Really nice crew, small facility but they were quick and efficient. Only one teeny tiny problem... they were messyAfter driving out, I immediately smelled oil in my cab. It started to dissipate after a couple miles, but it lingers. Today, I looked underneath to find large oil splashes on the heatshield. The drain plug looked fine, though, which was a relief. Hopefully, it's gone soon, but I'd rather go to another spot and wait twice as long then deal with that headache again.

I usually leave a review on an overall standpoint, but today I would like to shoutout a specific employee who made my experience at this location very pleasant. Dakota was very knowledgeable and efficient when helping to service my car. She didn't make me feel pressured when suggesting other services, just fully explained what the service was and why I should get it done in the near future.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The guys were so friendly and quick! I am usually pressured into the extra bells and whistles and some places cannot take no for an answer. They asked me as I assume it's apart of their job but they didn't push it.

Improperly put back on my under tray and then denied that it had anything to do with them after I returned immediately due to it dragging on the road. Manager was extremely dismissive and claimed they had video of the car's undercarriage in its previous state but refused to show me the video when I returned. Just not worth the headache of dealing with Michael the Manager.To the response from the company, anyone reading this don t interpret that as them taking any sort of responsibility for their employees. I specifically asked if the area manager would handle the claim I submitted and instead they decided to take the lazy route and not investigate nor call me back and just let Michael close out the claim. Your company damages people s cars, puts on a facade that they care what happened but then just tries to sweep them under the rug. Absolute garbage business practices.Service: Oil change

They were very polite employees and the wait time wasn't too bad. However, the technicians forgot to reset the "get oil change light," and it kept coming on. My husband had to take the truck to a different location to get it corrected.

I usually don t put reviews anywhere but I just went to get my oil changed this evening (02/28/2022) and they were so rude! The guy who signaled me into the bay, Franklin, was so disrespectful. He talked down to me and was so irritated. I was so incredibly disappointed. I will never go here again and I would definitely suggest going right up the street elsewhere. There s way too many places to get your oil changed around Annapolis than to out of with disrespect for no reason. I m also a service member so after I told him I was military, he seemed to act nicer towards me but I was devastated how he treated me as soon as I pulled up. Definitely don t recommend and I would try to go anywhere else first!

Usually this location is decent, for a Valvoline, but yesterday I had them replace the cabin filter, thinking it would be around $30 ($10-15 material cost, takes 15 seconds to do). Ended up paying $60. They didn't confirm the price before hand. Lack of communication on both fronts.

This is the only place I'll go from now on - I experienced friendly, knowledgeable people who worked efficiently to get my car serviced. The whole visit was enjoyable. This location failed to properly tighten the drain plug for the oil plan and failed to take responsibility for it. As a result, I was adding a quart of oil every 1000 miles and only discovered that the plug wasn't tighten after bringing my care to the Hyundia deal. It didn't dawn on me that they wouldn't have tightened the plug properly. In addition, the tech who changed the old coincidentally decided to tell me that the model I have, Sante Fe, has a reputation for burning oil. The visit to the dealer cost me $400. After I explained to the manager what happened their customer care division called and offered me a 50% discount oil change. I said no, I'd like a couple since you cost me so much money. There response was a flat no! Anyone can make a mistake, but to make a ridiculous offer like that was insulting. So, if you decide to use them, make sure that they will verify that the plug is solidly seated.Service: Oil change

I had used Valvoline in Mayo MD for years, (My husband used the Annapolis location more due to his routine.) Wemoved to a different location and I used the Annapolis (West St) location in May/ June for an oil change. They were very polite, recommended other key services. I went back on 9/25 to have 4 different services done ( not an oil change or tire rotation) . The young man who handled the transaction was very polite and upbeat. The team worked well together. I think the West St location is my new Valvoline because it's so close .

Darryl and his crew did a great job of getting us in and out. They even gave my young children coloring books and crayons which was a nice added touch. I don't mind paying a little more for convenience and EXCELLENT service.

