My grandparents recently had a wonderful experience getting their cars repaired by Paul, and they asked me to write this review on their behalf :) They were blown away by the excellent service they received here. They felt cared for and appreciated him going above and beyond to accommodate their needs, clearly communicate with them, and not taking any shortcuts to make sure their cars will last for a long time :) As their their grandchild it means the world to know that they are being taken care of and that they will be safe on the road :)

First time customers and it was a nice experience. Replacement parts can be difficult with the Supply Chain issues, Executive Auto kept us current on how they were working through the issues, so that he could get our auto repaired (we had struck a deer). It took awhile, but once the parts were procured, the rest was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the end results. If we incur any new issues that require body work or maintenance, we plan to use Executive Auto.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely love Executive Auto! Since we live nearby, we are happy to support our local services and PJ and his team deliver. After a run-in with a deer, PJ was able to repair our car quickly. PJ and his team did an amazing job on my 4Runner and I would highly recommend Executive Auto to anyone looking to get repairs done. He went above and beyond by repairing not only the accident damage to my truck, but also perfectly corrected a prior mismatched paint job from a different bodyshop. My boyfriend and I bought a car from PJ this summer, and he was so kind and friendly, he told us everything he knew about the car and offered any other work that may need to be done to the car. He was always willing to meet and was always open to helping us and figuring everything out. I 100% recommend Executive auto!

Took my truck to Fork Auto Body to get an estimate to replace rocker panels. The guy barely talked to me and said his estimate was best case scenario without giving me any worst case pricing. Then took it to Kelly Body in Cockeysville and they would not even work on it. Found Executive Auto and man, what a world of difference. PJ is awesome! He was patient, informative, and said anything can be fixed. Quoted a price and came in at that price. He also did a few things that he never charged me for. Pricing is posted in his office and having worked in a auto shop before, and based on getting some work done elsewhere over the years, their pricing is very competitive. Honest and thoughtful, PJ has earned my trust and respect and my truck looks fantastic - the work is first rate!Service: Body & Trim

Executive Auto made everything very easy for me and I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work for their vehicles. The owner took the time to explain the repair process to me and let me know how long the repair would take. Very professional, reasonably priced, and great work. A great experience from beginning to end!

These guys are great to deal with and they are trustworthy. I have brought three vehicles to them this past year and I have been impressed with their professionalism and their work. Denny does an outstanding job with paint and bodywork. He explains the entire process to you each step of the way. He is very conscientious and he treats each vehicle as his own. I was extremely impressed with their turn around time and the quality of the work that Denny performed. Denny is currently working on my 1968 Camaro ,and I have been very happy with what he has done. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. Paul and PJ are also great to deal with. I recommend these guys to all of my friends and family. Several of my friends have been satisfied customers of executive auto , based on my recommendation. If you are looking for an honest and professional place to have work done, I highly recommend executive auto.

What a great local body shop! The level of service that Paul and P.J. provide, at Executive Auto, cannot be beat. They will go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is perfect when it leaves the shop. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

The worst body shop that I have deal with.They run a my Mercedes Ml 350Be careful anyone who had the car there from the beginning of the year.I took my vehicle without pain because not only they ruin that but my car depreciate on the value .PJ You know all about.ATTENTION He had pursuit against me whit criminal charge on theft.After saying sorry and stated that they do not have a reliable technician.
