We are visiting family here in MD and we re having trouble with our slides. We called Ben to schedule a service call. He discussed the problem with us over the phone for several minutes and told us how to trouble shoot the issue, probably saving us $300-400. He was thorough, patient and helpful! Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Ben. It worked.

What!!!! Ben went out of his way to help me even though he didn't have to his service was impeccable. I hope in the future to use Ben but he might get too busy to be able to even help me because his work is great.I just wanted to thank Ben and his team for taking care of us happy campingand.Mike

Traveling thru MD from Seattle and had a few RV concerns. No one in Southern MD was returning my calls except Avenue RV Repair. Super kind. Very welcoming. Accommodated me. Called back . Stellar honest service from beginning to end. A small business and Ben (owner) is up front always about pricing, time to completion, the adjustments (when digging into your RV finds issues that were unforeseen). This is the only RV mechanic I will go to as others are typically not transparent.Ben's integrity is steadfast! Worth every penny for guaranteed professional work.

The guys at this shop took care of our camper AC that was failing. Worked with our warranty company and kept us in the loop through calls texts and emails. We were in a time crunch but they got the new AC delivered and installed just in time which we really appreciate. My second time using Avenue and I ll def be back in the future.

Came here after we made a mistake with our RV. Avenue Mobile Services helped me out in a timely fashion and got us ready for our first trip. Great service and very professional and knowledgable. We definitely plan on using them in the future.

Had the weather stripping replaced around my slide-out. When I got home I noticed the weather stripping was cut a little short so I called Ben. He ordered a new piece and came out and fixed it. Great customer service!!

The worst Customer Care ever seen in my life I had appointment today I met with Ben. He told me to come down and he would give me an estimate of the water damage in my RV for $145. I got there and he told me he could not do it he waste my time and gas he was trying to get over me, but I didn t fall for the okey-doke watch out when you go down there he will get you

Great place to get rv repaired. They are very friendly and helpful. I had my instant hot water replaced just before a trip and they squeezed me in quick fast and in a hurry! They got it done right!

I was camping when temps dropped to 6 degrees the pex manifold froze I did not want the remainder of my camper to freeze so kept heat on until I could get it fixed my dealer could not fix till April so I contacted avenue mobile services they went to work and fixed and winterized my camper wow what a great job they did they are my rv repair company anything I need done to my camper I am taking it to them thanks again
