I came here for a state inspection. Paul was simply amazing, and very professional. He explained to me in detail, on what needed to be done to my car, and fixed the issues right away. I recommend Clark Auto to any and everyone. Always a great experience with Clark s Auto. I ve taken 3 cars here for state inspections and they have quick and easy to get done and feel they give me the most honest feedback on my car. Often time tough to find an appointment it cancellations happen occasionally so good to be on the standby if close by.

Paul is the real deal. I had gone here for my state inspection which was quick and easy. I had brought my car in the following week to see if he could fix the plastic falling off from under my car and he took it back and fixed it for FREE. I couldn't believe it. I will certainly be coming back for all my car needs. Excellent experiences so far

I've had my vehicle serviced at Clark's for the last 4 years. The bottom is is, they excellent mechanics that are honest and perform quality work. I only take my car to Clark's because good , honest mechanics are hard to come by. They ve always been great, I ve taken two flat tires there and each they tried to repair but could only repair one. Super reasonable for labor to repair the tire and including oil change. The other one they couldn t repair but ordered a new tire within the day and had it fixed. Then I took my partners car in to have his AC fixed, two other mechanics charged him and told him they fixed it, Clark auto found the actual problem and felt terrible the part to repair was super expensive. They handled it within 24 hours and are so communicative and honest about time/labor/cost, they don t lie about it and genuinely care about your expenses and time! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Went there for a oil pan gasket leak or so I was told from another shop which quoted me almost $1000! I went there with my Maxima and I got the real problem fixed for a little over $100! Thanks for being an honest repair shop and you have gain a customer for life!

We moved here about a year ago, and always take our SUV to Clark Auto. We scheduled an appt for an oil change/ tire rotation and they got us in the next day. The appointment was done quickly and they are so friendly!! I would definitely recommend them! After years of going places where we wait forever and are told a list of expensive problems, it's so refreshing to find a quality place!

I highly recommend Clark Auto. They are fair priced and quick. I got an inspection done in less than an hour for $65. They did a synthetic oil change for $68. They don't try to upsell and Jackie, the receptionist, is very responsive and nice. I would tell anyone to go here, at least for oil changes and inspections.

The whole family has been coming to Clark's auto for years. We have moved out of the area still we are coming back here. Very knowledgeable, honest and caring staff. Family owned business. Affordable.

They are very professional. I am new to Maryland so I spoke to the lady on the phone and she scheduled me by they way the lady I spoke to and the one you will meet in front desk is very nice and sweet to all she speaks to. Their service is fast and their price is very reasonable.

If you have your own parts to install, they charge $100/ labor hour. I won't use them. I wonder if they jack up their part prices way over their cost to make extra money off of their customers?

You can't never go wrong with these group of guys. From phone calls they are great in person they are the best. They have very good team of workers. Very good in listening and understanding your problems. Their work, estimates and inspection are the cheapest I found. I even call them the Avengers because they are hardworking young guys that makes an honest living...

Wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! This place sucks!!!!! Brought my car in because low engine coolant light came on, they charged me $218 for a new tank and to top it off with antifreeze... NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER, my car is SMOKING, all of the oil is gone & low engine coolant light is on AGAIN. Come to find out, they must've hit something to cause the oil leak AND the antifreeze leak!!! Now they're saying IF it was their fault (which it was because they were the last and only people that have been working on my car since I first got the damn thing in the first place) then they will try their best to cover the damages....WHAT?! These people are the worst! They try to get over on women! If you are a woman looking to get your car fixed here, I would suggest you coming in with someone who knows something about cars or just not go to this place at all! THEY SUCK

What did I like about it? I didn't. I pulled in to see if they would do an inspection, and noticed various bolts, and other sharp piercing metal all over the lot. Lo and behold they sell tires. I pulled out immediately to inspect my brand new tires for damage. Luckily I didnt pick up one of their sales tactics. To me that screamed crooked. Clean up your lot. There's no excuse to run a business like an animal.

Jus had to get an oil change. My husband and I have been getting our vehicles serviced here for over 13 yrs. Tht's a testament of such great work tht they do since our vehicles are a 2000 4Runner and a 2006 Sequoia. They've been keeping them running

Took my car there for an inspection and service was great. They were quick, explained what was needed and the people were kind. It was the first time I went there and will definitely be returning for my car needs.

I brought my car here for a subframe install, cv axle, and sway bar stabalizer.. I had to wait 2 months to get my car back, but when I got it back the steering wheel was loose but they didnt know why.. I had been a total of 4 months without my car so I figured maybe it was because of the subframe install, Im making a trip to Canada and went to check my brakes. I finally take off the wheel and see no sway bar stabalizer at all..!!!!! I take it back to them calmly at first and try to get an explanation and the shop owner LIES to me and said they did the opposit side and I know they didnt because the old piece is still there..!!!! And why would you remove a piece and have me drive around without it, why wouldnt you put the old piece back on...?????? Refused to take another look at it and did not offer refund for work they did NOT do.. BE WARNED, HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP..!!!!! Maybe it was because of my skin color but I will never be going back for anything.. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I recently visited Clark Auto because my air conditioner was not cooling, I was told that to service this vehicle would cost $129.00 . When I picked up the vehicle after service and drove it, the system was still not working. I took it back the next day and was told that it will cost an additional $673.00 to fix the system. A credit of $90.00 was applied to this charge. To be for warned is to be ready, I was never informed of this possibility.

i referred a co-worker to clark auto. his wheel had fallen off and the axle was bent. before even trying to service his vehicle they checked to see if there were any recalls. there had been a recall for this very problem. this shows not only knowledge about the vehicles they service but a degree of honestly rarely seen in many auto repairs shops. my co-worker took his car to the dealer and clark auto let go of what would have a large repair bill. i have been getting my vehicles serviced there for years and would not think of going anywhere else. they are always professional, courteous and extremely competent.

Took my truck here for and MD state inspection.they said with all the things they told me was wrong with it.it would cost 3000 dollars to fix it and everything would be good.all they wanted was money 2 months later my truck broke down on the side of the highway. I had it towed to there shop what they tell me another 3000 plus dollars again. No thanks I'll get a second opinion.

I won't be returning you don't give someone an appointment and wait until they arrive to say you can't honer it because you are completely booked. That is the sole reason of making appointment. So now you are costing me more money and time out of my day
