I came here without an appointment and I was met with a smile and was helped immediately! I was desperate and called about 30 places to see if someone could help me with my tire that was losing air rapidly. He was the only person who even entertained the possibility of helping me. It ended up being a huge nail in my tire! He was concerned about voiding my warranty so he put my spare on and I was able to make it home to Alexandria Virginia. This was the day before Thanksgiving.

This is my go to spot for any/all of my car repairs. Work is done in a timely manner. And the prices are reasonable. The owner Rick and his fellow mechanics are very professional. Anyone in the Baltimore area or outside, this is the place to bring your vehicle for any service.

501 Auto Care is awesome for all of your auto care needs. Ricky, the owner, has always been very fair with prices as well as accommodating-it has been several last minute repairs where he was not only able to fix the issue, but got me back on the road in a timely fashion. I have also recommended his shop to several friends, and they have had nothing but good things to say about the service they received. I would definitely continue to get my vehicles fixed and serviced here. I highly recommend 501 Auto Care.

I would not buy a car here. I did ,found the car mechanics bad,bad,bad. 501 said Car was fixed by them. This Car not great advertisement of their abilities. Car sale paperwork shady. Police investigation is probably appropriate. Things said were not followed through on and denied. 501 last said it would sell the car for me.Continuing my quest for full refund. Dealer might be se

Good little repair shop. Prices are fare. Make a appointment because they do good work and are pretty busy. The mechanic Scott is very honest.

I can't recommend this highly enough! Very professional, fast, fairly priced an conveniently located to anyone who lives in northern Baltimore. All of the staff, are very friendly and accommodating. Patronize this business!
