Art did a five star job installing my locks. His suggestions on how to get a better fit were spot on. I am so pleased. The charge was very reasonable, he arrived on time and completed the work in only 40 minutes or so. Highly recommend this company. I also like how they answer their phone calls quickly.

I had a pleasant experience with this company. The pricing and scheduling with Avner was straightforward. Venildo and Fernando came on-time, to the minute, and attempted to move my large safe to the basement. When it was clear it would not fit down the stairs, we developed an alternative location. They quickly got it moved to the secondary location. They caused no damage to my property and took great care in the moving process. 10/10 job.

This was a very good experience. From the initial contact to the performance of the work, I was quite satisfied. Avner communicated clearly at the outset, and Arden proved to be a knowledgeable, professional and amiable technician. The invoice was less than originally quoted as Arden was able to repair rather than replace hardware I highly recommend Advanced Security!!

Great prices...fast work awesome thank you guys..I've done truck car keys added to so no new programming needed if I find other key ...I've done STORM door locks. Etc etc my go to key /lock company02/20/24new car/ key fob needed programming couldn't write a new so decided to add to my older reviews of advanced 5 stars. Jack and Byron the programmer was awesome and fast this is the first time where they met me where vehicle was not at their shop on riesterstown road. Thank you again!

Went to this place for a lock replacement.The appointment took two weeks!The estimate took one week!!But I guess everything ok at the time, I called them to proceed the same day I got the quote, and I also paid the deposit over $400."They will order the parts."After 15 days, I started calling them. The lady on the phone always told me the same thing, "Will call the provider," After 20 days of the deposit, they didn't even have the parts. I request a refund, which I received in 4 days.Don't play with customers' time and money.No more business at this, please.Be aware...

I'm very disappointed with ASSL. They ordered the wrong part and would not take responsibility or investigate the problem. The Manager of the store was contacted via email and called several times, but never returned my email or calls. The supervisor wanted to resolve the problem by installing a foot stand on a very heavy door, which I'm not an export, but it makes sense that a foot stand would not hold for very long. Plus the door would be damaged. Only reason I gave one star is because at least the door works. It just doesn't work they way it was intended. I gave them ample time to rectify the problem, but they wanted me to pay for the new part. Unacceptable.

Amazing service !!! My car keys and wallet were taken so I was in a pinch to ensure I got a spare and reprogrammable keys ! Jack was super great and responsive . So thankful for their communication, service and ability to reset my keys and get me a spare . Would highly recommend ~!

The technician that serviced our safe did a great job gaining access, though I was expecting a quote for service before Ben began attempting to enter my safe. I was ever given a quote before Ben jumped right in. In the future, when a customer requests a quote from their website the technician should provide the quote before performing the work. 3 star due to not getting my quote beforehand.Edit to add there was NEVER a quote given even though, as was stated in the companies response, it is the policy. There was no "discussion" as to why my case was different and I provided pictures to the company as well as the technician himself, upon both of their separate requests. When I called and asked why I wasnt given a quote the lady who I spoke with turned silent and started mumbling and said she doesnt know.

My cleaning lady mistakenly locked my keys in the house when she left so I called this company to get my lock open.When I called and explained my situation to the person on the phone and asked how much the service would cost I was told $29.95 for the lock out and aprox. $35 an hour for labor .When the tech arrived he looked at the lock and said the charge would be $ 200. I told him what the person on the phone said and he knocked it down to $ 180 to help me out.Lock was open in about 15 minutes. The work and the tech were fine but I would be very careful about the deceptive pricing they quoted me in my situation if you choose to use them.Additionally I think they might higher local subcontractors as my bill only says 24/7 Emergency Locksmith no company name.

I called them on Monday to schedule a re-key for a home for Friday. They scheduled the appointment with a Window Time from 2 pm - 4 pm. I called them (they never call me) the first time on Friday at 3:30 pm and they said the technician would be coming soon. I called again at 4 pm and they said that the technician would not be there after 5:15 pm. I told them to cancel the appointment, They gave no apologies, they just gave only excuses.
