Been coming to this business for several years now and the owner, Paul, Art and all of the staff are wonderful. The customer service is excellent. They display professional and ethical practices I expect from a company. Kudos to A1 Auto 3 Brothers. Keep doing what you do and GOD bless you.

George, Paul, and Arthur was amazing! I was able to get a same day appointment for my inspection. I had to change one tire and replace my blades. I was able to go do the repairs and make it back in time to get reinspected! Thank you for the great service! A really decent shop; they do solid work and treat you fairly. However every time I've done price comparisons with other shops of equivalent quality, they are always significantly more expensive.

Me and my Bf brought our car here because the engine was burning oil. Hyundai would not service the engine because of the extended warranty company. Our car spent 6 weeks here at A1 Auto, but that was due to the back and forth with the warranty company. The mechanics and associates here were wonderful. They were patient with us and worked hard to get what needed to be done for our car. They dealt with the warranty company sending two bad engines within this time frame. Their help is truly appreciated because I know it was a hassle. Thankyou much.Service: Engine repair

A1 Auto has the best customer service. Art was very helpful and professional. They were able to make an emergency repair on my SUV on New Year s Eve. Forever thankful for these guys. They were fast and efficient. I highly recommend!!

My wife and I have been coming here for well over a decade. Their prices are always reasonable, they stand by their work, are AAA certified, and quite often the final bill is lower than the estimate. Ever since taking my car to A1 Three Brothers for my initial Maryland state inspection, they have been fair and honest in their pricing and their service. They are always friendly and willing to explain their service recommendations. They are fast and reliable and care about getting the job done right. Don't know anything about cars. Arthur was exceedingly polite and helpful throughout the process, providing updates and friendly service. The team there has always given me excellent service and the process doesn't feel like I need to do research on the side to figure out if I am getting scammed (again, know nothing about cars). I have been going to this establishment since my first car. They have always prioritized my vehicle in any condition and made sure my vehicle was all taken care of. Very customer service oriented, I've known all the machenicsy ince day one. They know keep my car updated and makes sure it's in pristine condition. They keep a detailed history of what has been done to my vehicle and what they recommend to be done. I found A1 a few years ago. Due to a positive experience the first time, I returned again and was not disappointed. As a woman, I never felt like anyone was trying to up-sell me. Communication was good and prices reasonable. I've been taking cars to Paul and his team since 2011. They have always done right by me and my family every time. They do quality, timely work, but more than that they are clearly out to provide the most trustworthy service they can.For example, just a couple weeks ago we got a quick oil change at a national quick-service place nearby and they botched the job badly (they drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil and then overfilled the oil). The team at A1 3 Brothers diagnosed the problem, helped me deal with the insurance company, gave great advice to find the most appropriate solution to get us back on the road, and "babysat" our car for way too long while this ordeal was handled.I trust this team implicitly for both the quality of their work and the advice they give--suffice it to say, as long as we are in Baltimore, this team will be our mechanics!

At first I felt bad for going to another shop because my old shop was busy. But now I don t regret it at all. Thank you so much three brothers for the pleasant service. This is the only auto shop I have actually 100% recommended someone go to! They never pressure you for upgrades or extra services and give everything to you straight in a way anyone could understand. Staff is incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. Always really appreciate the service provided at this location :)

I do not recommend this shop at all. Paul is very friendly and does do his best to be informative and thorough, I will admit that. I took my car here because my check engine light came on. They fixed the ignition wires and everything was fine at first but the check engine light continued to come on. I brought it back and explained what was happening and was told there was nothing to be done because they could not locate the issue. I took my car to a different shop and they immediately noticed the ignition wires were not plugged in properly and that was the issue. I appreciate trasnparency and honesty, especially as someone who is not well versed in cars, and I do not feel I got that here. I should not have had to take my car somewhere else to fix an issue with a repair done by this shop.

Great experience in my visit here today. I had a tire light coming on and was preparing myself to be told I needed to replace one or more, and they actually checked out my tires, made a quick fix (I was lucky it was nothing big this time!), and sent me on my way without a charge. This quick and courteous treatment definitely built my trust, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is looking for a trustworthy auto shop in Baltimore! Thank you so much!

I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. Excellent service. They are trustworthy, friendly, fair, and very professional. They have a new loyal costumer. Prices are not cheap, but would gladly pay these guys what they ask because I know they're not robbing me.I had an issue with my car that I assumed was a clutch problem. Took it to a transmission place to have it checked out and was told that my transmission needed to be rebuilt for 3k! I came to Auto A1 three brothers for a second opinion - they told me the transmission is perfectly fine and that it was indeed a clutch issue. Paul even suggested that repairs can wait as the issue might by work itself out!Also had them do my Maryland inspection. Gave me a list of repairs, some of which I did myself, and they were very helpful and understanding about it.Overall, great shop and great folks. Had an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs work done on their car.
