All-Star Appliance is top-notch!! It s a very well run business, good communication, accountable. I had an issue with a defective part and the owner handled everything - very professional and easy business to work with. From here on out, I won t even hesitate, any appliance problems - I am going directly to Allstar Appliance Repair.

Eric was very helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our ice maker, ordered the part and was back in 2 days to handle the installation.While he was here he answered our question about a noise in our microwave and said we were better off getting a new one than to replace 2 different issues. Very honest and forthcoming.

Let me start at the end: the issue that prompted the service call was assessed and resolved swiftly. Eric is knowledgeable, personable and yet professional. I am highly satisfied with the work that was completed. Eric also kept me informed about time of arrival. If you are in need of a competent appliance tech, I strongly recommend that you call All Star!

Eric was awesome! Super responsive and very reasonable. He was able to diagnose my ice maker issue in minutes and the repair took less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Erik gave us a reasonable estimate for fixing our gas oven and came out quickly - within 20 minutes of our call! He was friendly and professional. I hope I never have to repair another appliance but I know who to call if I do!

Turns out Eric and I knew each other from high-school. What a pleasant surprise. Even more pleasant, was the service they provided. Fast install, thoroughly checked the dishwasher and garbage disposal to make sure nothing was leaking. Hopefully I won't need them, but would Def have them back for future appliance repair/install.

Eric worked with me to find a motherboard for a 10 year old double oven we love and don t want to replace. Also installed a dishwasher Home Depot was supposed to install but wouldn t because they wanted all metal piping to source. Basically tear up cabinets and floors to install. Eric was here when they came and said he would do it. Came back the next day as promised!

Eric is professional resourceful and timely back on 07/26/23 . The part s arrived and he installed them on10/4/23 the parts finally arrived from the Backorder. That day he also broke the @ED light he was trying to repair . He promised to be back to replace at his cost the LED light . 10/11- no show ;10/16/23he offered to come 10/17/24- no show - 10/19 asked again for a new appointment - 10/23 again no show;than it became 10/25 no show 10/31 he promised 11/2 and again no show on 11/4 he promised to come 11/6 and of course again no show no call . We continue to text daily no reply - nothing until 12/2/23 he says Monday - and again no show no callNow we have 12/19/23 we are out of parts cost plus 130$ service fee and Eric has remained silent and not replaced the led part of the fried he broke . .My review was intimately a 5Star however after month of texting bagging and pleading if I could give 0 stars we would . He was super polite and resourceful of finding parts however than the disappointment started and continued to the present day . We are very disappointed and do feel ripped offService: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Eric came very promptly when I needed a repair. Sadly, it wasn't the ice maker as I'd thought, it was the entire refrigerator that was bad. He did not make that diagnosis, though, so I still had a few days to wait before I could figure out the problem. When I wrote a poor review elsewhere -- I had been frustrated about our communication -- he contacted me immediately and refunded my service call. I really appreciate Eric's attention to the issue.

Called AllStar for same day service because my oven igniter died. They gave me a quote over the phone, Eric showed up in 30 minutes and fixed it in less than 15. Would 100% use them again for service.

Eric was very knowledgeable about our refrigerator that suddenly was not keeping temperature. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair it to get us back in service. He respected our home, was great with our dogs and quick in service. He kept in contact with us every step of the way. We will be choosing All Star Appliance again in the future.

Excellent service. Had to replace 4 damper in my washing machine. All star appliance repair was able to get the job done. They were very efficient in diagnosing the issue and ensured all the replacement parts were correct. Excellent service all around

Eric is amazing and I can t recommend him enough! He answered his phone immediately and was at my house so fast, and knew quickly what the problem was with our freezer. He came back next day to repair, and it turned out he did not need the part we d ordered. His honesty is worth mentioning and his pricing beats another appliance repair company we used recently. I hired All Star Appliance to repair my stove, and they promptly diagnosed the problem. I paid for a circuit board replacement, but the service afterward has been severely lacking. I've attempted multiple times to schedule the repair, only to be met with no-shows on four separate occasions. Communication from the company has been sporadic at best, with occasional apologies but no concrete actions to rectify the situation. Nearly a year has passed, and I'm still without a working stove and out the repair fee. I had high hopes, but this experience has been very disappointing. Please consider my experience before hiring.

Eric was AMAZING. He was quickly able to figure out what the problem with our refrigerator was and installed the new part within minutes. He also helped with another issue we didn t first inform him about and is helping to get that fixed too. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely awesome experience! I couldn t be happier. Super responsive, he was able to fit me in on short notice. He immediately knew the problem with my stove. He ordered the parts and a few days later I had a working stove. I m seriously happy! Also saved me a good amount of money. I called other places and they either couldn t fit me in or were asking for far too much just to figure out the problem. I really couldn t be happier with the service and the results.

Eric helped me to fix my dryer heating problem,he said control board is bad, then give me a link to order the parts, then come back to help me to installed it. but my dashboard is blank after he installed the new control board. wrong parts? he promise to contact company to solve this issue, but till now 3 weeks already no respond ,now matter i called him and text message,he did not respond to me.i really get tired for that. i spent $430 total parts and labor, i should buy new one. irresponsible!!!!!!!!!!update: Eric came to my house to fix the issue after i contacted him,so now dryer is working good, i will keep watching it. thanks Eric you fixed the problem finally.Service: Dryer repair

They were supposed to replace my cooktop with a downdraft. They showed up 4 hours late the first time. When they finally got to my house they said they needed some parts for the down draft, so we reschedule 5 days later for first thing in the morning. After waiting 4 hours I called for an ETA and left a message. They never returned my call or showed up. Do not use this company. They are extremely unprofessional. I took two days off work of for them and they never showed as promised.

Eric did an amazing job, and made a frustrating refrigerator malfunction so much better with a quick and easy repair. The price was fair and he was a great guy as well. I highly recommend him!