Went to valvoline on west street this morning. Got my oil changed and a coolant system flush. the service was very fast. Under 20 minutes total. The technicians were so helpful, great attitude, they were inviting. have great recommendations without feeling like your being pressured or taken advantage off, like many shops do. Especially as a woman with zero mechanical knowledge. All of the staff was friendly and helpful ! I typically just go wherever is convenient at the time for these services, but I think from now on I ll be sticking to this specific shop! The attendant even encouraged and made available a 10% coupon off of my $170 service which was so nice! I wish I got his name for this review. very happy customer. Great staff, friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change and had a piece of plastic that was scraping the ground as I drove. The staff put a zip tie on the piece to stabilize it. I got an oil change and a noise free car. Thanks again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil change for $52. The technicians were not able to remove the filter. Took the car across the street and had the oil changed. This occurred in August 2022. Moving forward (12/6/2022), according to Valvoline the $52 Groupon was no longer valid because it has expired. Valvoline management said you could apply the $52 as a credit for an same oil change that cost $103. Bottom line, management should have excepted the Groupon for $52, given the fact they were unable to complete their end of the deal back in August .Service: Oil change

Their service was very friendly, I even called before hand to get the price for my oil change (was getting a mix of synthetic and regular) upon pulling up I was aware they allow people to stay in their cars during the process so I chose to do so. Now unbenounced to me, the people I spoke with previously and who gave me the estimated price was a call center.. My price of $30+ quickly changed to $60+, I was upset because I spoke to one of the mechanics BEFORE they worked on my vehicle I wanted a mix I am aware the manual says they SUGGEST full synthetic, I the car owner wanted a mix.. They are getting this 2 star because I feel they tried to force the synthetic on me AND the mechanic I spoke to if it was they couldn't do the mix for legal reasons then BEFORE the full synthetic got put into my vehicle.. I should've been notified of such and this would've avoided an upset customer.. Mind you the mechanic was attempting to argue me down after a few eye rolls (probably assuming I'm another black woman who wants to get a discount) UNTIL I said "hold on let me call my mechanic" once he got on the phone the price dropped.. I would've used my TRUSTED mechanic if he hadn't happened to be in GA and me in MD..

After searching online for places to recharge the AC in my vehicle a coworker suggested I check this place out. It's just down the road from where I work so I checked it out. Online it says you don't need an appointment and you can come in.I arrived and parked on a parking spot and went in. That was the wrong choice as it seemed to really be the back of an office. So I went back out and started to walk around when a real nice guy got out of another car and let me know that I just had to pull the car around and in.As I came around with the car there were a couple of nice guys there to direct me. That's important since there's a hole in the floor where the guys do the work while you sit in the car.The overall process was quick, easy and I never had to get out of the car.I highly recommend this place and will be coming back again.

Quick, affordable and they don't jump in your car and mess around with everything. Very polite and professional too. Oil changes have become expensive so look online for a coupon and save up to $10.

This was one of the best experiences with vehicle maintenance I've had. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed how in the loop I was with the whole situation of oil change, transfluid, and my air filters which were good. I never felt pressured to buy a service I didn't need, and felt appreciated as a customer. I've done my hanged at jiffy lube for years, but will be coming here from now on. Thank you!!!

This was one of the worst oil changes I've had in a long time. I have been a customer for years. But this time I had a gentleman that did my change who was filled with bad energy, he was rude, and he had horrible communication skills or lack thereof. Foul language and spoke at me instead of to me. It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer, never going back.

I was so pleased with my service from Kevin. I was well over my recommended mileage for an oil change and he was so kind and professional in how he spoke to me about the best oils to use for high mileage driving and steps I could take to help improve my engine life. Often, people can be condescending in these situations and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The guys are always the best. They get me in and out quickly. Manager Mike is always amazing. He thinks of his customers and employees before himself. I couldnt say more about the crew except they are exceptional and I would love to see corporate reward them. Thank guys
