My experience with East End was awesome! They were extremely courteous and professional. They communicated with me and were always available if I had any questions. In a world where customer service is almost non-existent, they went above and beyond for me. Not to mention, the work was impeccable. No stars ! This place is a scam ! Total rip off. Held my car for a month with out doing any work. Owner REGGIE lied to me every time I called giving me updates on another persons vehicle which is a completely different make and model. On the 30th day and the insurance no longer agreed to cover the rental REGGIE blamed Geico for his mistake. REGGIE called enterprise to extend the rental and gave me $200 check to cover it for 3 days. I called REGGIE back for an update 2 days later for a time span on the repairs while still beating around the bush. I moved my car to another garage after 33 days still no work 2 days later canceled the check ! This is all his fault and then cancels the ridiculous and very unprofessional. This situation is his fault.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
