Called for a battery service and they never showed after repeatedly telling me they were on their way. When you need them most they re completely unreliable. They leave people stranded.

Now that I'm a Mercedes Benz owner This shop is my go to spot for everything Benzo. They are affordable and their work is legendary. They even will fix my body work for in city bumper scratches They are the best for German Manufacturers.

Been going to ace for years 3 years. He awesome, they work with you. He gave me a loaner. Very nice family business. He did wonders on my r class 350. I would recommend.. and his shop has moved to the middle of the block. Hes been up parkheights for years. He also has a body shop as well. .good ppl

Great mechanics that know their way around any model mercedes. Be prepared to pay though! All cars they sell come with a 1 year warranty, awesome guys.

VERY condescending staff. Just lost me as a potential customer with the way that they spoke to me. I called to express exactly what was wrong and when I showed up in person they told me I hadn't told them the issue. They proceeded to talk down to me throughout the consultation. Perhaps it was because as a woman I must be too stupid to understand cars? The only upside here is that they did not charge me to look at my car so that one star was fairly earned. Lacking greatly in overall customer service etiquette.

*******BEWARE*******PLEASE READ************BEWARE*******PLEASE READ*****This business is not registered with the Better Business Bureau*******BEWARE*******PLEASE READ************BEWARE*******PLEASE READ*****This business is not registered with the Better Business BureauON JANUARY 30, 2013 I WAS IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT CALLED HAD MY CAR TOWED TO IGORE SHOP (ACE AUTO REPAIR) AFTER A WEEK OF WORKING ON MY CAR IGORE AND HIS BROTHER ALEX / SASHA COULD NOT GET MY E500 STARTED. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS THE ALTERNATOR (PART CHANGER MECHANIC). I WAS NOT GOING FOR THAT DIAGNOSIS. HAD MY CAR TOWED TO R&H MERCEDES AND GUESS WHAT OF COURSE IT WASN'T THE ALTERNATOR IT WAS MY FUEL PUMPS WHICH HE BILLED MY ISSUANCE FOR. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF WORKING ON MY CAR IGORE CALLS ME AND TELL ME THE CAR IS READY. I DROVE THE CAR FROM FRIDAY TO SUNDAY, SUNDAY THE CAR SHUTS OF WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BACK ON. TOOK THE CAR BACK TO R&H AND FOUND OUT HE WIELDED MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND TOLD THE INSURANCE HE REPLACED IT WITH A NEW AFTERMARKET MERCEDES PART. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH MY INSURANCE JACK ROMNEY MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER TOLD ME I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO HIM TO GET REPAIRED SINCE THEY PAID HIM FOR THE WORK. GUESS WHAT TOOK THE CAR BACK AND IGOR PUT A NONE MERCEDES CATALYTIC CONVERTER ON MY CAR AND THOUGHT I WOULDN'T NOTICE. ASIDE FROM THAT DROVE THE CAR HOME WHILE TALKING TO MY ATTORNEY AND THE POWER STEERING GOES OUT. IGORE NOT ONLY GOT PAID BY MY INSURANCE OVER 7K. HE DAMAGED THE CAR WORSE THAN IT WAS WHEN IT WAS TOWED TO THE SHOP. AFTER HE TOLD THE INSURANCE IT WAS THE POWER STEERING PUMP AND FILED ANOTHER SUPPLEMENT FOR THAT NOW MY RACK AND PINION IS LEAKING AND HE WANT TO REPAIR THAT BY FILING ANOTHER SUPPLEMENT ( CAN YOU SAY INSURANCE FRAUD). I THEN TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER AND HAD THEM BREAK THE CAR DOWN AND TO MY SURPRISE OVER 4,000 DOLLARS OF WORK WAS NOT DONE AND EVERYTHING ELSE WAS DONE INCORRECTLY WITH NONE MERCEDES PARTS. AND NOW THE INSURANCE SAY I WILL HAVE TO SUE TO RECOVER THE MONEY SINCE I CHOSE THE SHOP. IN THE PROCESS OF SUING.CHECK THE BBB RATING AND LOOK FOR MY CLAIM AGAINST THIS BUSINESS. THIS BUSINESS IS PRAYING ON AFRICAN AMERICAN WHO DRIVE MERCEDES AND TRY TO SAVE A DOLLAR ON REPAIRS. CHECK YOUR INVOICE IF IGORE GIVES YOU ONE. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THIS POST THEN GET THE SERIAL NUMBER OF YOUR PARTS BEFORE IGORE CHANGES THEM AND LOOK UP THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PARTS HE REPLACE. IGORE WILL TELL YOU ITS FROM THE BEST AFTER MARKET DEAL OF MERCEDES.... DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE THEY ARE MORE THAN LIKELY FROM THE MERCEDES JUNK YARD IN FREDRICK MD.THIS SHOP IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED....I WAS RECOMMENDED TO THIS SHOP BY AN ASSOCIATE. AND THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A DEAL ON OIL CHANGES AND BRAKES. HOWEVER, AFTER A COUPLE SERVICES I CHECK MY INVOICE AND COMPARED WHAT THE PRICES REALLY WAS THE GUY IGORE STARTED CHARGING ME DEALER PRICES FOR SLOW AND INCONSISTENT SERVICE. IGORE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE MECHANIC OR AS THE MERCEDES BENZ FORM EXPERTS CALL GUYS LIKE HIM A PART CHANGER (A MECHANIC WHO CAN NOT DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE JUST CHANGE PARTS AND BILL YOU FOR IT/ GUESSER).******PLEASE NOTE HE TOLD ME TO CALL MY INSURANCE AND TELL THEM "i CANT FIX THE CAR THE E500 IS TOO COMPLICATED" AFTER CHANGING THE POWER STEERING PUMP MY INSURANCE PAID FOR. I DON'T BELIEVE AFTER MY EXPERIENCE EITHER IGORE, ALEX OR THE OTHER MECHANIC IS LICENSE AND PROPERLY TRAINED. ALSO ALL OF IGORE DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT IS OUT OF DATE......I HAD TO LEARN THIS THE HARD WAY......This business is not registered with the Better Business Bureau*******BEWARE*******PLEASE READ************BEWARE*******PLEASE READ*****
