. Very expensive for just left front brakes but they are super nice and very patient. I ll come back if I ever get in a collision. I pray I don t but they are soo nice lovely people. It s clean. They have good pens that write good. Home girl in the front was soo nice. There s a guy who uses his phone to translate and he is soo cute and nice too. I was greeted as soon as I drove in. Cute company with cute nice lovely people

I had a really wonderful experience at Bumper Globe Collision Center. I found a water leak in my car, they were able to see me same day, correctly identify what had gone wrong better than I could, and fixed it in under 40 min for a very reasonable price. I greatly appreciated and was impressed by the service, both socially and technically, and would highly recommend them for any future car related issue.

My son Angelo brought his 2017 Honda civic in for an inspection just today, and everything checked out except for the tinting on the windshield. Tim let us know that he could just bring the car back and he would quickly look it over after getting the problem corrected, instead of making another appointment. These people are some of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. Showing great customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the service provided. Kudos goes to Tim and Billy for all of there wonderful help with my son's car. Thanks Bumper Globe.

I went to Bumper Globe Collision Centre for the Maryland safety inspection for my car. Excellent service and very friendly staff! Although I didn't book an appointment and was in a hurry, they were kind and accommodated my request the same day. I am very impressed with their outstanding service. I highly recommend Bumper Globe Collision Centre for all your safety inspection needs.

Service quality has gone down considerably as of late. I ve been here for three separate sets of repairs. The first two were great, but this last time was horrible due to numerous quality of work issues and a persistent lack of communication.Quality issues included missing fender clips, failure to notice a damaged wheel well liner, incorrect tire installation on a subsequent visit (which resulted in a AAA call and a sheared off lug nut), delay after delay in getting the parts (with no communication), and after the fourth visit returning the vehicle with headlight wiring disconnected.Communication issues include not keeping the customer informed for weeks, not answering the phone during business hours, full voice mailboxes, not returning emails I sent, etc. I had to threaten legal action to get my matter resolved.The excuse was that they were understaffed, but it s not a staffing problem at this point it s a management problem because it s putting their client s safety at risk. I would have paid money to take my car somewhere else, except that this repair was being covered by someone else s insurance. If it had been my money, I would have been long gone.

I brought my BMW in to get the hood fixed. We hit a tiny hurdle, and there was still a big gap in between my hood and the grill. The owner went out of his way to make sure that everything was buttoned up tightly and properly. They went the extra mile to make sure my car was perfect. I highly recommend Bumper Globe because they truly care about their customers. Great service!

I ll start by saying my end result and experience after getting an appointment was fantastic.That being said:I called multiple times, got no answer, left a voicemail, and still never heard back.However, I did email (which I recommend), and got an appointment booked. I got my car dropped off before opening, and upon opening, they called asking what my car was there for (after having this scheduled).Once all was sorted out and work began, communication was prompt and very positive, and the end result was really great. My car looks like new and was vacuumed and clean on the interior.I would highly recommend getting a repair done here, especially if you live in the city. I would also recommend emailing to set up an appointment.

This place is a Baltimore gem! You first need to bring your car in for an estimate. The repairs that I needed were not urgent and I was expecting that I was going to have to schedule to bring my car back on a different day to get the repairs complete; however, Kary, who provided me with the estimate, told me to leave my car and that I should expect the repairs to be completed in 2 hours. Less than two hours later, I received a text that I could pick up my car. I was surprised on how affordable the bill was and they can expect my business in the future. Also, the shop is probably the cleanest auto shop I have seen (my job in the past has had me assess auto shops).Service: General repairs & maintenance

A couple days ago was my first time going to this place. I needed my rear bumper and tail light replaced. Christina has been nothing but help and she is so efficient. She knows what she is doing and it is extremely easy to communicate with her. I recommend anyone who needs work done on their car to go here because they do care and they are in your best interest when it comes to something getting fixed the right way as well as finding a reasonable price. It s worth it and you wouldn t regret it.

