

What a fantastic team. From start to finish, I felt my vehicle was in good hands. The engine and many other parts needed replacement. It was fairly complex, yet J/E Import managed the entire process flawlessly. Everyone from the front desk team to the mechanic was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I felt grateful that someone recommended this company to me. I have an old Honda Accord with a lot of miles on it. They performed a diagnostic check of my engine and a courtesy check of the fluid levels, tires, filters, etc. Ben showed me the parts that needed replacing. He also explained the status of my engine and the different choices that I had when the engine would wear out and what to look for when the time would come to replace it. He was very courteous, professional, and honest. I am thrilled to have found this company, this was my first visit & it won't be my last one. Always a pleasant experience at JE. I've been there at least 3 times now and they're always very professional and honest. They appreciate cars and will treat your car as if it is their own. They will only suggest to you what is absolutely necessary as far as services and have the best prices in the area for a shop of its caliber. First off I m going to try to explain myself with great detail. I drive a 2006 Volvo S 60 2.5 T, Nothing special about it. Just a few customizations modifications suspension and tune Brought my vehicle into you guys after being recommended by my good friends @ Revolution Automotive. I wanted you guys too installed IPD special camber bushings I will admit job well done! My issue started when I bought my car on a Monday morning as soon as you open as scheduled. We re supposed to get my car back Tuesday before closing You called me Monday evening with a whole lot of maintenance issues you say you found with my car This inspection was not ask for or wanted. You say you do it to protect your shop I don t see how it s protecting you Did not like that $25 fee for one inspection that I did not ask for But we got past that, the reason for the two stars is the very truculent arrogant way that I was spoken to unwarranted unprovoked and totally unnecessary I m not gonna go to detail about things that was said to me but I felt disrespected But you already had my car so I kept my mouth closed! TCV hoses were changed thank you but top hose clamps were not replaced You said you would be willing to put them on but I m quite sure you were going to charge me ? Wasn t happy with that. So really you had my car for a full day only to tell me maintenance issues that you found again wasn t happy with that. I am and still willing to work with your company to do the engine mounts the turbo downpipe gasket you said I needed. During your inspection you said my turbo was leaking so I went and bought a full gasket repair kit and all I was trying to do was get on your schedule to have this work done But then you jump down my throat about a two star review which had nothing to do with the work performed by your mechanic It s totally the way I was talked to buy front of the business management I didn t deserve to be chastised the way that I was And the nasty text response that you sent me is very unprofessional Please don t make me post that ?!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

This past week I had my second experience with JE Import Performance and felt obligated to share the excellent experience that I had. Carlos and his crew built a custom performance exhaust for my 1987 BMW 325i. My E30 has an engine swap with an S52 from an E36 M3 and it can be difficult to find a shop that is open working on modified cars. JE Import took the job on and completed the work quickly, for a reasonable price, and with the quality I would expect from a top of the line performance shop.Their communication throughout the entire process was clear and consistent. I always felt like I knew what was going on and where they were at in the build process. Their facility is clean, organized, and their entire staff take a professional and passionate approach to their work. At a glance, the cars in their shop ranged from Nissan 240SXs getting LS1 swaps to an RX7 FD race car. If you have a performance car and need maintenance, repairs, or want to take your car to the next level, JE is the place.

I called JE Import Performance because I was having problems with a soft clutch in my Nissan 370z and spoke with Carlos. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me what I would need for a repair, quoting parts and labor. I felt very confident, even though I don't know much about cars, that Carlos was an honest person and I could trust his expertise. I'm so glad I did. JE had the work done in a pretty short amount of time, considering there was an unanticipated problem that required another part, and Carlos kept me informed every step of the way. I picked my car up this morning and everything works perfectly. Thank you Carlos and JE Imports, if I need to have my car worked on again I will be back!

I bought some replacement seats for my car, they were in immaculate condition and Asher was more than happy to send as many picture requests I had. Would absolutely do business with them again!

This is a great shop to choose for high performance work. J E Performance installed a stage 3 turbo, high-flow catted down-pipe, larger throttle body, cooler on my 2017 Cadillac ATS. Performance tuned too! Runs like a champ! I was impressed from beginning to end. This Cadillac is fun to drive! When the turbo kicks in, you know it! The low-end torque is amazing too. It's quick! Great job guys!

JE is the spot to check out if you're looking to do any perfomance work for your vehicle or even just maintenance. I took my 2013 370z to get new spark plugs, bigger throttle bodies installed and a tune. They answered all my questions and concerns I had prior to doing the work and ensured that the work would be done by a certain time which it was. I have put a few miles on my vehicle since I got the work done and so far everything has ran very snooth. The dyno chart was looking great and very happy with the power the vehicle is pushing for the few things I have done. They recommended plenty of great ideas for future of my Z. Shout out to JE!
