When I purchased my car, I bought a 5 year service package and been coming to this dealership 2 or 3 times per year. Since I've already paid for it I feel obligated to use their services. Over that time, the service I received has been 1 star quality. Today I had a service advisor who completely changed my perception. She didn't do anything extraordinary, she just exhibited quality customer service. Thank youService: Oil change

I am very impressed with Sheehy Infinity. Their service managers are very friendly and tell you everything they are going to do. I haven't had them pressure me into extra services. At the end they read through their findings and suggestions. They are very professional.

I havent had any issues with the service department but I have with the sales.Its all about how you treat a customer they just want your money.They dont prep previously owned cars before you purchase. They dint fill the gas up on them on either one of the used cars purchased from them. The last one I got there the glove box wasn't attached right and was just hanging down. One of the car seat anchor caps was just laying on the floor and the shift knob leather wasn't connected to the sifter correctly. These might seem small but like I said its all how you treat the customer. I opted for the extended warranty and told them i wanted to pay for it out side the loan and they put it in the loan anyway they are shady that,s all I have to say they will rip you off any and every way the can. Think twice from buying a car from them .Now like I said I havent had any issues with services department but I do know of other that have. If you are reading this ask yourself why there is only 4 reviewsmy guess is they had all the other reviews removed they been in business for a while seems strange they only have 4 reviews on google.Take care hope this helps . I learned my lesson.

I would like to warn everyone of this dealership scams they are selling lemons the cars are no good the service technicians do not expect them and they sell you the vehicles with problems and get you to buy their package plans that does that not cover it and make you pay for everything avoid this dealership and notify everyone to avoid this dealership Mr..BrittService: Auto maintenance

Always done me right. Charging for snacks in waiting area is cheesy, but the coffee is free so it's all good.Comfortable.
