OMG!! I took my named up car to ELG and within 4 days my car was restored to its original showroom condition! They are so very efficient and reliable and friendly. They stand by their quotes and their word!

I have taken several cars here over the years and have nothing but good things to say about their work. Cars come out looking brand new and communication is quick and very consistent. The office staff is always very friendly and I ve never felt like I over paid for anything. They handle any job with ease, from dent repair to complete rebuild, and are always happy to accommodate any request. I will definitely continue to bring all my cars for E.L.G.

Im standing down her at ELG at my man Luiz body shop. He just finished doing my Tundra. I ve been getting my cars fixed at Luiz ELG for about five years. No one can compare with the work they do. They are the best I ve seen and never will I go anywhere else

I have been coming to this body shop for over 10 years they take pride in their work and always greet you with a smile . They even cleaned my car after working on it . The best part is the timing it s never long they are a honest body shop with great service.

They do good work but the office makes every single thing difficult when dealing with insurance companies and rentals. Even made me pay in cash for some unknown reason. And didn t fix my taillight like i was told they would.

I have nothing negative to say about this place...ALL EXTREMELY POSITIVE!!!!! I was recommended to come here and talk to Louse. First moment I stepped into the office I felt at ease, having my first accident ever I didn t know what to do much less say. Silvia was so helpful and worked with me and my insurance company. They immediately did the estimate, and told me We ll take good care of your car. Those 3 weeks felt like an eternity but Silvia and Vanessa kept me informed each step of the way. They were able to work with me financially. Being very green to the insurance game I wound up paying HALF of what was expected out of my deductible. Instead of $2,000.00 I only paid $1,000.00 it was too good to be true considering my total cost was $3,117.75!! Not only did my car look brand spanking new...they even cleaned the inside of my car and gave it a well deserved wash. Very satisfied and highly recommend. Excellent job guys!!! My one stop shop from now on thank you all so much!!

Eze was a wonderful manager. Very reliable and great with communication and affordable. Work was done wonderful. I don't know if I'd go back because I tried to use the finance information he told me about to pay. But when I got here to pay with it no one knew nothing about it or how to use it. I just don't get it. Smh glad to get my car back and the service was great but the finish line blew me. I'd recommend them though for their service and work on my vehicle because overall they're amazing!!!!

I ve had daunting experiences at other shops, from mechanics over charging me for work, from another shop removing my car parts to replace them with older car parts. However, my experience at ELG was beyond remarkable. They went the extra mile in the quality work and in customer service. I was happy to pick up my car, see the quality work and enjoy a clean, detailed interior. I plan to return to get more work done and to send all of my family and friends.

They replaced 3 out of 4 windows and put 3 out of 4 brand new tires on my car and that were beyond reasonably priced I dropped my cat off Saturday afternoon and it was ready by Monday. They do wonderful work on a variety of things, they even do paintwork and their prices are so reasonable especially when paying out of pocket.
