I found this shop after my car was involved in an accident. They did an awesome job with the repairs, customer service was excellent, and they kept me updated with the process and time frame. Frank was very helpful, friendly, and informative. I can t recommend this place enough!

Frank and his team is absolutely the best mechanic and body shop in the greater Baltimore area. Honest, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, you can't ask for a better place to take your car. Whether it be a BMW or domestic like Dodge, Frank will take great care of your car.

I took my new Denali to get the front bumper and side panels. The owner Frank told me it would be three days and it was exactly three days,. The total was thousand less than other competitors and u can t even tell it was hit, I can see why these guys are always busy.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car was stolen & the entire process had been such a nightmare until I was recommended to Frank & Certified Collision Center. Frank and his family were the first people through the entire ordeal that made things simple & straight forward. I picked my car up yesterday and could not be happier- I grew up always bringing my cars to one of father s friends who is a mechanic and have not been able to find anywhere in Baltimore I trusted (until now), I am SO grateful to have been recommended to Certified. I can not recommend this company enough for any of your cars needs, I won t be bringing my car anywhere else but here from now on!

Frank is literally the kindest and most honest auto repair shop owner I ve ever met. I ve brought my car here 3-4x over the span of a few years and he was always so patient and understanding and helpful. He never tried to overcharge me for any services and I always got my car back on time. I m so happy that I brought my car here and will never take it anywhere else!

Literally the best car shop ever! Frank & his team are honest, fair, and the work they do is nothing less than AMAZING. There is no problem that Frank can t resolve. I have a 2011 Lexus that I ve always taken to him and have not had any issues with outside of routine maintenance. Additionally my car was in an accident and would you believe after Certified s work, my car looked even better than before?! Very RUDE!!! Frank has no respect for women and is clueless when it comes to conducting business! Saying he is ILL MANNERED is an understatement!!! Please take your vehicle elsewhere.

I visited Certified Collision just last week because a friend of mine was saying a lot of good things about the owner, Frank. He told me if I want a high quality job done, I should take it to his shop. I was having issues with the engine on my 2006 Volvo S60. After speaking with frank about it, he diagnosed the specific problems really well and gave me an estimate of time when it would be complete. I know how most body work shops usually are late when it comes to repair but Frank ended up finishing right on time. At first I was skeptical, but the car runs exactly like what it was before I had the engine issues, which was exactly what I was looking for. I would honestly give 6 stars if I could.

Words can not express how helpful, detailed, informative, and honest the staff here is.My brother needed some car services for his Jetta all were done and it was explained thoroughly. Above and beyond what was expected.Would highly recommend this shop and definitely will be going back to them if I encounter any more issues with it.

I only take my vehicles to certified collision. They are very honest and reliable .anytime I have an issue I can count on Frank and his team to fix it. I would highly recommend to bring your vehicles to certified ! They will make sure your not spending an arm and leg either

From the second I walked in, Frank and his team were there to help. Someone had backed into my Jetta, denting the fender and door. Frank came out and took a look, and gave his honest opinion - being a black car, popping the dent out would still show. He was able to get my fender and door panel replaced within a week - actually sooner - it was done earlier than I could even pick it up! While they were in there, they also fixed my window module - on the house. Very knowledgable and friendly staff, and Frank is an overall great guy. I have an official body shop/mechanic now, and will recommend Certified to anyone who needs the same.

3 words. Frank knows cars. This man will diagnose my issue on dot, every single time I take my car to him. Cars are confusing but this guy has been dealing with them since he was a kid. He loves cars, he breathes cars. So every ounce of me trusts him.

This place is very professional and fast. They did collision work on my 2020 Lexus, instead of taking it to the Lexus dealer I chose here and I don t regret it, it looks brand new. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Single most honest and considerate mechanic ive used in 25 years. Went 6 years ago based on the suggestion of my insurance company and haven't gone elsewhere since, for everything from my 02 Acura to my 2015 Maserati Ghibli Q4 for paint and body work. Frank and Al are gentlemen.
