My tire was damaged and needed to be replaced. They were able to get me a next day appointment and changed the tire very quickly. The woman I dealt with was helpful and professional. I have consistently had positive experiences at this Firestone!

Firestone sucks !!!!!! Especially the one eastern ave! Please yall don t take your car to them. They never have ran on time for me. Even when I have made an appointment. I made an appointment for 2pm only for my tire to be plugged and they got it at almost close, at that point I needed to pick my kids. So I made another appointment for the next day just for them to tell me it can t be plugged because it s to close to another plug lmao. They are horrible!!!! I have the warrant for my tires and it s pointless cause they always tell me I need a new tire. Only place I ve heard say it can t have more the one plug on a tire just to make you keep spending money! Another time they did my oil change and didn t have close something so when I left my oil was leaking had to miss workThe next day to go back and fix it. They are scamming people out their money and the customer service sucks!!!

This place was awesome. I drove up on a busy Saturday with a flat tire from 95. They took great care of me and my kids. Everyone from the intake to mechanic and checkout were personable and professional.

I came in for an alignment and your team told me that they were not able to complete an alignment because the car needed both inner & outer tie rods replaced. They wrote on the form that there was "play" in there and gave me a $1200 estimate. I took my car for 2 other inspections.... THANKFULLY, to find that the issue your teams findings were COMPLETELY wrong! I'll never be back and everyone will know about your horrible practices. On top of it... my appointment was at 4p, my car went back at 4:40p. What's the point of an appointment?

There's a tech there called Mel, no relation. He's the best German vehicle technician in the area. Definitely recommend him to look at your car. I went there on a Wednesday afternoon to get an oil change and had a couple of oil change stickers in my window that baked on my windshield and after he cleaned it up with no marks left behind. 5 stars!

The best customer service ever. Wonderful guests especially Zulma and Gisele. They really are welcoming, knowledgeable and cheerful and above all very customer service oriented. Keep them and don t lose them. They are great assets to Firestone

The visit started off fine. But after I checked out I couldn't get my car. I kept being told it's coming but no car. Then I was told my car was blocked in. I finally walked outside to the bays to find a mechanic performing an estimate on a car parked behind my car. That car could have been moved in seconds to get my car back to me in a timely fashion. That lack of customer care is what will prevent me from coming back to Firestone. Sad.

I visited a while back and was met with excellent service! I was helped by Noah and Giselle at the front desks and couldn't have asked for better individuals. They were so kind and understanding, Firestone is lucky to have them there! I will definitely be recommending this location from now on. Thank you again!

I had to make an unexpected trip to this location when I got a nail in one of my tires on the way out of town. The staff were incredibly polite and responsive regarding the cost and time that it would take to fix or replace the tire (depending on what was needed). I waited in the clean sitting area and in less than an hour my tire was patched and I was back on the road. I could not ask for a more professional service.

Disappointed, I always had a great experience with my tire service. I had my battery replaced in April by Firestone. With a recent oil change at my dealer, they told me to get battery checked out. Firestone checked out battery and told me that they would replace it for free but the alternator wasn t working. They were going to charge me $800. I took my car to an independent shop and turned out battery and alternator were fine. Very shady Firestone

Had battery issue, needed diagnostic to determine the cause, made an appointment, after waiting over 90 minutes Still no service, some other had been waiting for about three hours. When I spoke with them, it was always 30 minutes. I walked out and will not return nor recommend. Poor time management , lack of communication

Manager Chris here is a special one.Firestone had a fleet service contract with Avis rental cars. However, Firestone has some type of issue obtaining approval to do basic maintenance (oil changes) so their answer to solving this problem? Pass the cost on to the customer. Like someone renting a vehicle is going to pay for oil changes out of pocket.Manager Chris explained they ve had 2 rental vehicles waiting SINCE SATURDAY for approval. It s Monday morning.This place is obviously incompetent, if they can t manage getting billing on a vehicle right, I can t imagine the harm they re out here doing to vehicles.I ll be calling corporate and forwarding on this complaint.

