I've been taking my car here for routine maintenance for a couple years now. The mechanics who work here are kind, responsive and take time to explain everything. I've found them to be very fair in pricing and cheaper than a lot of other auto shops in the area. Today I was having an issue with my car door and they were able to see me same day and fixed my issue quickly. Highly recommend

Today, I went to fill my car tires with air. The attendant was incredibly friendly and honest, and even refused payment. I highly recommend this place.

I gave these guys a shot based on the previous review, and I must say that I am very pleased with the service. My car was running rough, stalling out, and the check engine light was on. The guy at Fieden brothers quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and repaired the vehicle for a very reasonable price. The service was surprisingly prompt and friendly, amounting to the single best experience I have had with a mechanic in the Baltimore region. I would highly recommend Fieden Brothers to family and friends.

Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good barber. It is hard to find one you can trust, but once you do, you will always come back. This is a place I would take my car back to without a doubt.My engine light came on and I called different auto service centers for their prices to diagnose this problem. I took a chance at this place and it worked out really well. Jerry quickly diagnosed the problem to be a faulty O2 sensor that had to be replaced. I went and bought the part for a local store rather than used the shop's part, which reduced the cost of repair considerably. The part was replaced and everything's working fine again. This all happened within 24 hours and the final cost for everything (parts and labor) seem reasonable to me. Plus, Jerry was very knowledgeable and upfront about everything. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

brought my car in for an AC repair, quoted me at 1000 dollars. (parts are under 200 online and said even if I buy the parts he couldnt do it for under 500 additional) Called a second local mechanic who quoted me at 250 for everything besides parts which are 150 online. Steve wanted to come off as the friendly neighborhood mechanic but his own greed seems to have gotten in the way. Paid a diagnostic fee despite not being told there is going to be one and out the door I went happily.

So I went when they we incredibly busy. It's a small shop, so make an appt if you really need time get seen.Regardless, one of the guys came out (didn't get his name) and asked what was wrong. I told him my check engine light came on. He let me know there was no way they could squeeze me in. But he went ahead and checked what the issue was for free just to make sure it wasn't a safety hazard.He gave me the code for the issue and gave me great advice for following up on it.Amazing service. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

First time I went here was for new brakes and rotors. After they completed the job (for less than their estimate, mind you), they showed me the old parts they replaced and how worn they were. Few shops would go the extra mile like this to show me exactly the work that was done and why. I highly recommend these honest mechanics.

They are open something like 8:30-5 Mon-Fri. I love these guys because they are no nonsense mechanics. They'll take a look at the car and if they can fix it they'll tell you what you need to do, if they can't they'll tell you that too.The first time I took my car to them they even printed me out a diagram of the engine and showed me the part that was gone bad, explained to me exactly what it did, and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix it.I like these guys because they are straight shooters.

I will gladly recommend the Feiden Brothers Service to anyone needing some work on their vehicle. These are honest and know exactly what to do, and you can't beat the Feiden price anywhere. I'm impressed.

This is the best car repair operation in all of southeast Baltimore. The mechanics are the most knowledgeable car people I know. You can trust them too.
