It took me almost a year to notice which is entirely on me but around a year ago, I got new wheels and tires put on my car. For context, my car has staggered wheels, so wider in the back and thinner in the front, as well as asymmetric tires, so there's an inside and outside of each tire. The size of the wheel is stamped on each wheel and the inside/outside of each tire and their sizes are displayed on them, as is on every wheel and tire.What happened was, every wheel and tire was put on incorrectly as in the tread was backwards and the sizes of wheels and tires were not put where they were supposed to go.While this did occur unfortunately, my overall experience was excellent. Marcus was very accommodating, personable and professional and continued to be so when I brought this up to him a year later. Despite the gap in time, he was willing to work with me, was very reasonable, and offered to fix the problem.They're a very friendly establishment with fair pricing and great work, it's just that something slipped by in this instance by both them and I.

Marcus and his team did an amazing job on my 2019 BMW 330i. I wanted to change it up from being an everyday commuter to a sportier look, that my son would be ok driving. Marcus put refurbished 19in rims, new tires, tinting, calipers painted, and a complete detail. It is a brand new car! Pricing was the best in the area and he did it all.

Marcus and his staff at SW WHEELZ did an amazing job repairing my rims. They were real professional and quick with the job. I called on a Friday and they were able to take my wheels the next day to start the repairing process. It took them about 2/3 weeks to get my rims repaired at a great price as well. I even posted some before and after pics to show how good of a job they did. I definitely recommend giving them a look!

Marcus and his team took me from rim rash to smooth and sleek at a great rate! I purchased a vehicle with damage and needed to get the rims refurbished prior to ceramic coating. Everyone I spoke to and worked with at Wheelz was courteous and helpful. They worked with my schedule and ensured the work was done to standard. They take pride in their work and treat people well. I highly recommend them for rim refurbishing -- check out my before and after pictures!

I own my own business, Peake Mobile Marine. When I see the owner, Marcus, go above and beyond it reminds me of what I do. It was our first snow storm of the year last week. On Tuesday, at 545pm I called his business because google said his business was open until 7. He answered my call and said that even though he had picked his son up early from school, he was willing to come back to the shop and meet me at 630 PM in the middle of a snow storm to help me out with my tire.I spent an hour hanging with Marcus while he worked on my rim to get the corrosion cleaned off. He drove 35 minutes in a storm to come and help me because his business hours were listed until 7pm even though he was already home.We need more people like this in the world. Kind, caring, and ones that will go the extra mile for a stranger.Thanks Marcus. I wish you the best of luck.Lee

Marcus and Wheelz are simply the local shop you have to use. Professional, amazing work. Marcus cares more about helping you find the right look for your vehicle than selling you something. This is the 3rd vehicle Marcus has helped me with. The guy is just fantastic.

Marcus and his crew are awesome! Went to several shops to inquire about wheels and tires didn t get a lot of help and none of them followed up. Marcus was great, I told him what I was looking for and he took over from there and helped me pick out tires and told me what would fit on my truck. He made it so easy, my truck looks great! He texted me on the shipping status of the tires and had the wheels already in stock at the warehouse. If you want an easy, friendly transaction from an expert go to Marcus at SW Wheelz!!

Wanted to say Marcus and his folks are one of the best. I had new tires from another shop added to a set of aftermarket rims for my luxury car. They weren't balanced correctly; I took them to Marcus, and he re-balanced the whole set. I take sharp care of my car, as many of us. He was attentive and treated the work as if the rims were going onto his own car. Definitely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for and what to do. Got the rims back same day, I'll trust him with any work I need going forward. My first time won't be my last time.

Marcus and his staff were amazing. Fix our damaged 22" powder coated rim so nicely, I had to have them show me where the damage was. Unbelievable!! Very Fair Price and top-notch customer service. I'll be back for new rims for my truck.

Great work and customer service. All the workers have great customer service , Greeted me at the door and took care of my truck quick and efficiently. They made my vision come to life with the set of rims and tires I wanted, they also painted my brakes red. I would recommend everybody to stop and check they work out. Marcus was greatly appreciated. He stayed in touch with me the whole time going over everything I need to know.

He not only helped me select excellent rims at a great price, but took the time to educate me through the process. He even through in a few complimentary services. The shop is clean and welcoming. Took my car in to have them check the rims. Thought one rim might be damaged. Marcus and his team found minor rim damage, but the tires weren't balanced correctly. That's all that was needed. Great experience!

I visited Wheelz on yesterday to get my rims repaired and the staff and owner were both awesome. The service was friendly and professional as well as efficient. I needed same day service and was assisted immediately. I highly recommend them if you need service to your rims or need to place a new order.

Gentlemen was helping another customer outside once he came in he addressed me immediately with good morning how may I help you I told him exactly what I needed and he got to work. Can t say enough about the service. Marcus was great, came to my house and picked my damaged wheel and tire. Fixed the wheel and mounted a new tire all in less than 2 hours. Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend calling him and supporting his business after having a tornado damaged his place of business.
