Hampden Auto Care is the sweetest local auto care shop. I highly recommend them. They care about the customer and give a fair price. They are the kindest folks and are very easy to talk to. They have really helped me so much with my car. Thank you so much!

These guys were very professional and super friendly! Incredibly fast service; the whole process only took about a half hour. Felt very comfortable talking with them about my car and I ll definitely be back for routine maintenance

Thank you for doing a thorough and professional oil change without the need for an appointment, and at the last minute on a Saturday. Much appreciated! I will definitely be back. I felt my car was in good hands and that they actually cared about my car and doing things right. Plus, they could not have been nicer. I am a happy customer and excited that they are so close and convenient in Hampden.

Professional and quick service, honest feedback and suggestions, and upfront pricing.We did a price check on our car needs, and this location was the most reasonable. They did not rip us off or try to convince us that we needed more than we actually needed like other locations nearby.They provided detailed information on the condition of the car and why. For example, he explained that Jiffy Lube gave us the cheapest and low-quality oil and filter for our car. In other places, they don t tell you anything and if you ask how was it, they say uh. It went good . We appreciate that they provided us transparency with our car, a rare find!

Great experience! I had actually bought a Groupon for an oil change & tire rotation. Their location is great. While you're waiting you can bop on down to The Avenue.The employees that I met were kind and cheerful! And they washed/vacuumed my car on the house. Will definitely be coming back for all my future car needs!

Great, honest, and hard working people. I called them today, desperately trying to find somewhere to patch my tire, and they weren't able to answer at first so I hung up without leaving a message. They cared to call back anyway and ask how they could help. I was able to get my tire fixed the same day and they also let me know about some other things that were good and could be improved about the status of my car. Thanks guys!

Came in for a tune up and to change my tires. I am very impressed with their prices and diagnostics. The dealer told me I needed to clean my break pads so I asked Hampden to check it out for me and they opened up my break pads and showed me that there was no cleaning necessary. Good to know that they didn t just do the job even though I didn t need it. I m happy to find an honest shop around the area.

These guys are awesome! Even working under covid restrictions which severely limited the ability to have all of their techs in the shop at one time. They got my front end aligned and my new tires on and had my truck ready to go before the time they promised. Great staff and owner!

Hampden auto offered me some grade A service. I approached them with a specific budget and they worked hard to offer the most they could, while considering what my truck needed and ensured the most with what I had to work with. I have recommended this shop and will continue to anyone with car trouble. The service is friendly and reliable and as a person who knows my way around an autombile I can confidently say I trust this crew to provide honest diagnosis and service.

Great customer service. Got my vehicle in for a valve stem replacement. Was able to do it the next day as they were busy. I found that they had better prices then the the other auto repairs in the area for my vehicles particular issue and future services it needs.

Rip off! When I called to see when my vehicle would be ready I was told a price double what was originally quoted. I eventually was able to talk the owner down to $100 over the quoted price and he acted like he was doing me a favor. Do NOT use this mechanic!

I slid on some ice and ended up hitting a curb at a pretty good speed. I knew the alignment was out but I also feared there was more damage to be discovered. Sam at Hampden Autocare was was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Thankfully, all I needed was an alignment. It sucked hitting that curb, but at least I got a good mechanic out of it. I will be returning to Hampden Autocare for all of my future service/repairs.

My husband and I took our truck there to get front end work done. Well when we got the truck back it was more out of line then it was when we took it there. Then I took the truck to pep boys to get a alignment done and they couldn't do it because Hampden auto messed up the work they did. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had to put out over 900.00 for there mess up.

Sam, the manager, was great. Needed an oil change but he also gave me great advice and info to keep my car running smooth. Looking forward to coming back!

Not bad, the prices are a little high but not overtly so. I wouldn't hesitate going back but I would call around to proce compare first. Edit: I think they may have ripped me off. The problem they fixed is back.

They had my car for over a month, and I had to bring it back in three times for the issue which they ultimately charged $1K to not even fix (check engine light).

Way overcharged for an oil change and used an impact on my wheel lug nuts for a tire rotation so that they re impossible to get off by hand.
