Needed to replace my two front tires. Walked in with questions regarding their sale and availability. Questions were answered and installation availability for the remainder of the day was clear. Tires were in stock, but was told I needed an appointment even though they didn t have anything else scheduled for the day. Asked to see if they could make an emergency appointment for me and was told no. The technician was busy and didn t take a lunch break. Customer service 3/10.Went to another competitor, saved $75, installed and out the door same day!

For anyone that wants good value and quality service, look no further. $200 cheaper than anywhere else (free installation, free road hazard, instant rebates). And, for anyone that cares about getting "new" tires direct from the manufacturer, not a discount warehouse with new, old stock (YEARS old). My tires were only a couple WEEKS old!

I don't know why the cashiers always have bad faces, denying everything, they don't want to work, they stay at home sleeping, that's why they pay them to do their damn job.

If you happen upon this location, ask for Tyronne. Helped us get the best deal on tires and helped us out fixing our flat last minute. Amazing customer service, multi tasking (he was working solo). Thank you so much Ty! You saved the day!

I had an appointment to get my tire plugged due to riding over a nail and these characters sent me on my way saying they don t service a non bj tires, so They spent more energy in trying to skirt their duties and work as opposed to helping a customer who is in distress and sent me on my way with a nail in my tire. And for the record it was Christmas Eve and they had no one in their bays they were busy watching the football game

My wife had 4 new BF Goodrich tires put on. The installation took much longer than the 1 hour banner, my wife had an appointment but ended up staying there for over two hours since only one guy was working the tire department, they also took multiple breaks to fill propane. Ever since she got the tires put on I ve been back 4 times for loss of air pressure in the tires from leaking values. For the price of the tires and service I am very disappointed in the frequency of having to come back to this BJs tire to have the values tightened. (Not to mention it s dangerous to drive on low/ leaking tires) Due to their understaffing even when we tried to get the tires fixed we had to wait hours/ come back later. Do yourself a favor and get tires at your dealership, Walmart, online and done by a local garage, just not at this BJs....

There was a rude employee in the store that makes excuses and doesn t help the customers. I had a very bad experience and is not the first time, hi said his the manager of the tire center not going back again!!

Was there on Sunday November 1st. Brock helped me, was great. Professional, was done in the amt of time he said and even put the Ravens game on for me w/o me asking! Great experience.

Cancelled an appointment on me because the one guy they have who was "certified" to pull a nail out and patch a flat, called out.
