I had a terrible experience with this place. My insurance company had me use this place to repair my car after a hit and run. I had damage to my rear bumper, trunk and passenger side tail light. I dropped my car off the 24th of January and was told it could take a month bc of having to order parts. I was fine with that bc my insurance company covered a rental for a month. The month came and gone without me getting my car back. I got excuse after excuse on why my car wasn't ready. They took so long they said I didn't have to pay the part I was responsible for bc they knew it was kinda ridiculous how long the repair was taking. I was very understanding during the whole process. I was very appreciative that they didn't make me pay much part bc they knew how bad the service they were providing was. I didn't get my car back until March 15th , almost 2 months after I dropped my car off to them. Again still was not mad and was very understanding, things happen. The part where I get mad is , they returned my vehicle with new damage. They caused 2 paint chips and the brand new bumper that was replaced had noticeable scratches on it. I called Chris ( great customer service , Kevin also has great customer service) he said they would be happy to fix it. I dropped my car off this morning and just picked it up after hours to see that the repair they did to the one paint chip is terrible. It doesn't not match the paint around it at all . The other paint chip they didn't even bother with. As far as the bumper they almost did a good job with that. There are still scratches but at this point I'm tired of paying for rides and I will not be taking my vehicle back.

Have you ever seen the movie The Money Pit? Yknow how the contractors keep telling Tom Hanks 2 weeks ? That s Darcars Collision. They have had my car since Feb 12, when I was told it would be done the 28th. Since Mar 1, I ve been told next week every Friday. I have to call multiple times just to get someone to call me back because nobody is ever in the office. Every week is a new excuse.This is an insurance claim, so if you have multiple cars to drive and don t care that Darcars will hold your car hostage for over a month so they can jack up the labor hours to bill the insurance company, while completely ignoring you, than by all means, dropIt off here. If you re a regular person who just wants a drivable car to get you to work and the grocery store, go elsewhere.

They fixed my severely damaged Toyota Camry and now it looks brand new. I got near daily updates, great customer service.

Just a quick update to the review below that I left last year I just took my vehicle to DARCARS Collision center for the second time. Chip and the team in the collision center were wonderful. My vehicle was done on time(unheard of in the body shop industry), my car was detailed when I picked it up, and they did an amazing job. I had one small issue a few days after picking it up and they were more than happy to take care of me to be sure the job was done right. These guys take pride in their work and making sure you re happy. Thanks again guys!!!First of all, I only leave reviews if I m extremely impressed or very disappointed with a business. My experience with DARCARS collision has been wonderful. I was very reluctant to take my practically new (to me) 2020 CX-5 to a body shop for a repair since someone rear-ended me last month, but it needed to be done. DARCARS had decent ratings and was right down the street from my house. When I first went for a quote, I almost decided not to use them as no one greeted me when entering or acknowledged I was there for about five minutes, but I realized they were pretty busy and decided to wait. I m thankful I did. Chip was quick to get me a quote and assured me on approximate timing of getting it repaired. A returned a few weeks later to drop it off after I received clearance from my insurance. Chip pre-ordered the parts he needed for my vehicle. I dropped it off on Monday and was told it should be done on Friday. I had no real hopes of it actually being done on friday as I don t believe I ve ever had a vehicle repaired at a body shop in the time frame they originally gave me. I even reserved a rental car for a few days longer than that time frame. I was very surprised to find out at the end of the week that my car was done Friday afternoon! When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! Not only did the rear end where they had completed the work look great, but they had detailed the vehicle inside and out, all my belongings were as I had left them and I felt like I was getting in a brand new car. Chip and crew: A sincere thank you ! I hope not to need a body shop any time soon, but if I do or know anyone who does, I will not hesitate to visit/recommend DARCARS collision!

Heritage Toyota. Please don t use these people. Don t take your car there. They stole from me. A bunch of thieves. These people are the worst. Please don t take your car to them. They are the worst. I just found out that while my car was being repaired they switched my car brakes and put aftermarket brakes on. Criminals.

A este lugar nunca lleves tu carro a reparar mi carro lo lleve muchas veces despu�s de que lo repararon porque las llantas delanteras cuando yo doblaba topaban en la parte de adelante y empezaron a cortar para que seg�n ya no pasara eso y segu�a me cans� de ir y dijeron que el auto as� tendr� que quedar tuve que pagar de mi bolsillo para repararlo no sirven nunca conf�en sus autos aqu�.
