Customer service sucks!!!! This store sucks!!!!! Both employees working @ the time was no help at all, some people just don't take pride in their job, it was a gentleman in the parking lot who helped me find what I needed, he actually showed more Customer service. One employee was so fast because he was working on someone's car in the parking lot didn't have enough time to do his own job. Never coming back I don't like the attitude I was given

I ordered some parts for an oil change, online the night before. The app said it was ready for pick up. I get to the store the next morning. The store didn't have anything that I ordered. Oil, the oil filter, & air filter. Wasted my time and gas to get there only to cancel my order and forced to go to another store that has these things in stock. What a joke.

I came here to get a starter for my vehicle. The mechanic told me I could use his account to get the part so i can get it at a discounted price. I go there and tell the dark skin skinny girl with dreads in her hair I'm here to purchase a starter for my vehicle. And I wanted to use the mechanic account. I give her the mechanic company name. And the girl started started getting smart in an aggressive nasty tone saying who.? While mugging me. I told her the name of the shop again. The white lady she walks over and says oh what's the mechanic name? Whats the mechanic number huh huh huh? I said um I don't know his number and don't know his name. Then the black girl with the dreads saying what's his name huh? What's his name mugging me like I was bummed on the streets. I said I don't know. At this point I felt like I was being ganged up on and attacked. So I told them I think he said his name was Mr. Ron. I don't know. So the black girl still mugging me and the white woman said oh I know him, now she calms down and says the reason why we ask is because it's alot of accounts under that name. So then she gives the black girl the number to look it up. And the white girl Saya oh Mr Ron sends alot of his customers here to get parts . I've stated to them I've never been treated lime this before. Yall treated me so poorlyI was so disgusted with how these ladies have treated me. I will never return again. I only came to this location was because I've been to 3 different locations and they were out of stock. I do not recommend no one doing business here.

I'm on the phone with one of the staff at Advance Auto Parts for about 10 minutes now. The staff put me on hold. I like shopping at this location. The staff needs to know how to more friendly with their customers. Now I been on hold for 20min. If this do not resolve any problems with the staff returning to the phone. I will be going straight to the top. Not to the owner but to the BBB about their situation. I do not want to hear about thanks for being here with Advance Auto Parts. And "we" will do better next time. This is poor Business on the staff. All I wanted is to ask a question.

Service is all time low, wouldn't recommend buying stuff from here unless you're OK using products that get taken back without being check if they work again to resell

The store is fine but those mechanics are out front are hacks. Went there for a $20 oil change ended up paying $500 for new oil pan plug and lid because they strip my oil plug

DONT USE THIS ADVANCE AUTO..MAURICE CLAIMS TO BE THE STORE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION. HE IS VERY STOIC AND NOT AT ALL READY TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS- I have witnessed this twice in the store and over the phone. This individual answers the phone and mumbles something then puts customers on hold for 15-20 min at a time. See that the other reviews say the same thing. Also he is lazy! I called to see if the part ordered was delivered to store. He stated that it wasn t and never offered an eta.. this was at 2pm just told me he doesn t know and I can try back after 4 pm and that he can t guarantee today. He hung up. I came into the store for a refund and was told by another manager that the part had been in since the store opened at 830am. When I came back to return my purchase and I told Maurice that it s due to his poor service that caused me to lose my appointment with the mechanic.He just stared at me blankly showing no care AT ALL! I asked him if he would want to at least say something to me and he said that he had nothing to say. He told me that no one is perfect and that mistakes do happen sometimes. No apology was given (that would have meant a lot). So he proceeded to take 10-15 min to refund me the purchase a few hundred dollars- even asking a team member who wasn t a manager to help him and telling me that he may have to make a call to assist him with the refund transaction. MY MONEY STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED. Nyesha I ve experienced twice she is totally opposite of Maurice. She smiles she seems ready to assist and she also is efficient she gives correct info and recommendations on parts! I would only suggest that she hires better staff especially if they will be holding a leadership position. The store could use some better staff ..profanity and using the N word by staff talking among themselves in the store is a poor display regardless of the area it s in.

My shopping experience was a good one even though I was not able to find all of the items I was looking for. Both of the young ladies working the cash register was very helpful and nice. The store was fully stopped with many of your general auto supplies but because of the make and model of my particular vehicle they did not have two of the items I needed. I would visit this location again without hesitation.

Stood in line forever...then the cashier goes and helps another cashier instead of assisting me. Then that cashier answers phones. And after that tells me they dont have a battery tester. I guess they just wasn't going to help me no matter what I needed

Tanika C was on it!! Line was long I had an online return, she tried to look up the correct part for me while trying to get the line down. I noticed Now Hiring signs so I was a bit more patient but her attentiveness gets more credit than me. If it weren't for that my impatience would be writing a different review. 5 stars for her 4 for HR get her some help. With her as the lead the store will flourish more!!

I had purchased two break bulbs from a neighboring store. When trying to return the bulbs, because they wouldn't fit I was rudely turned away. When I asked to speak to the supervisor the associate then rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth, then replayed, "I am the supervisor." Two other associates were walking speaking rudely also. This place is supremely unprofessional. I didn't write a review the first time I ran into problem there, but this time was over the top.

A mechanic has set up outside the store and he will fix your car......for a fee of course But he does it right on the parking lot. It's his hustle. He replaced my radiator for $100I was desperate so I took a chance with him. EXCELLENT JOB No more overheating. Worth every penny. Look for James.

What a lot of you people don't understand is they are NOT MECHANICS and do Not need to be MECHANICALLY INCLINED for their job!!!Their job is to NOT fix your car but to look up the parts for the job you need done... they do Not identify your parts or tell you what you need... they can't help if the systems inventory is incorrect that is not under their control...They are awesome at what they are suppose to do!! You guys don't go to the grocery store and ask the cashier how to prepare a meal simply because they work in a place that sells food do you?? Go see a mechanic and leave these people alone!!

They close the doors before it is closing time there are very unprofessional when the sign says 7 then when I come at 6:50 I should be able to get what I need. They just lost a 300 dollar sale I will never come to this store again and I will tell everyone I now not to shop there. My name is Jeff Aase I will be making a formal complaint with the corporate office.

This place is decent. They just about always have what's needed and the service is great. The employees are knowledgeable which matters greatly if you have folks who are illiterate to cars and how they operate. Overall great service.

Glad that i know what i need and where to find it cant say much about the girl that was scanning items on sales floor but the ones at the parts counter should not have been hired one asked the other where to find part and they are both lost? Glad it wasnt me asking

This location is the closest to me in Northeast Baltimore. Has always kept a very knowledgeable staff management has been very workable and friendly the store stays clean and well-stocked. My hats off to the management and staff of this location

They never have what I need everything is limited terrible phone customer service. If u call you will be on hold for 25 to 30 minutes. If you order parts they will not be there when they say. I will never shop there again.

There has never been a line when I go so its a simple in and out trip, staff always helpful and knowledgeable when I go in and its a simple, painless trip so I enjoy needing something from Advance!

Not only Advance Auto Parts has what I need. They are very helpful. Then you have people (Mechanic's) right there to assist with anything you need . AWESOME!!!!!
