This is the 2nd time my son has used Tri-Tec. Each time they have been quick, courteous, and professional. Reasonably and fair priced with good explanations of the quoted prices.Very much appreciate the good customer service from TJ!

This was my first time using TriTec rather than the BMW dealership, and it was a night and day difference. At BMW I frequently don t even get an estimate until the day after my appointment, and they frequently don t have the parts in stock. At TriTec my car was finished 4 hours after I dropped it off, and the cost was a fraction of what BMW would charge. My car is now running perfectly, and BMW s service department has lost a customer.

My first service experience on 6/1/23 was exceptional. I learned or discovered this business looking for Porsche certified mechanics online and this business was listed as the second recommended business for the DMV area. I visited the business to determine if they were legit and and a professional business to entrust my vehicle for needed brake and related services. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable especially TJ. The staff made me feel welcomed and explained the expectation and the experience level of their certified mechanics. They even offered local transportation services while my car was being serviced. I highly recommend Tri Tec Automotive Inc., and will continue to do business here for all my future Porsche needs.Service: Auto brake repair

TJ really knows his stuff. I called yesterday afternoon when I discovered my front brake pads were very worn. He fit me in the same day after making a few phone calls. Tri- Tec is extremely detail oriented and can diagnosis all of your German auto needs.

My regular mechanic, Chaney Tire and Auto, recommended Tri Tec to me for the specialized repair needed to my Mid's BMW. TJ and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and had the extensive repair done in a day. I'll definitely keep this shop in mind for future European car repairs!

Tritech was great. Great turnaround time. Fair and reasonable pricing. Was able to make an appointment easily and they were able to give me a quote and then stuck to it.Had an oil change added when I dropped off and they were able to get it all done still in the time they quoted me. I highly recommend Tritech in Annapolis for your auto repair needs - big or small. If you own an import vehicle they are highly skilled and specialized to know the ins and outs of all the imported vehicles. as well. But also work on all domestic vehicles.These guys are super qualified and highly skilled and most important to me and my family - they are honest and reliable - and they don t keep your vehicle on a backlog. They get you in. Plan in advance for the services you require. And deliver your vehicle timely and as promised.I honestly think they gave my car bath before I picked it up and I didn t have detailed body work done. I had HID headlights replaced (accessed through wheel well) and an oil change / maintenance completed. and came home with all that done and clean car. Win Win Win. Will definitely take my vehicles here going forward! Lastly - for those outside of the immediate Annapolis area and hesitant about taking a vehicle to Annapolis with traffic etc. - don t be they are located on Hudson Street - easy access to route 50!! No down town traffic and if times correctly for drop off and pick up no traffic at all!!Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

I highly recommend Tri-Tec Auto. The team was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was completed on my car very quickly. They were also significantly cheaper than the BMW dealership. I called TriTec on Tuesday because my Porsche Macan S was diagnosed with a crack in my coolant tank. Dealership wanted $1,000 TriTec was $500. I dropped off my car on Thursday and my car was ready Friday morning. I also got my oil changed for good measure. Their follow-up was excellent. I highly recommend Dave and his team.

My husband and I decided to utilize Tri Tech after reading some great online reviews. We couldn t be more happier with our decision. We have brought both our Porsche Cayenne and Jaguar to have service and continue to be met with professionalism and great pricing. From TJ keeping us abreast of the issues and fixes, to David diligently following up. We would highly recommend.

These guys know there stuff. Fixed it perfectly. Disclaimer.. fixing a foreign car or a sports car or ANY car is expensive. My daughters first car (had it 2 months) needed over 4K in repairs. They did not over charge and were extremely fair in everything. Both the techs and owner were very good at communicating issues and how long things were going to take. Definitely would come back again. Thank you TJ!

Unfortunately, I didn t have the best experience at this garage. My car broke down and it had to be towed to this location. I didn t know what was wrong with it. After a few days or so I received a call saying the car was fixed and the totally cost was $2,000. I picked the car up and drove it directly home. The next time I used it which was the following day and it broke down 15 miles from my house. I get the car towed again to tritech. They call me a week later saying they narrowed the problem down to either an issue with the ECU or throttle body. They couldn t give me guarantee which of the two was the issue but if I wanted to go with the throttle body it would be an additional $1500. Since I already paid 2k for a repair that wasn t fixed, I didn t feel comfortable leaving it for them to fix. That would total 3500 dollars with no guarantee it wouldn t be the ECU. I had the car towed back to my home. I purchased the OEM throttle body online for a few hundred and yourmechanic replaced it at my home for 150 saving me $1000. The muffler that was just about the entire cost of the 2k from the initial visit wasn t even secured to the bottom of the car so after six months it was almost dragging. Thankfully, I was able to take care of that myself.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto exhaust system replacement

We ve been taking our 2014 Cayenne Diesel to TriTec for about two years. They provide great customer-centric service to our beloved vehicle. They remind us when we forget. They also give us a head s up on what will need to be done in subsequent visits. I feel very comfortable that nothing will be overlooked and that no unnecessary work will be done. Tri Tec beats going to the dealer, hands down!!Service: Oil change

I highly recommend this shop. I depended on this company several times a few years ago for regular maintenance on my 2006 Chrysler 300, then moved out of the area for a period of time.Recently I needed a new starter and had a very disappointing experience with another shop which thankfully did not do the work.I was able to get my car to Tri-Tec and was completely re-assured.I'm grateful for the professionalism of the Tri-Tec team, and for the thoroughness of the work performed.Bottom line? Lesson learned!I will never go anywhere else for maintenance and repairs.

