Mr. Higgs is a premier motorcycle road race instructor. Mr. Higgs is #1 in various sections of motorcycle road racing. Such as, #1 Senior on Heavy Twins. Overall Senior Regional Champion, and various other motorcycle road race awards. When I say road racing, I mean road racing like you see on TV on Sundays..No drag racing.Mr. Higgs is a master auto and motorcycle technician. His motorcycle roadracing has made his motorcycle tech skills almost second to none in the Baltimore, Md area. All his work has a warranty. If you visit shop, tell him the old man sent you, and that should bring a smile and a big discount.

Mr. Higgs is a great guy, has been racing for yearrssssssss. Has plenty of trophies and accolades in racing. He knows his bikes.