I went here for my Maryland State Inspection for my car and I was really pleased with the service. They're located at the edge of Fed Hill (very close to my apartment) which made dropping my car off super simple. The customer service was great. Compared to other repair shops and dealerships in the area I believe their price for an inspection is one of the cheapest if not the cheapest. They provided all the necessary certification paperwork and I was overall really pleased with this experience. The person who helped me at the front desk (I wish I remembered his name but he is a man who is deaf/hard of hearing) was so kind and helpful to accommodate my tight schedule to get the inspection done before I had another appointment. I appreciated their willingness to help even while juggling several customers/customer issues at once. My only criticism is that this place is difficult to reach by telephone so you can't make an appointment, but that wasn't an issue for the services I needed and they are easy to work with just by walking in. Also, I think once you are getting work done the specific mechanic working on your vehicle contacts you directly so that probably isn't an issue for customers.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I called to confirm an appointment I made for my daughter s Jeep. A woman answered the phone in an abrupt manner, told me to hold, but apparently did not place the phone in the hold setting So I then heard her screaming profanities at a man in the background, claiming to have lost something important, stating Sh!t just disappears around here & so on. This went on for several minutes It was that experience, along with the multitude of bad reviews that led me to say NO THANKS.

I decided to use Bumper Globe Collision Centre for my state inspection, and they were so fast and professional. I was in touch with a number of places in Fed Hill which all required appointments on specific days when their inspector was in shop, and with Bumper Globe, I just had to drop my car off in the morning, and it was ready a few hours later. They emailed me confirmation and printed my report for the MVA as well. I mentioned that I was interested in having my brakes checked as I dropped my car off, and they checked them for me, assessed the situation, and gave me super honest recommendations (including how many more miles they would last). I had talked to a few shops about the issue before and never truly trusted the information I was getting until I chatted with Bumper Globe! I ended up getting them repaired, and they were done before the end of the day. My car feels and sounds brand new! They happened to be running a special on brake pads, so the price was much better than expected. As an added bonus, the staff was amazing, helpful, informed, and able to simply explain the entire process to me. Will be back!Service: Brakes

I went today to get my inspection done, and I was very pleased with this business. Very clean and well kept office. The staff was friendly and I interacted directly with Robin and Tim and had a great experience with them. Tim was a straight shooter friendly guy who moved me right along and got me out the door in timely manner. Robin was very friendly and kept me entertained while Tim was working on my inspection. The pricing was fair, the staff was friendly, the location is convenient and clean. 10/10 would stop here again.

Brought in my car after getting sideswiped pretty bad, had the other person s Insurance Adjuster come out to Bumper Globe before they got started. Geico paid for the whole thing and Bumper Globe did a phenomenal job; took about 2 weeks, but some of that was waiting on my new door, which everything is backed up with supply chain issues. However, it looks brand new. I mostly dealt with Kary, he was exceptionally kind, and they even vacuumed out my vehicle and cleaned it for me when I picked it up. 10/10, my first experience there, highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I had the best customer service here: after my car was broken into and my window was broken, Robin was so helpful/caring throughout the whole repair process. She went above and beyond to ensure the best customer experience for me in a highly stressful situation. The quality of care was so exceptional that I felt like I was a personal friend of hers. Robin is a 10/10 employee and the type of employee that deserves to be recognized in the company.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honestly one of the single most important experiences I've ever had. Had to bring in car following an accident and was faced with lots of challenges about where to proceed with it. Not only were all the staff here absolutely humane and understanding, they also offered comfort and professionalism the entire length of my process, making sure to take care of me in a truly challenging time.I have never experienced this with an auto service, let alone many other services in general.Bumperglobe has good, honest people through and through. They are like a family, and they treat you like family if you take your car here. I know they diagnose and treat car problems and not medical problems, but if there is any way that carside manner can be related to bedside manner, this staff are the best car doctors in the business. Highly recommend, I will not be going to anyone else for any issues that arise in the future.

My car just recently broke down and wouldn't start. I called around to different mechanics in the area and Bumper Globe was more than willing to view my car that day (everyone else said they couldn't look at my far for at least 2-3 days). I had it towed, and they had it looked at, diagnosed, and fixed all in the same day. It was wonderful. The issue was my starter, and I thought the price for the new part + labor was fair, and I was so impressed how quickly the work was completed. An added bonus: when I picked up my car, they had taken the extra step to clean both the inside and out so my car not only worked great, but looked great too. Will definitely go back to them for any future car issues.