I recently had my Mercedes CLK repaired at Tri Tec and as always they provided A+ service. They quickly diagnosed the electrical problem, completed the repair and got me in and out in the same day. Tri Tec has been servicing my vehicles for more than 20 years. So,when I ran into a problem with my car in Virginia, I did not hesitate to have it towed over a 100 miles to their shop for the repair. Always fast and friendly service at a fair price.

These guys were referred to me by my Brother and his Friend. Since they have Porsche s and I have a Volkswagon I was a little timid. Dropped my car off and was waiting for my ride that evidently was taking too long so they offered me a ride home. Anyways the pricing was fair and the quality of work was spot on. My car seat needed an 800 dollar motor to work but to cut costs the owner recommended buying a new seat would be cheaper saving me almost half the cost. Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent top notch service 100% A+++ Had my Mercedes ML 550 towed to Tri-Tec after it wouldn't start. Very good communication - i spoke with TJ - expert diagnosis - i needed a starter and an auxiliary battery (that i didn't even know i had) - i was back on the road in no time- car runs great - and - the car was clean inside and out when i got it back - that's important to me. I recommend Tri Tec Automotive! Great customer service, communication, and prices!Just got a 2015 Porsche Macan and it was due for the PDK transmission fluid change. Honestly, our cars (X5, M5, Mini Cooper) never go to a mechanic (1) because my husband is one himself (on the side) and (2) because we've had so many bad experiences with mechanics here...we're from PR :) This time we had to find one so I went to Google and found Tri Tec. Went over their reviews and decided to give them a try. They didn't disappoint! Gave them a call, dropped my SUV, they checked everything...I mean everything (fluids, brakes, etc.), called me to explain what they found and provided recommendations. After the work was done, they gave me a call to let me know it was ready for me to pick up. We'll definitely be back!

I haven t owned a car in 8 years and had some bad experiences with shops taking advantage of that. David and the team at TriTec took great care of me and my car. I felt very confirmed with recommendations on must do services and where I could wait for my pre-owned Audi. I have brought my last 5 vehicles exclusively to this shop for service. They give me every reason to return and never take my car elsewhere. The technicians are incredibly talented and honest as can be. You simply cant ask for much more when looking for an auto shop.

My family has depended upon Tri Tec to maintain our vehicles since 2006. We have been so pleased with the results that we recommend Tri Tec to other people.As buyers of pre-owned, luxury automobiles, we rely on Tri Tec because it's the one-stop place to go whether our Ford, BMW, MB, Porsche, or Volvo needs routine maintenance, repair or just new tires. The technicians provide the same top quality results as the dealers at better prices. Ninety percent of the time they return our cars in one day.As a woman, I also appreciate the way everyone respects my right to ask questions; they will even take time to pull up diagrams and to provide full answers to anything I may ask.Most of all, we have always received honest assessments of what the cars need and when a service or a repair can wait. The owner, Dave Plummer is an upstanding person with integrity. He stands by the work and makes sure it is done correctly the first time. I was referred to Tri Tec Automotive several years ago for the care of my 2005 Acura TL Sport. At that time I needed only regular service, however over the years and miles the car has needed several repairs including a clutch, axil, and brakes. Dave and his crew are quite efficient and accommodating making every effort to get a quick proper repair or service. The prices are fair and competitive with the community with the additional benefit of having the work done properly. When scheduled far enough in advance there is usually a loner car available or a ride home with in reason. The car is up to 235,000 miles and I have every intention to have Tri Tec continue to care for it.

After suffering from sky high costs of dealership service departments and low skilled auto repair shops, I found Tri Tec.and I could not be happier.Tri Tec has highly skilled technicians, who seemingly never make an error during their diagnosis or repair. I've been with Tri Tec for many years and I found the owner, David and his technicians to be very friendly, and skilled. They work on my two Mercedes and Lexus, which run flawlessly and provide high quality service with lower prices than dealerships and other well known service centers.Many thanks to David and his crew!!!!

My Porsche Cayenne was due for its 40000 miles maintenance! TriTec was recommended to me by a family member! TriTec staff are very courteous and very helpful. they take the time needed to understand your car s problem. they have repaired my old cars as parts wore out and needed to be fixed. they keep u informed of their repairs and are on time.i consider them my number one car repair center.
