Talique was an AMAZING customer service rep and helped me out with my car lights. He went above and beyond selling me the parts to actually showing me how to install the lights on my car when I didn t know how to do it. He was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Zedane was the best! I had some issues with my transmission oil pan and gasket, and she took care of me. Very patient and very friendly. Always great coming here for parts and support, even a good laugh ever so often!

My boyfriend returned his breaks and was waiting at least 2-3 days for the money to be returned on his card. He had to come into the store because no one basically put the return in they just took the breaks and he was left without his money being returned. We're in the store waiting at least 20mins for the manager to do something about it.

They sold me the wrong part for my car, I let them know, and they told me I was wrong. I called the dealer and another auto parts store and it was confirmed it was indeed the wrong part!! So i purchased the water pump at another place. When I returned the part and let them know, I got Whatever look, I was just informing thing so they wouldn't do it again!!

I normally don t write reviews but wanted to share that the assistant manager, Talique is phenomenal and give him a shout out! I was pretty stressed about my battery being dead but he helped me so much and replaced the entire battery for free!!!! That s incredible! Highly recommend!

Talique and Zadane were great with assisting and customer service.I even witnessed Talique helping another customer who didn t speak English and he was able to speak to them in their language and give them exactly what they need.

My car overheated and couldn't be driven. I live 80 miles away. NICOLE was very very helpful and I was so grateful for all her help. Her kindness was greatly appreciated

I had a very pleasant experience at this Auto Zone location! They were friendly and professional. I asked her if I could have my battery checked. She was very pleasant about it, checked the battery, and it was determined battery was in bad shape. She offered me options to purchase a new battery, which I did. No fuss, no Muss . Everything went smoothly. Gentlemen came out and replaced the battery, and I went on my way. I would recommend them, and I would go back again if I needed anything else! It was a 5 star experience

Mr. Talique Anderson was so helpful and kind to my husband and I. We needed a battery replaced and he was able to assist us and answered all of our questions with ease. Will definitely be back when in need. Best service!

I think I found my new favorite spot, the guy behind the counter was very helpful He even had enough energy to go outside and assist someone with the battery installed as well as me at the register, if he's not the manager make him the manager ASAP!The store was clean very well laid out and not so inauthentically lit that it gave you migraines so I liked it and will be back!

Everyone was very helpful and very well experienced in the field. They were very nice and respectful and kept us their #1 priority at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Keep up the great work everyone! My experience was definitely a experience worth coming and being able to trust and feel like a part of the family in the store.

this place is a waste of time. i walked in on a sunday to get an check engine light checked. there were two other customers in the shop and two sales people. after waiting in line for15 minutes one of the sales people goes outside and whistles to a third sales person to come in off break i ask the third guy about the check engine light and he says they lost their computer that checks it. i wasted 20 minutes of my life for something that should have literally taken 30 seconds. its a ghetto shop in the ghetto expect bad service.

The store is always clean and stocked. Professional customer service from Mike and Maleeca. I definitely would go back to this store. Very friendly people to work with, when needing parts or cars worked on.

Talique A. What a sales man. A great representation to Autozone. Really helped me and support me in choosing and installing the right battery in addition to buying new wipers. He was very approachable and kind. On top of that, the staff are well mannered and helpful and knowledgeable .

They have had the parts I need, but the staff here seam absolutely miserable. Working at AutoZone must be a bad place to work. Not sure if it s bad management, low pay or something else.

Large, clean, well organized workplace with adequate parking and centrally located for business. Well mannered and knowledgeable staff that are eager to assist customers. A very good service but still new and you may find 9 of 10 things you need right now; but that's not bad at all. By the month's end they'll be a five star Auto Zone, a must visit!

Absolute worst place ive ever had to go to for my car. They act as if they dont want to wait on you, yet that IS their job! They are always chewing gum when speaking to the customer it is extremely rude especially when your popping rhe gum while Im speaking to you! When asked a question they role their eyes... The list goes on! Ill drive the extra 20 mins out of my way before i ever go back!
