Jeep owners who come here only see the front door experience Paul shows them. Behind the scenes the people who work here are treated very bad. Employee turnover is high, Paul uses shame and ridicule to mock and mistreat his employees often causing employees to leave within weeks. His own family members have suffered from his verbal abuse and also rotate in and out of this place. He might know how to talk shop, but it's the mechanic in the shop who does the work and the office staff who runs the shop. Paul sits in his office posting on FB while the work is being done. If you find Paul in the shop, it's because he is entertaining a customer or another mechanic left. When we met Paul, he had 9 mechanics quit within a year. It's the mechanics who perform the actual work who deserve your compliments. Since Jeep upgrades are not something you do every day, oftentimes you don't get to know the person you meet real well. Just wanted to make sure customers knew the real deal at this shop.

I'm a new Jeep owner and naturally had a lot of questions when it came to lifting my 2021 Jeep JLU. After hours of researching and asking questions online I stopped by World Tour Off Road and talked to Karri. She is amazing. She was able to answer all my questions and made recommendations, helping me weigh the options I had already researched. When I finally made the decision the process was simple and easy. Even with a parts shipping delay because of COVID, she worked to get my Jeep in quickly so I was able to have the lift and new tires for a trip I had planned to AOAA that weekend. I can't recommend World Tour Off Road highly enough. Great group of people that care about customer service and the quality of their work. I'll definitely be using them in the future.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

World Tour performed a 250k overhaul on my 2013 JKU. Rebuilt engine, transmission, front end brakes etc.. all work was fairly priced and exceedingly well done. Highly recommend!

Paul is the best mechanic i ever dealt with! I walked into this place lost about my Jeep issues and he welcomed me in and explained everything. Great prices, great service and fast repair time. He totally fixed the botched lift kit that came on my Jeep.

[They] saved me from insanity and alleviated a general *'d up day from my Jeep Dealership. I had a Wednesday appointment, and they called me to come in a day earlier which was perfect. On my next visit I'll have my questions written down on an excel spreadsheet, Project Management style. I'll be sticking with this shop.

I have a 05 TJ Jeep I purchased. I ve had World Tour work on it a couple of times. The fist was some ball joints and some upgraded suspension parts. The latest work was having Detroit True Track differentials and new gear ratios installed. I needed the gearing changed due to running larger tires. Paul was quick to work with me, and he was careful to make sure I was selecting the correct gear ratio for my set up. During the installation he test drove my Jeep and was not happy with the front differential. He immediately ordered a replacement True Track assembly. It was delivered quickly, and he redid the front axial replacing all the parts, no small amount of work. Of course, he did not charge me for all the extra work to make it right. I m sure a lesser shop might have let it go out the door, but Paul has pride in his work, is honest, and does not put out second rate work. This is very much appreciated by this customer. I ll be back to this shop, I m sure.

I bought a highly modified Jeep and needed some help dialing in the ride. Paul spent a lot of time talking to me about everything and knew exactly what the problem was. Installed new spring mounts and shocks in the rear and now it rides great. Extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone with a modified 4x4.

World tour did an amazing job on my 2016 JKU. I took it in to have my ball joints replaced and they recommended having them tighten down all nuts and bolts. I haven t felt this safe in my Jeep in a long time. Will definitely bring it back there when things arise.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenanceServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I brought my 1980 CJ7 in for major repairs. This wasn t just bring in a new Jeep and replace good parts with different parts, this was a job that required expertise, knowledge, and creativity. Everything was done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them and talking to the owner and his staff. They will be very up front with you about what they can do and if you choose to use them the work will be done correctly.Jim JohnstonService: General repairs & maintenance

This is the only place my husband and I will take our Jeeps. When we got our first Jeep a few years ago we were clueless. The first time I took our Jeep to Paul it was because it was leaking something from somewhere, it was the radiator. They squeezed me in and got it all fixed. Paul took the time to explain everything to me without talking down to me (like another area shop did). Now we will only go to Paul. He is extremely knowledgeable and wants to share that knowledge. We have learned so much from him.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Outstanding service! Paul and the team took on a tough frame problem for my truck project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of their work is among the highest I've seen, with great examples of their attention to detail everywhere in the shop. I'm sure I'll be back with more projects.

