I recently rented a storage unit at this facility and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. The unit itself was clean, secure, and easily accessible.The security measures in place gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure. The facility was well-maintained and I never had any issues with pests or leaks.The convenience of having access to my unit was a huge plus, as I could easily come and go as needed without any restrictions. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other storage facilities in the area.Overall, I highly recommend this storage unit facility to anyone in need of extra storage space. The customer service, cleanliness, security, and convenience all exceeded my expectations. 5 stars all around!

I rented a locker here a few weeks ago. I went to check the location out and Dylan was very helpful with showing me around and letting me look at some of the options. I was impressed with how clean the building was and the price was competitive for the area. I went back the next day and rented a locker. Again, Dylan was nothing but friendly and helpful. I've since visited a few times to drop stuff off and it's always been what you would expect, clean and accessible.

I had a unit here for about half a year. It was a good experience: I stored some important valuables in there and they were never stolen or messed with, and the employees were helpful but unenthusiastic.I have to admit that I was very let down when I first saw the space. It is 5x5 but when I signed up they made it difficult to explicitly see the height. Then I checked in to see this space at half the height I expected. It was a shame, but I managed to stuff everything and it was just enough space.I paid 50 dollars a month even after the whole $1 for your first month because of fees and the lock they force you to take. Just buy your own and return the lock they give you so that you can get a refund.I would recommend the disc shaped padlock since those are difficult to cut through (if you re paranoid like me)

We rented a storage space in Arnold, MD. The facility was lovely but what most impressed me was Steven! He was very knowledgeable and helpful; an overall lovely person and a pleasure to work out all the storage details. When we showed up that day, we were unsure if we were going to rent there but after one conversation with Steven we were convinced.

We recently began renting a storage unit at this facility. Prior to renting, we toured the building. Kristen, the property manager, was very kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made the rental process as smooth and straightforward as possible. The facility was clean and the temperature controlled units appeared to be in excellent condition. We immediately decided to lease a unit and would definitely recommend this facility to others.

My husband dealt with Steven and said he was very professional, the place was very clean and somehow got him to sigh a rental agreement before I could have an opinion. Once I got here, I saw for myself this place is spotless, the elevators & restroom are immaculate. And meeting Steven way a joy. Highly recommend this place.

I reserve a unit online and went in to confirm the size and the condition of the property. Before arriving I received a call from Kristen confirming my appointment. Upon my arrival I met Kristen who was super nice and took me to show me the size of the storage unit I was looking at. During the walk she gave an overview of the property and I could not help but notice how clean the entire facility was. I immediately decided I wanted the unit and Kristen went through the entire process in detail. The check in process was smooth and quick. Definitely recommend this storage facility and I think Kristen is an asset to the property!

Just rented a couple days ago. Great folks at the desk. Very clean facility. Very pleased with ezStorage Arnold.Was happy initially, then they started the rate increase program. No reason - just because they can, rate go up and up. I think they feel you are trapped there and will just accept it. I was lucky and could just move out. Business model is predatory.

My experience today with Sylvia at public storage was very delightful and very professional. She did a wonderful job assisting me with the application for the rental unit. Very clean facility would recommend it to family and friends.

Sent the following letter to Public Storage after cancelling my contract in April 2023.I recently requested a lower monthly rental fee for a 10x10 storage area (#3404) at your facility in Arnold, MD. The request was summarily denied. I made the request having seen my monthly charges rise from $116 to $122 after EZStorage changed to Public Storage in May of 2021. Subsequently, my monthly fees increased in October 2021 to $153, then again in July 2022 to $191, and finally to $241 in April 2023. The last increase resulted in a more than a 100% increase over 2 years. Surprisingly, the online fee for the same space is only $148/month. When I asked about this with the staff at this facility, I was told that I could get the online price but would have to cancel my original contract and move my belongings to a new unit.Obviously, the price increase over such a short period is as outrageous as the policy that I should have to move my belongings to another unit to get an online price that is almost $100 cheaper. Consequently, I terminated my contract in April in protest of your unethical and ridiculous business practices. I m sure canceling my contract doesn t hurt your bottom line, but it s very gratifying that I m no longer paying Public Storage almost $3,000/year. Thank you for providing the impetus for canceling my contract and saving me the extra $3,000 annually. I can only hope that many of your other customers feel and act the same way after your last price increase.

Steven was wonderful and made the process of renting a unit a breeze. He was thorough and helpful. The facility is secure and cleaner than I d expected. Will stick to Public Storage for our future needs as well.

We have been renting here since August of 2020 and the facility and service are great. We wanted to consolidate from a big unit to two smaller ones and Steve the property manager could not have been more accommodating. He even recommended a mover to help. On the morning of the move, we showed up early and Danielle opened up early to let us into the new units. Excellent service and a first-rate team.

This storage facility is the nicest one in Annapolis! I was able to fit all of my stuff at a really great and affordable price before I moved. The manager, Steven, was very helpful, kind, and courteous when I first moved in. He showed my where my unit is and worked with me to set up my account properly with the really nice autopay function. I love how this Public Storage on Ritchie Highway has a nice gated parking lot so everything including my car is safe. I can access my belongings anytime I needed it with the gate code. The building is also AIR CONDITIONED!! Totally essential for these hot and humid Maryland weather days. Not once during my visits have I seen any signs of rodents or pests. The building is clean and labeled with big, easy to read numbers so it s easy to find your unit and it s hard to get lost. There s plenty of lighting too! Thank you so much Steven and Public Storage for making my storage stay the best it could be! Will be using it again!

Very easy to reserve a unit online, and they had a great first month special. Steven was awesome getting us checked in on the first day - very knowledgable, friendly and professional. We've been using the unit for a few weeks now and it's very easy to access the property and our unit. Great security, too.

Steven was extremely helpful. Helped get us set up with the right unit and walked us through payment. He had a great, friendly demeanor about him, and remembered us when we came back a few weeks later. Very thorough, accommodating, and knowledgeable!

I needed a storage unit and a family member recommended Public Storage because of their outstanding customer service. Now, let me tell you something, if you need storage space and you value customer service, you go see Steven at Public Storage in Arnold. My man took care of us from top to bottom, he keeps the cleanest facility I ve ever seen and he s there for anything you need. This is where you go to get the best storage facility experience of your life. Thank you, Steven.

I would most definitely recommend this facility. Very professional, very clean and very helpful with arranging space. I was unsure of how much space I would need when our household effects arrived. The staff set me up quickly and if I need additional space, a much larger unit would be made available. Accessibility for tenants is very easy yet very secure.
