The best experience at a car dealership I've ever had!Everyone was friendly and professional.I never once felt like I was being tricked into paying more than what was talked about.No hidden fees or anything like that.All the staff were very honest and helpful.I've bought from a few dealerships in the past and this is the ONLY dealership I can recommend.Not only did we get a great deal on a brand new car (with a Chevy trade in) but we also got a great deal on the services and warranty.If you're in the market for a car this is the place to go!

Had the best car buying experience here! Dwayne was my salesperson and he was great. He converted me from a 2023 Trailblazer to 2024 Chevy Trax. The car is absolutely beautiful! The staff was really down to earth and wanted to help me get my dream car. Dave in finance was wonderful! When I get another car, it will be through Bob Bell! A++++ service!

My sales person Briana was super great, she took the time to explain everything about the vehicle and how things work in the vehicle. She was so kind, polite. Harrison the sales manager worked very hard to get me the deal and vehicle I wanted and together with Briana and other managers went above and beyond to getting me the best trade of my vehicle and the best deal and payment that fit my budget. I feel they are a great access to Bob Bell for customer satisfaction along with being the nicest and respectful and polite people. I would recommend anyone looking to buy to go see Briana and Harrison at Bob Bell at your Kane Street location.

Great experience from the first call to inquire about a car, all the way to finishing the deal. Spoke to the sales manager on the phone, who was very helpful and told us we d be working with Dwayne Morton. Dwayne was waiting for us when we walked in the door. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer questions about the vehicle (he did his research before we arrived). The car was clean and ready for a test drive when we got there. I would definitely do business here again and would recommend Dwayne as someone you want to work with.

I saw on line the vehicle I was interested in, requested an appointment for a test drive, and they responded quickly and booked me. I felt no high pressure sales tactics and was very comfortable. Jon, my sales rep, was keeping me within my budget and making sure I had all my options in front of me. I left with the vehicle I came for and stayed with in my budget!

I received excellent service when I went to Bob Bell on Kane Street to search for a car. My sales person, John Scott, was amazing. He listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle. When I wasn t thrilled about the color of the vehicle I wanted, he was able to find one at a different location and have it delivered the same day.Mr. Scott sat patiently with me and my 12 yo and explained all the features of the vehicle and what I would need to do in the next couple days, to ensure my vehicle was properly insured.5 stars is not enough to rate Mr. ScottI will definitely be referring him- to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle!!!

If you're looking for a vehicle or service on a vehicle, I highly recommend Bob Bell Chevrolet in Baltimore. The no stress sales department lead by Big John worked with me to get my dream car, and later when it needed maintenance, Stace in their Service Department went out of her way to expedite the repair.I couldn't be happier with my experience at Bob Bell. I will certainly return to this Dealership for future purchases and recommended maintenance.The Bob Bell Team has gained my Business and gained my Trust.

I went to Bob Bell a few months ago, as I had owned a GMC Terrain. It was one of the best overall experiences I ve had. I had only friendly interactions with the employees, and my car looked great after it was serviced, thanks to the car wash they provided. My GMC Terrain was totaled from an accident caused by somebody else, otherwise, I would still be choosing Bob Bell as my main service.

Always a good experience. My Malibu was bought in 2013 and my Impala was bought in 2003. Therefore, for 21 years, I have received excellent service. The Service Representatives have always been very professional in keeping customers informed on the progress of the service on their vehicle.

I had to have the rear park assist installed to my truck, when I made the appointment, no one told me the part was not in, and when I arrived and sat there for 3 hours, they finally decide to tell me the part was not in yet, and will have to reschedule the appointment. This is the second time I have had this happen. I feel they should verify they have all the parts before letting customers go on with the appointments, if they do not have the parts available for the appointment, they should contact the customer to reschedule before arriving.

I came into Bob Bell's on a Tuesday with maybe 15 minutes of time available to look at a car and talk through the deal. Long story short, they got it done. My son and I came back and picked up the car that Friday! The entire staff moved rapidly and still made me feel extremely welcomed. Love the respect of my time! They also gave me a great deal!

The wait if need to be is always minimal if need to waitMy last visit I told them what had happened Wednesday afternoon & my vehicle was seen serviced and returned by Thursday evening. The way my vehicle was acting I had thought it would be there longer than it was.