This is the second time I've had work done on my jeep here and both times it was done when I was told it would be finished and done the right way. I plan on using world tour in the future. Not the most convenient because I live in baltimore but I trust their work and the prices are reasonable. Thanks Paul and and the crew for taking care of my favorite toy.

I have to recognize the fine folks at World Tour Off-Road in Annapolis, Maryland.I made the drive from home, near Chicago, to Maryland a week ago. While I had plans of getting some steering items checked as well as maybe a new set of tires prior to the drive, time did not allow it so I figured I d be fine. I was wrong. Shimmy issues caused for some white knuckle driving along the way. Luckily no full on death wobble.Anyway, once in Maryland I did a bit of networking w some forum members I had interactions w in the past that I knew were in the area. 1st lead was a dead end, booked out 3 weeks and no offer to even look at it so I did not push it. 2nd lead was World Tour. They could not have been more accommodating after hearing my dilemma. Had me come in ASAP for an inspection. Paul could not have been better to work with. Explained everything completely and we had some nice Jeep conversation. The jist is my tires were in need of replacement, which I kind of knew going in, as well as other steering parts being worn out as he showed me during his inspection.Paul had the tires replaced for me 2 days later. Huge difference maker. I also needed ball joints, tie rod ends and drag link ends.He searched for the ball joints of my choice, but everything was back ordered and the retailers were all price gouging by $200 if they had them. He got me a good replacement set, albeit not an upgrade, for a good price. I m going with an upgrade on the tie rod and drag link set up, Barnes 4WD 1 Ton Aluminum Steering Kit.He had all the work done in less than a week for an out of town guy he didn t know and may never do business w again. Great business, great guy. Did I mention he was also booked out at least 3 weeks and worked me in anyway because he knew I had limited time before having to drive home?I should also mention he and his workers don t just slap on parts and call it good. They seem to always be looking for potential issues that might pop up along the way. Not an up-sell by any means, but preventive things. Like the front axle seals may leak after the axles are pulled. So they informed me and let me decide what to do. I could have said forget it it will be fine, but why? I had not even thought of it. But I know this is a real potential issue from reading on the forums. He also mentioned my front brake lines were really pulling tight at full droop. I had no idea. He suggested a fix, I suggested new longer lines. We said if he had them he d do the lines.I may plan some future work with World Tour as I do get out his way a few times a year. He doesn t know that though.Anthony BrandolinoService: General repairs & maintenance

This place is terrible. They over charged me for a tire rotation and oil change on my vehicle. When I brought it to the lady Kerry s attention she copped an attitude with and said the pricing had changed etc after me getting more then 4 services done there before for the same price. She was very rude to me and to the other customers that were there as well. Do t do business with this se I d rate shop. Other places with knowledgeable people are around. I will say I thought Paul was a professional and always treated me fairly. His help on the other hand not so much.

I've been using World Tour for all my Jeep maintenance needs for the past 3 years. Never disappointed. From a 2 inch lift, solving the death wobble, and intalling a winch, always great service.

I was in their shop and trying to get some thing done for my vehicle. After i getting the quote from them, I asked and see if they have the military discount. Instead of just simply say they don t have it. the owner of the shop started make some inappropriate comments, such as "what should I do if a breast cancer survivor, came to him and ask for breast cancer survivor discount" etc. well, as a military member, every time I go shopping, I always ask for military discount, because out there, there are some business that do honor my service and offer military discount. Again, it s your business there s nothing wrong to not offer military discount. However, the attitude that he was given there just terrible. In my mind, A good business should know how to treat their customer and good CUSTOMER SERVICE is key for long term business success. Obviously this gentleman does not know anything about it. Brothers and sisters in arms, stay away from this place. They are NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY, I'll not recommend their business and won't go back to their shop again.

I brought my FJ Cruiser here to get the rear differential gasket replaced after I had my gears swapped for 4.56's. They did it in a day and no more leaking. They did a good job. I'd go back here.
