I've experienced horror stories from previous automotive shops.My truck had gone from shop to shop for a year, with no progress. Not the case at Baltimore Auto Concepts. You can tell that the customer experience & safety is priority!Quality work,consistent and open communication. Jay was very accommodating and proved to be trustworthy. Pricing was reasonable. He will work with you.I walked away with my mind at ease and a functioning vehicle. My go to for all of my repairs!!

Jay is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My car's alternator wasn't generating the right amount of power, so I decided to replace it.When I contacted Jay around 4:30 in the afternoon, he quoted me an unbelievably low price and asked me to come right away, promising to complete the job in about two hours.I was skeptical about both the price and the efficiency, but his attitude over the phone instilled a great deal of trust in me, so I decided to go ahead. He lived up to his promise.His office is exceptionally clean, and he provides clean restroom facilities and beverages.Finding a reliable repair shop can be very challenging, but Jay comes highly recommended. Text him about your car's issues, and then come over you won't be disappointed!"

Words can t express how grateful I am for Jay. He agreed a to fix my car last minute on a FRIDAY evening. Best customer service I ever received. He greeted me as soon as I got there, got my car right in the shop and had his team work diligently on it. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a great deal, although the service was worth more and I can t be thankful enough. I highly recommend him and his team.I can tell he s passionate about what he does and I will definitely be back for more services and bring others.Thank you so much Jay!!

They also took the time to explain to me the different types of oil available and recommended the best one for my vehicle. I appreciated their expertise and attention to detail.The brake service was equally impressive. I had noticed some squeaking and grinding noises coming from my brakes, so I knew it was time to get them checked. The team at the shop identified the issue and fixed it quickly and effectively.
