Thanks again guys no complaints. They explained the whole process to me start to finish. Their friendly and polite on the phone as well as in person. They did a great job on my front bumper. They even shined my car up for me prior to pick up I wouldn t recommend anyone else do your collision repairs.

No one wants to have to go to a body shop from an accident. Being my first time having to deal with extended rental, coverage claims, damage, and unknown timelines, it was an unsettling experience. Regardless, the people at Uni-Tech kept it together and provided me the support and sanity I needed when I exhausted my rental car coverage and still didn't have the situation fully resolved with my insurance company. They kept me informed of their challenges and the escalations with my insurance company, helping me push and prod where I needed in order to get everything covered and paid for so I could get my car back.I was truly appreciative of working with John and Theresa in their helps with the claim and additional work needed!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent experience from the estimate to completion. Worked with Scott who was extremely helpful in discussing repair options. The work was completed as promised with superb results. Both Scott and John made the process work efficiently. There was a day's delay in pick-up because they were not satisfied with some of the final painting. That extra day was certainly worth it. And the car was very clean inside and outside at completion. Overall, a job done very well!

The professionals at Uni-Tech did a fantastic job restoring my car. They blended the paint beautifully and I can't tell the collision ever happened. My only issue was their communication. I filed for an estimate online and received a blank estimate and it was up to me to call and ask when I could bring it in and how much the estimate would be. I was told they had seen my insurance claim when I told State Farm I was using them and that they would have let know when to drop it off, but this was never the case.While they had it I called to check up on it multiple times and they gave solid updates sometimes and others it was"I will call you back on day X" only to get no call or "let me call you back in 30 minutes" to never get a call back. The work took longer than I expected which I can understand in a labor shortage/ supply line disruption but it was up to me to call when the estimated repair completion date came and went. this all being said I'm happy with the job they did! I'm just not sure if I would use them again unfortunately.

I had to pay out of pocket for hit and run damage to my Toyota RVA4. After receiving an estimate from Uni Tech, I decided to go with them for my repairs. I felt the cost for the overall repairs were reasonable. I also felt very taken care of. Overall they did a great job on the repairs, matched with great customer service. I would recommend Uni Tech collision repairs!

The shop was recommended by my mechanic (A Arundel Auto). UniTech did a good job, they worked well with my insurer (who made some errors), and they kept in good communication with me (even when I was out of town). It was a good experience.

This review is neither fake nor paid for. I am just a regular person. I wouldn t recommend taking your vehicles anywhere but UNITECH wherever you are in the world. I am the most picky, critical, micro managing mf er when it comes to paying money for things. My good HARD earned dollars are put to GREAT use by using UNITECH for all of my auto collision auto body car anything. The best Ive ever had in my whole entire 20 car history. Thorough, knowledgeable, artistic, professional, ethical, SIMPLY AMAZING you wont understand until you try them until you do you are getting screwed otherwise. PERIOD.Bo

From start to finish, Scott and John kept us in the loop about the progress of the repair. They were kind and informative. Our car is more beautiful than it was before the accident. The staff at Un-Tech Collision was very professional. They took my car when they were already very booked and busy. When I called Theresa said that they can get me in, in about 3 weeks because the had many cars already. I expressed to her that I really needed my car repaired. She said bring it in the next Monday with the understanding it might take week for them to look at it. I took it in and the looked at it by that Wednesday and gave me an overall estimate. I am extremely pleased with the service that Uni-Tech Collision provided. The paint on my car look perfect. If you're looking for a body repair shop, look no further. Took my car here for a paint job. Theresa made the entire process so easy from start to finish. My car feels brand new again!!! The paint is beautiful and they even cleaned the inside up. This is def my new go to body shop. Couldn t have had a better experience

Less than 3 weeks after my daughter purchased her car in December we were rear ended at a high rate of speed causing extensive damage to the rear of the vehicle and moderate damage to the front. To say my daughter was devastated was an understatement. She had searched the internet for this car to find exactly what she wanted and had it brought to the dealership from out of state.The at fault's insurance company suggested I start calling around right away to body shops as it was going into the holidays and shops in general were experiencing major delays in being able to perform repairs. After calling approximately 10 shops in my direct area and being told they couldn't take her car in until the middle or end of January (a couple not until February) I was recommended to Uni-Tech by a family member. I spoke to Jennifer and much to my surprise was told they could take her car in right away. They came and picked it up and began the tear down process. I was concerned the insurance company would try and get away on the cheap and use aftermarket parts on her car that was showroom quality before the accident. Jennifer assure me they would only use OEM parts unless they were not available and would only use anything else if okay-ed by us. Jennifer and Theresa (I hope I spelled it correctly) were great at staying in contact with us throughout the process and keeping us up to date as any issues or additional damages were found.Today we picked the car up and to say I am thrilled with how it turned out is an understatement. But more importantly my daughter is thrilled. She was worried you would be able to tell what had happened and that it would never be the same.We cannot thank the amazing team at Uni-Tech enough for all their hard work in repairing her car and making it look as good as new. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable body shop who has your best interest heart.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I have gone to Unitech for multiple repairs over the last 8 years. The staff is very responsive and helpful. They do an excellent job with repairs and everything has always looked brand new when I got my car back. This is my second time with Uni-tech in the past few months as I ve had bad luck with road debris. The customer service is wonderful and I m satisfied with the repairs. Hopefully will not have any car problems soon but if I do I would certainly return here.

I can not sing their praises enough! I had some damage done to my car while out of town, this was one of two shops I got an estimate at. This shop took their time to give a thorough estimate and explain each step and the costs associated with each. They helped handle everything with insurance and the rental car. They fit me in straight away and got the job done quickly and perfectly! They pretty much completely disassembled , fixed and painted my whole passenger side in 3 1/2 days. It s like brand new again, can t tell there was any damage at all. If you have a choice, use this shop, you won t regret it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Uni-Tech repaired front-end damage to my Lexus 350. The workmanship was excellent! What exceeded my expectations was the extra effort they put into detailing both the inside and outside of my car. I would highly recommend Uni-Tech Collision Repair. I was rear-ended and needed a bumper replacement and they did a phenomenal job. They were extremely helpful the entire way and really put in effort and care to my car and the associated repairs. They are a competent and professional team and they were able to finish work on my car in a little over 24 hours. They definitely had my back with the insurance company and I felt that they had my best interests at heart during the entire process!
