IT IS MY OPINION THAT THIS MAN COMPLETELY TOTALED MY TRUCK. I brought my Audi Q7 in for a new timing tension chain and ended up with no truck at all. I was verbally quoted $3500. $2500, of which I paid up front to wait months for parts. Took him 6 weeks to do the job and give it to me the first time. He also gave me a bill for $6500. Google says the average cost of that job is $4500. I gave him the $1000 I expected and agreed to put the rest on my credit card the next day. Only to head home to drive 2 miles and the check engine light came on.. see the pic. Went to start my car the next day only to hear how horrible it sounded... see the video. Put it on a truck to send it right back because I didn't want to drive it... see the pic. After having to constantly call him for 5 more months and random visits when I didn't get a call, he repeatedly asked for more time. He finally admitted he had taken apart the engine and couldn't get it back together. My truck had to be towed in pieces to another mechanic that I trust. It was an additional $1500 for the mechanic to put it back together. He told me I now need a new engine, and the repair will cost $15,000 parts and labor. My truck was perfect before bringing it to him, I had it less than 2 years, and I feel this shop destroyed my vehicle, and it's costing me more than $20,000 in repairs and now legal fees. I can't believe he is trying to blame me for my vehicle being undriveable. I didn't touch the engine or anything else mechanically, he did. I didn't do anything other than drive and take care of my truck by bringing it in for the scheduled 80k mile maintenance that this mechanic said he could do. It's been almost a year since I gave him the money for the parts and I'm currently paying $600 a month on a vehicle that I can not drive. I've had to contact my attorney and hopefully we can resolve this in mediation and I can drive the vehicle I'm still paying for. This is my opinion from what happened, although I do have the text communication to post if there are concerns. I do not want to hurt his business, but I do not want something so horrible to happen to anyone else.

I've been a customer of AZ auto shop for quite some time now, and I can't recommend him enough. He's done several jobs on my SUV, ranging from brakes to oil changes, and even saved me from tire troubles by removing nails and patching my tires up.He tells you what's going on with your car in a simple straightfoward honest way. Fair prices and good work that's what you always get with him. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled mechanic AZ is the place to go.

I have been a customer at AZ Automotive for over 10 years. Mr. Campbell is always friendly and will give his honest opinion about your vehicle. I have referred family members and coworkers to AZ Automotive. They were pleased with his performance. If you are looking for a knowledgeable mechanic AZ Automotive is your place of business. Period

Hands down the mechanic and service I've ever had. He is very knowledge, efficient and customer service is awesome. I've been taking my car here for over 3 years. I have an Infiniti and he takes GREAT care of my car. I refer EVERYONE to him. Quality is top of the line and work done in a timely manner. There's no one else I'll let maintenance my car.

I like the speed that Mr. Az works with. He also has a very extensive knowledge of foreign and domestic makes and models. I brought my BMW 1050 to him for an engine replacement and he only charged me $3200. My previous mechanic wanted an extra $1400 to make it $4600. I paid Mr. Az and it s been working wonderfully. I just wanted to say thank you to Mr. Az your work is much appreciated!!!!

The guy Mr. AZ was great. He identified what I needed to do to get my car on the road. He did it in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. He is the guy for my maintenance. Thanks