This was a great experience -- someone bashed me and ran in a parking lot so I got to pay for this repair myself and I was not happy. However, the Bumper Globe folks were friendly and competent and the price was reasonable. They did the work on my time frame (3 days!) and even sent pictures of the car as it was being repaired. The doors now look like new again. And I will never park in that parking lot again. Overall, if your car needs bodywork, I highly recommend it.

I've used Bumper Globe now twice and I've been very impressed with their service. They were very responsive, very helpful, and also did a great job on my car. It was hit by a drunk driver (I thought it was totaled) and they were able to get it back to new in no time at all. If you're in need of auto repair, I would highly suggest taking your car here.

Everyone here is very professional felt like I was in very good hands from the beginning. Kuentin is the man had some tire issues thanks to the wonderful roads of Baltimore city. He was able to work with me and the insurance company to get me brand new tires in no time ! I never once felt like it was gonna be a hassle he was very responsive and always kept me updated. Bumper Globe is a fantastic shop. First, everyone I spoke with was friendly and personable. They treated me like a friend and not as just another job. Most importantly, they were willing to do what I asked and not anything and everything they could think of to hike up the estimate. They were honest about what was appropriate and wanted to work with me to keep my costs down. When I dropped the car off, they outlined their policy that if there was any additional work not on the estimate that would add more than 10%, they would notify me before proceeding. When that did happen, they sent me a detailed email including a picture of the problem and different price points for the parts.When I got the car back, the job done was better than I could have asked for and all at a price much better than I was given elsewhere. I only wish theirs was a service I could patronise on a more regular and less accidental basis since it is very satisfying to work with such a well-run and consciences business.

Had a very pleasant experience with bumper globe! Amy and Robin at the front are so friendly and helpful. My car looks great and they were honest and reliable. They went above and beyond and I'm very happy with my experience! Definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Bumper Globe Collision Centre! I drove to Baltimore for a quick weekend visit and as soon as I arrived my window got stuck in the open position. Bumper Globe took my car in on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning the window was fixed. The staff were friendly and personable, and so accommodating of my need for a quick service. The emergency service was extremely affordable and I plan on returning to them if I ever have car trouble in Baltimore again.

I had to take my car to Bumper Globe to get my bumper fixed after a fender bender. The woman who hit my car didn't want to use her insurance, so she asked if she could just pay for the damage out of pocket. Robin at Bumper Globe knew exactly how to handle this type of situation (ie., make sure the person at fault pays) so she took care of everything. Excellent customer service, fast estimate, great repair job, fair price, and nice waiting room. They also take pains to be a "green" business.

Dealing with Bumper Globe was easily the easiest part of getting my car fixed after being rear-ended. They got the work done for the price quoted by my insurance company, had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car, and took the rental back for me. They also finished the work on my car a day early to boot! The photo updates are a nice touch. If I ever need body work done again, they will be my first call.

Amy and the crew at Bumper Globe were the best I have ever experienced with body work on our vehicle. She went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle repaired. The car looks great and the picture updates were a great touch. I wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I originally scheduled my car for an oil change. However it hit 100k miles so I decided to have the 100k tune up done. I talked to Tony and he recommended to only do the items that needed done for the tune up (not the ENTIRE scope of work that is dealer "recommended"). He looked over my whole car and called me with all the details of what needed tuned up and the cost, what didn't and why, and even how much life I had left on the items that didn't need tuned up. He saved me a ton of money but only doing the necessary items. He was fast, friendly, thorough and kept me in the loop the entire time. I find it hard to trust mechanics, but I absolutely felt comfortable that they weren't trying to fix anything unnecessarily. Tony even helped me figure out some company car inspection requirements that I was confused about. It didn't even really have anything to do with what he did for my tune up, but he helped me get to the bottom of the confusion! Recommend Bumper Globe 100%!

Brought my car there with extensive damage and they were so honest and kind. They were honest about the damage even though they could have made a lot of money from me agreeing to fix it rather than scrap my car. Even let me store it there until someone picked it up. I will recommend them to anyone needing body work for their honesty and kindness.