Very disappointed. Made apoitment for A/C @ 8am waited an hour just to let me know what I already knew. I need free-on on my vehicle and want to charge me $289 for it. Still I had to pay almost $50 for telling me something I already knew. I thought you where professional not thieves.Someone contacted me. Trying to solve the issue. But, I said, if you give me my money back it can be solve. So they send me a survey. Sad, please don't waist your time.

Gisselle and Paul were awesome. I was there for a while because they were waiting for parts to be delivered. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed and I got my vehicle back.

I had an appointment to get a front alignment done and they turned me away because I had a lift on my F-150. It wasn t even lifted that much. ( 1 1/2 inches ) They said they couldn t do it. So I took it to the Nottingham location and that location will get my business.

I guess I should've read the reviews before choosing to drop my car off at this location for a check engine light diagnostic. I dropped my car off at 12:00 noon today and gave them until 5:00 pm to call me. I made a SIMPLE request when I dropped it off that the mechanic changed their gloves when they were inside my car because I have cream interior. I guess that was my bad to make a "COMMON SENSE" request. Well, the young lady who took my key said she couldn't make such a request because (apparently) getting the inside of a car dirty was avoidable at a place like this.Fast forward to 5:00 pm, I STILL haven't received a call, which I wasn't expecting to anyway. And I didn't give them a heads-up that I was coming. I go to pick up my car, and the mechanic is confused. There's no movement in the system and he asks if anyone called me. "No sir they didn't. I'm just here to pick up my car." The young lady nor the mechanic can find my key or the repair ticket. After searching for a few minutes, the mechanic comes back inside and asks if he can have a few minutes to run my diagnostic. I politely declined and asked for my key at which the young lady makes a smart remark to just give me my key and that I'm the one who asked for mechanics to use mats because I have creme interior. My bad if I want my creme interior free of grease smears. I didn't realize that was asking for so much.To the manager (and owner of this location).you may want to choose a better customer service representative who actually cares about her job. I feel like she put my ticket at the bottom of the pile purposely.To the customers, IF you choose to give this location your business, do so at your own risk. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Haven't received my car back as of yet but, my first impression of this particular establishment has been WONDERFUL so far. The counter person was very very nice and definitely knowledgeable about the services available and dates and times of mechanic availability. The process was very easy to drop off my vehicle and have my concerns addressed. Will give another review once I receive my car back!

Customer service at this location was pretty great. They were able to look at my car, even though I dropped it off in the late afternoon. 1 star knocked off since they couldn't resolve my problem, but I wasn't charged for anything either. I would visit again in the future.

I would NOT come here for tire issues. I was told a few days ago when I came in that the wait would be long to wait to plug my tire. So after making an appointment a few days later I learned that meant nothing. After watching my car sit untouched for 25 minutes after my appointment time, I called Midas that was down the street. They plugged it right away- no hassle and did a great job. Drive two more minutes down the road for improved service

Really great experience! The associate was welcoming and pleasant. I shared with her that I had a time sensitive appointment and she assured me that my oil change would be done timely.My appointment started at the scheduled time and was completed maybe 20 minutes later. The technician was quick and efficient. I think everyone that worked there knew my appointment was time sensitive cause the associate mentioned it when he was collecting payment. Amazing experience!!

My car was towed to fire stone on Eastern Avenue because I was having trouble starting my car. They called me once the car got there and told me that I needed a fuel module assembly and it would be $1200 so I told them no way and that I will get it towed out of there. The mechanic already had my car apart assuming that I was going to get them to fix it so it took them an hour to attempt to put my car back together and now my heat stays on so apparently they didn t put it back together correctly. Terrible place to take your vehicle. Not recommended

Called with brake issues, they got me in and fixed up the same day. Were very transparent with what was needed versus just recommended. They even found some discounts on the service, and added an oil change and tire patch for free.