I m pretty upset with my service experience with Jamie. I purchased a used Chevy Bolt in May and brought the car in to be serviced as the battery and seatbelts had been recalled for safety issues. They fixed the seatbelt no problem, and told me they ordered the battery and would let me know when it was in. I waited a month and contacted Jamie, who I was originally speaking with for service, and she told me she would check, and then never got back to me. This happened 4 other times over the course of three months where she either said she would check and then never responded, or just ignored my messages. I called the service number today (more than 8 months after my initial appointment) to discover the new battery had never even been ordered. The recalled battery that I have been trying to get out of my car is known to catch fire while charging, and I haven t been able to charge the battery past 80% significantly reducing my mileage. If Jamie couldn t handle it she should have directed my case to someone else, her just ignoring or lying to me is rude and unprofessional.

No service at all, been to two appointments & guy didn't wanted to attend to me, & both appointments was consider canceled due to missed appointments. No update on my vehicle wasted my money on toll to bring it in & take it out! Don't waste your time here.

My experience was not a good one and I honestly don t know how to feel. I purchased a vehicle on 12/16/23 and on the 31th day I started having Power steering issues. Tried to make an appointment right away on 1/17/24 but I couldn t get an appointment until 1/29/24. I purchased extended warranty when I purchased the SUV. I called the warranty ppl and explained what was going on with the vehicle and they advised me what to do. After I brought in my vehicle I was told that my vehicle had A hole in the oil hose and that my grille was broke which I m confused on that because looking at photos the morning before my appointment it wasn t broke but my concern is my warranty won t cover my power steering issues and i just purchased it. I CANT remember the man who serviced me but was nice and very helpful with me trying to get assistance. I wasn t prepared not to get my vehicle serviced and lesson learned on buying a used vehicle. I will be bringing back my SUV to get serviced as it was not Chevrolet fault but my warranty which I canceled by the way.

Do not trust thier mechanics!!!!. While driving my truck I was experiencing slippage between gears so I decided to have this place check it out. they told me that all I needed was a $500 transmission fluid change so I paid for the the service and kept it moving. On the way home my vehicle would not shift into 3rd gear. So I drove straight to Jerry Chevrolet to have them look at it. they told my transmission is failing. I then went to Ammoco transmission specialist who said the same thing and provided me the diagnosis report. I just can't understand how a "competent "mechanic at BOB Bell can look at a failing transmission and test drive it then say it needs a fluid change. I called and left a message for the GM William's over a month ago and still haven't heard back. I wouldn't trust them at all.

Boy did I get cheated. I bought a used van, and I decided not to have my mechanic look at it first. Big mistake. The van shouldn't have passed inspection. The window wasn't working, a tire had a leaking valve stem, and worst of all, the fuel vent was clogged I could barely get gas in it. Instead of just making it right, they charged me $550 to fix it and it took them over a week. It was like pulling teeth getting any answers out of the service department, nobody had a clue what was going on. That was if you could even get anyone on the phone. I would definitely advise you not to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They don't properly inspect their vehicles, and the service department is a disaster. If anything goes wrong they will leave you high and dry with no vehicle. Luckily I have an extra truck. Ask yourself if going with no vehicle is a risk you can take. Beware! Update : I finally just finished getting all the issues fixed on this van. The tires were extremely out of balance, causing the van to shake pretty violently, the belts were squeaking so loud,they had to be replaced as well as the tensioner. The brakes were squeaking like crazy, they were too lazy to lubricate them when they did them. I bought thus van because I checked the carfax and it was bought here, serviced here regularly, and then sold here again. So I feel bad for the original owner. He did his due diligence, but I imagine with all the compounding issues that the van had, due to poor maintenance, he probably just gave up and traded it in. So basically bob bell made a killing off this van throughout it's entire lifespan. Disgusting really. From the underhanded salesman, to the extremely incompetent and downright criminal service department, this is the worst shadiest business I have ever dealt with. Shame on you

To date; the service dept has been great to deal with. I haven't had any negative issues thus far. In and out typically. Parts are expensive but thats any dealership. You're not really getting any discounts/deals but they make you think you are. Thats the nature of the beast.~B

On monday8/8/22 purchased my new truck from the best company that has treated me with the best service ever. I rate Bob Bell Chevrolet a perfect 10. The salesman Tim Dekowski made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The transaction was very fast and friendly. I was never pressured in any way. The Finace manger Kyle Connorton treated so professional and gave me the best choice of warranty options and he upgraded my preferences to meet my needs at a very fair price. My over all opinion out of all the prior dealer that I done business with which was a lot even with my occupation, by far Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel air Maryland is the only place I will ever by my vehicle from. I am now going to use this business for all of my purchases moving forward. I felt so strongly about Bob Bell Chevrolet I post my review on Facebook for the world to know how wonderful of a company they truly are BobBel Chevrolet of Bel Air Maryland are only concerned with customer satisfaction guarantee and has exceeded this by far.
