Would highly recommend this company. Service is prompt and friendly. They keep you updated on practically a daily basis as to the status of repairs. The location is excellent and within a block of an Enterprise rental location.

Dropped the car off on 10/24 and was told I would have an estimate in a day or two. Was also informed that in an ideal world, the car would be ready in a week. Knew from three other estimates that it would more likely be two to three weeks. Fine. Visited the shop a week later and still didn t have an estimate. 11/3: Received text message that the estimated completion date was updated to 11/10. 11/6: Received text message that the shop was nearing completion on repair. 11/6 (later): Received text message that completion date was updated from 11/10 to 11/13 and that parts were in. 11/7: Received text message that the car was still on target for 11/13 completion date. 11/8: Text stated still on track. 11/13: Text stated completion date updated to 11/15. Called shop to inquire. Staffer told me, Oh, those text messages are not accurate So why send them? This caused issues with my schedule and car rental. 11/21: Estimated completion updated from 11/15 to 11/24. 11/24: Estimated completion updated from 11/24 to 11/29. 11/29: Updated to 11/30. On 11/30 I went to pick up the car and found the shop had not installed the trim stripe AND the grill and hood were clearly misaligned. Had to return later. Manager had the gall to ask me if the car had previously been involved in an accident in order to cover for the slipshod work. Um, no. Repair still isn t 100 percent, but I won t be returning.When you pull up to the shop, you ll notice the parking lot is absolutely packed. (It s a Geico-approved shop and is near an Enterprise.) This should be your first sign to avoid this place. They are too busy for their own good. It s also a national chain. I recommend you find a nice mom-and-pop repair shop that delivers on what it promises and does better work.

Clean the inside of the customers car when finished doing body and pain work there is an extreme amount of white residue dust located within the car from front and back of inside the vehicle. Also the paint job located under the lift gate handle doesn't look good. it's not flushed liked the rest of the paint on the door/vehicle . It's buckling like someone put too much nail polish on your finger nails.

ok shop but I noticed they more closely detailed certain peoples cars after repairs over others. Not sure the reason for that but I atleast would have liked for there not to be dirty fingerprints on my windows and inside door handles and tape left on my car that I had to scrape off with residue stuck to the paint.

Customer service was good but they left a scratch on my passenger side door that won't wipe off. I would still recommend this shop to take your car too things happen. I need this scratch buff out its noticeable

I can give a zero star if I could. Communication was very lacking, and the deadline was never met.One of the staff told me that they could start fixing my car as soon as 5 days after I dropped off my vehicle, and that was why I chose Crash Champ in the first place. However, they ended up using 1 month to actually even provide me a quote, and once I decided to take the car out, I have to pay for their delayed job of storing my vehicle there with $100/day (ended up $3000 for just PARKING THERE, and THEY are the people delaying it). Call to reason, two ladies started with really bad attitude and hung up on me. They even threatened to keep my car if I didn't pay the ridiculously high parking fee which I argued I should've only paid for the first 5 days.So, I was forced to fix my car there. THEN, they pushed the deadline OVER AND OVER. Eventually, it took them 3 months to fix my car. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't know how they get 4.4/5 because my experience is the worst of the worst.

I Recently used this location, Crash Champions I had damage to my car from a fallen tree on the left side passenger. My line of contact was a young lady name Alicia she was very helpful every time I called I received an answer no long waits on the phone. Her communication was perfect. Alicia s been working at this location for one year now or so and I would say that she s awesome very cheerful beautiful smile approachable. She did a wonderful job on my car when I first saw it I was jumping for joy, definitely would use this location again.

If your insurance is sending you to crash autos at 4700 bel air road, Baltimore to fix your car. Hurriedly call your insurance to change it elsewhere. Bear in mind insurance want to make money by instructing them to use cheap parts but the auto center will make your matters worse!

Marissa and Adam are both amazing!Geico scheduled my repairs at this shop for a scratch/scrape. From the moment I walked in Adam was super nice and helpful. My insurance did not give me an estimate so Marissa was able to assist me and tell me it would definitely be more than my deductible. I left my car with them and Adam scheduled Enterprise to pick me up. Not only did he do that but he also gave me another rental place as a referral to go to in case Enterprise was too expensive since my insurance did not cover it. I dropped off Monday morning, Marissa was able to have my car ready by Friday morning. The car looked like brand new.Marissa and Adam, you are both excellent!

Constantly promised completion of vehicle twice each week. Last minutes text to say it was not ready. deposited on 11/22/23, completed on 12/18/23. Told me paint booth broke down was delay cause. Went by facility and watched vehicles exit repair shop having been painted.

Absolutely amazing service. The front desk receptionist is a sweet heart! The entire staff is professional and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anybody and everybody after the great service I received. Their commitment to great customer service helped ease the stress of my car being in an accident.

Before taking my Vehicle the reviews helped a lot. My experience was Great everyone there is Friendly and Extremely Helpful and Accommodating. Marissa informed me of every step that was involving my Car. It was done 3 days before Scheduled. Granted after a couple days I had few minor issues which they were Extremely Willing to go back and rectify the Situation. 100% Guaranteed Work and in one day the issues was fixed my car was Delivered back to my Home and ALL is WELL!!! (I say Delivered because I live literally 3mins if that.)

Repair process went exceptional. I would ve provided a 5 star if coins weren t removed from the center console of my vehicle. This company should really evaluate the individuals they have working for them. Nothing good comes to thieves and I do hope it was worth it. You never know if that could ve be been a trigger for a person or essentially their last. Be mindful of that moving forward.

Marisa Deoraj (Manager) and the outstanding Staff at Crash Champions truly exceeded all of my expectations! When my damaged vehicle was brought in for repairs, they were courteous, professional, attentive and they addressed my questions and concerns. They arranged a loaner vehicle for me and they cheerfully kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. My car was fully restored in no time, and they did a beautiful job! When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the Manager, Marisa Deoraj personally came out to greet and thank me, and she escorted me to my car. I couldn't be happier with the excellent results, great staff and peace of mind I had throughout this encounter. I was offered a couple preferred shops in the area by Geico. I live in Towson and the shop they recommended near me was not very nice on a prior visit. I was not excited to drive down to Bel Air Road, but I'm glad I did. The service was fantastic. Jen and the rest of the team kept me up to date with status. Several calls through the process. It only took two weeks for the repairs even though they stated they have been experiencing delays due to supply chain issues. Extremely courteous. Sad, but that's the exception, not the rule today. My car was sent here by my insurance company. There front desk people were very nice. The GM rude and does have customers service skills. They also have dealers that feel the need to go through your car and find stuff to steal. And no one cares to say anything not even sorry. I will never have my car there again.

Although they did a good job repairing my car's body damage, someone stole its catalytic converter while it was on the shop's lot and in its care. But I was told that they held no responsibility for this. They didn't even offer to pay my deductible for the new claim I had to file with my insurance. This shop has an insecure lot with no fence surrounding it and protecting the cars in it. I will never go there again.Service: Body & Trim

Body work and painting. It would have been nice if they had washed the car when they returned it. I had one side dirty 1 side clean.
