This place is awesome. If you have a BMW, Audi, Volkswagen or Mini Cooper Don and his Team will take care of any repairs and maintenance. They are professional, very competent, responsive and fairly priced. We have had our 2007 BMW 650i cared for by Blue Ridge ever since we bought it. You can not go wrong by trusting this place to take care of you and your car.

I wanted to use them, I tried to use them but sadly, after a phone message and a web site appointment message, both unanswered, I chose another shop. I just don t get it-must be covid 3 years later. Larry Mekulski

I discovered this place while looking for a shop to do some routine maintenance and refused to take my 2012 BMW 3 series to a BMW dealership. The receptionist was very helpful and answered all of my questions when I called. It was easy to set an appointment and I was able to drop my car off the evening before. Mr. Don gave me a call before doing any additional work other than what we discussed. He made sure to tell me things I would need to have serviced in the near future as well. My car was ready the same day and the price for everything was reasonable. Everyone was professional and helpful at all times. If you're looking for this type of business, this is the place for you. I will definitely be using Blue Ridge for future work. Thank you!

Don kept my 1990 BMW running at peak efficiency for 26 years through 400,000 + miles. Don & his staff are very diligent in their work & provide great care for a very reasonable rate. On top of all this, Don is the most honest person I have ever met in the auto repair business.

I have been taking my BMW to Blue Ridge Sports Cars for going on 20 years. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. I highly recommend them. Their prices are fair and they stand by their work.

I have been with Blue Ridge for several years now. I consider them family. I need a professional auto mechanic who is trustworthy and competent for my vehicle.I always get the straight deal with Blue Ridge. i feel very lucky I found them. When i got here I tried others, no way to compare...and they are right by the light rail.

Don and his staff can confidently diagnose and repair any bmw from before the e9 to modern day. Prices are fair, and his shop is very effective. He has a nice spot to sit outside if you drop your car off for a quick job!

I had been looking for a shop for a while for my 2003 BMW but for some reason or another, was never 100% satisfied. I have settled in with Blue Ridge for the past 2+ years and been very satisfied. The mechanics do a great job and most importantly they seem to be honest.

My Mercedes ML was vibrating at a high speed so I brought the car to this shop. After inspecting my car, Don gave me a list of parts that required attention and assigned priorities on each one so I knew which parts I had to get fixed and which ones I could hold on to. You can trust these guys to give you the best pricing offers on parts/labor. The staff members were very friendly, and the service was done promptly. I was very pleased with the experience at this shop, and I will definitely come back for repairs in the future.

We have been a customer for 20 years and take all 3 of our cars to Don. He has always been reliable, trustworthy and fair in pricing. I wouldn't go to anyone else as his crew is always friendly and attentive as well as they do an excellent job.

Helen and I have been loyal customers of Blue Ridge for 20 years. We are the owners of two Mercedes, one a 240 D 1979 Diesel, and the other a 1995 C 280. Don Miller and his staff of expert mechanics are all on the cutting edge of understanding the true meaning of service. In today"s world service means listening to a recorded voice lecturing about how much they care about your call, and then after 20 minutes, another recorded message about how all of their personnel are busy with other customers,Visit Blue Ridge and experience a new definition of solving car issues by competent, well trained mechanics who care.Sincerely, Tom and Helen Hurst

Prices are fair and they really care about your car. I'm not from Baltimore and asked the e36 FB group about a recommendation. They recommendedDon and he was exceptional. If you need your BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Audi, or VW worked on, they are very knowledgeable and I'd recommend Blue Ridge Sports Cars.

I can always count on the best care for my cars at a reasonable cost. Blue Ridge goes out of it's way to offer less expensive options that will do the same job at lower price. The employees are always polite and courteous.

Can't recall how long we've been using Blue Ridge, but the BMW is model year 2004. Used to have two, same year, both well maintained by Don and his crew. Accident scrapped one, but the other is still running like new. Can't recommend Blue Ridge highly enough. - A. I brought my BMW M3 here to repair a throttle issue, and they took the time to do a thorough diagnosis before replacing parts. Many shops would skip right to replacing expensive components, but Blue Ridge was able to fix the throttle issue quickly and at a great price. What might have cost me thousands, only cost a few hundred. Would bring my car here again.

We have been using Blue Ridge since 2006 when we moved here and a friend recommended it. Don is really telling you about what needs fixing and what can be pushed till later. I have an older Volvo and dashboard electronics recently gave up the ghost. Don said that it is connected in such a way that to get a new one, the dealer has to sync it with the car and the cost is $1,700. BUT. He knew a place in Boston that fixes them if he could have the car for 4 days to a week while he sent the part up. It cost $400 instead. He is great that way regarding giving you different options.

I took my '88 BMW 325is to Don and his skilled staff to replace the clutch - no small job. While replacing the clutch, they noticed a leak from the transmission output seal, which we traced back to some work I had done at another shop not too long ago. They worked with me, the other shop, and the warranty administrators to submit a claim even though they didn't have anything to gain from it - except my loyalty as a customer.Don's staff do exceptional work at the highest quality and at very reasonable costs. While you can't bring in your own parts, Don makes sure they only replace what makes sense and with high quality parts (i.e. Sachs clutch and Red Line ATF) that are comparable in cost to what you can find online. It's not the fanciest shop in the world, but it's an honest shop that does great work. I will be back (although hopefully not too soon!).

Wow, my 318i now has 305K on it thanks to Don and Crew!! Blue Ridge are the Masters for BMW/Mercedes..........they'll even work on my Toyota if I ask nicely!! Great honest mechanics!! I wont take my cars anywhere else!

Don is incredibly trustworthy and priced fairly. I can't imagine the struggle I would have to endure with a dealership.Always honest and fair. I'm really happy that I can rely on him and his technicians.

Great shop! I have been taking my M3 and 318is here for the past couple of years. Perfect solution for surprise breakdowns and maintenance when I don't have the time to do it myself. Fair pricing and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Been a customer for 10+ years. Don and his team are caring and honest, while doing competent work. I always thought pricing was fair, even with unexpected repair requirements to my dismay. Highly recommend this shop!!

Always friends, always willing to come up with a solution not trying to jam top of the line solution but an affordable solution that makes sense. I trust them implicitly to take care of my car and do so as if it was their own and their own money being spent. Don, Patrick, Renee all of them are top notch!

I've dealt with Don and Patrick mostly. I couldn't say enough about how couteous, friendly, fair and on top of that, how competent they are at fixing automobiles. I will be a customer of theirs for life - especially as I acquire classic car

If you've got a BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, or Volkswagen, these guys are your best bet for getting the work you need done right the first time, at a better price than what the dealership charges. They are experts in what they do.
