They dont deserve 1 star! We originally came to Ace automotive for a state inspection, diagnostic and oil because of good reviews and reasonable prices. I will save a long story and get to the point. The shop was extremely negligent to leave our car out the open on their property specifically placed on an area where there were NO surveillance cameras over night; resulting our car's tires and rims to be stolen. The manager Gary told us he made a police report and the shop will not be responsible or accountable for the replacements and instead to call our insurance company to file a claim. We had difficult days trying to find a tow truck to pick up our car from their shop because it had no rims or tires. Gary had the audacity to tell us their shop can have the tires and rims replaced there since we couldn't find a tow truck and of course I denied especially because of their unprofessionalism and negligence. Coincidentally we were told according to their inspection we would need 4 new tires replaced and we denied after they quoted us because it wasn't in our budget at that time. Oddly a day later our car has missing tires and Rims and the car was placed where there were NO CAMERAS. Gary made us pay for the inspection, diagnostic and windshield wipers and labor in order to get our car picked up from Ace automotive! They couldnt even waive ANYTHING FROM "THEIR BILL" considering their negligence that resulted out car parts being stolen ON THEIR PROPERTY!!! We went through so much stress for almost 2 months, we delt with unnecessary insurance fees and other expenses because of their negligence just to get our car fixed!! This whole ordeal had been a nightmare to say the least. Whatever you do, do not let them convince you to keep your car overnight regardless if they're " so busy" because it will get vandalized! Pay more money to get your car serviced somewhere reputable and by professionals that can properly communicate with their customers!! The worst experience I ever had at a car shop!!

I called off of a recommendation from the body shop on Leeds and was not disappointed in the slightest. Not only is the GM Gary very nice and attentive, he went above and beyond to help me. I had quick, affordable, and friendly service. On top of that, I was offered an amazing deal on brand new tires that I otherwise wouldn't haven't gotten to replacing my dry rotted ones any time soon.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

My truck broke down near by, and I spoke to Gary the manager. They weren't able to help me, because I have a 17' box truck( too big for thier bay). Gary was nice enough to call around the area and find someone who could help me. You can't beat this kind of customer service. It's also a filling station, so now I'm making this my main place for gas. Thank you.

The staff at Ace Automotive is friendly and professional. They are honest and look at every point to try to solve a problem. I was having a pressure issue in one of my tires and Kenny looked at every tire, filled them with the proper amount of air and when he hosed my tire, he found the nail, plugged it and saved me a trip to the dealer. I highly recommend this place for the friendly, professional service and quality work. I also like the fact they dont BS you and tell you something is needed when its not and I prefer NOT to wait 4 hours in the dealer when i can wait 45 minutes to an hour for my truck when its gettin an oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I noticed my car was shaking even after I had an alignment done at another shop. I called Gary and asked for help just before closing time on a Thursday evening. I took my car over at 8 AM Friday and he took me for a spin in the car to test it out. Very professional and was able to diagnose it by feel. He didn't charge me for the diagnosis and was so nice throughout the whole process. Will definitely use his garage again for future repairs. Love working with local shops!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Use for gas, air for tires and repairs. Best shop ever. They are honest, do not overcharge, and only recommend needed repairs. Offers the best service. Completely trust them!

Gary has been straight forward every time I bring in one of my vehicles. Even gives me the option to bring in my own parts. Never keeps my vehicles for long periods of time. I have compared ACE with other mechanics around my area and they are a lot more reasonable. ACE has my business!!

I had my car towed here on 12/18 with just a simple flat tire. The manager told me it would be an hour, I said, I'll wait. He encouraged me to go home. I did, never heard a word back from him. The next day I called, and cashier said, shop is closed and he's up in the mountains! No word no call no anything! Just left me stranded and no comuincation what so ever! Very unprofessional, no way to do business. I had to call triple A for another tow to a legitimate shop! This is horrible! I wouldn't even buy gas from threm now!

I gonna take that star back. 0 stars . Rip offs My car needed ignition cores 4 to be exact they charged me so much money dollars to replace and they only replaced one they charged me 200 dollars for looking at my vehicle and still didn't tell me what was the problem . Plus the tow 75 dollar tow fee I left there paying almost 400 dollars and my car was still running the same as it was when I brought it to them. Went to my regular mechanic paid 250 dollars and got all 4 cores replaced with new spark plugs and a oil change. I would never recommend them to no one.
