I have been coming Herr for years but today I won't ever comeback, I put my card in at the pump to get some gas the pump took all of my money out and didn't give me any gas, so I go inside to speak with the cashier and he tells me it's been doing that to people all day and my money would be returned later today or tomorrow,Nope never gonna use this place again for nothing it's not a good feeling to have 150.00 taken from you for gas in a passenger vehicle when it normally only take 50.00 to fill up and the fact that the cashier had a vibe like oh well sucks to be you I'm never coming here ever again.

I am currently broken down on the side of the road after filling up here this morning. Gas must be mislabeled or watered down. When I called and asked to talk to a manager I was hung up on. Stay away.

Interesting says 24 hours but hmmm they are closed 1-5 in morning pretty sure should update saying gas pumps only 24 not storefront 24

Been going here for decades. Love that there is an automatic drive-thru car wash with rarely ever a car ahead. Always has fresh windshield washer fluid and paper towels in the DIY dispenser between the pumps, and the air station seems to always work... LOVE that it is dependable in these ways. Pretty much what a good gas station should be...but many others are not.

The gas station employee at this locationwas extremely rude to my wife. She pre-paid for 30 dollars in gas and when returning to her car was distracted by a family emergency and left the location without pumping her pre-paid gas. �She returned to the station less than 30 mins later and when trying to explain the situation to the station employee Chris he was very rude, said not my problem, its your fault you left without paying was not willing to assist in any way and after bringing my wife to tears with his raised voice and rude comments said yeah, get out of here B!*CH � Very uncalled for. You never raise your voice to a customer.

The staff is always friendly. This is not a scientific finding, but according to my calculations and comparisons to other stations, my gas mileage drops about 15-20% when filling up here. One time it was so bad, my car was lurching and stuttering, and this is a new 2021 with under 10k miles. I stopped filling up here and my mileage went back to normal and my car drove like it should. Again, this is based off about 5 fill ups so I encourage you to use your own judgement, but I would avoid the gas here. The prices are high and I will never purchase gas here again.

Predatory marketing of prices. First large number is price with car wash, but the car wash letters are very small and not lit up so u can not tell.

I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I actually made a purchase for $47 - premium gas. Five minutes after the $47 purchase, another transaction for $47.81 for regular gas was charged to my card. Both transactions were from the same gas pump. Very shady circumstances.. Bank will not refund the $47.81

They charge a 0.20 premium per gallon if you don't buy a car wash. Not to mention all the apps suspiciously have the prices listed below the actual price. Avoid.

During our 2 day long road trip I was very grateful to find this Shell gas station clean, brightly lit & full of professional & kind workers because it is a very remote area and can be a bit scary, especially at night.

Got gas here, was charged for my purchase and someone else's as well. Shell and Mastercard both want the receipt for the unauthorized purchase, which I do not have because I didn't make the unauthorized purchase.Don't go here. They will charge your card twice and you won't be able to do anything about it.EDIT in response to the vendor:I called the store directly, the person was not friendly and gave me an 800 number to call for Shell, perhaps 1-800-GO-SHELL. I called the number, and they asked for the date and time of the transaction, which I was able to give, give or take 20 minutes. Shell had an opportunity to make this right through their normal channels.

Charges you for every little thing they can possibly make a buck on. Recently increased the price of AIR but 50%. My elderly mother-in-law had the pump malfunction and gas continue to spill out all over her. She went inside and they wouldn't even come out to assist her. They just told her that she was paying for all the gas that was continuing to spill out onto the ground and that she better stop it. And all this gas was spilling into the Chesapeake water shed, but they didn't care.

RIPOFF. I attempted to use the car wash. After paying $14, it quit after soaping the vehicle. I received a new code and reattempted. It failed again. I asked for a refund and the owner refused--offering only another ticket. When I disagreed with him on this, he told me I wouldn't even get a new ticket. When I objected, he called the police. I had not threatened him in any way, but I am black and male and he chose to exploit that.

Today I thought I'd run out of gas in my husbands truck with two small children in the car after it repeatedly stalled. I parked at a nearby business and walked over with my two kids. The cashier came out from behind the counter and proceeded to do everything for me, providing and gas tank, filling up the tank, driving me in his personal car over to the truck, filling up the truck, etc. He was truly an angel in a very stressful situation! You have a customer for life!

This gas station sucks. The pumps never take my debit card, even though I have plenty of money available in my bank. It's so frustrating and inconvienent. Only go here when they are open, otherwise you won't be able to get gas even if you have money. Not only that, but the pumps themselves are slow and take forever to ask you stupid questions. I've spent 15 minutes here just waiting on the pumps to start up. Ridiculous.

Love shell gas. Best gas mileage with shell than other brands. Windshield cleaners worked and were clean/full. All gas stations should have them!

Very slow diesel pump, which failed to shut-off properly. Around 2 GPM is about the same as my bathroom faucet. Could not imagine filling saddle tanks...

Cashier refused to give fuel discount for car wash, and the car wash failed to take bird poop off the car. Would not recommend.

Do not use the car wash it has ice at the exit and my truck was pushed in to the door by the air dryer and the owner said it could not have happen that way I felt the truck move I told him I am not making this up but he did not believe me he said I am lying I i am a regular customer pretty much every day but not any more.

My car recently broke down to large quantities of water being in my gas. Cannot get the manager of Shell to return my phone call. Will never return there again
