I had a great and very smooth experience over my car state inspection. Eddy was Very professional and quick and the whole process was pretty smooth. Prices are actually low than market price and is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Great place! Highly recommended!

Eddy and his team are wonderful mechanics. They take the time to figure out what the issue is at much lower diagnostic costs than other shops. They are fast and efficient. They do not hesitate to keep you informed of any issues during the process. I have taken my car to this shop many times and each time I leave satisfied. Not only are they great mechanics, but they will work with you on a price that you can afford without shorting repairs. Eddy and his team are super professional and take the time to explain and show you exactly what the problem is so that you can see for yourself. I highly recommend Precision Tune.

Bad service. They blackmail customers in the middle of repair after initial agreement $45. Oil filter housing change forced me to pay $200 by breaking it. Did not even put any label on it. Very costly very unprofessional. Do not keep words, take advantage of new comers. Beware of guys.

Best mechanic shop in town! Very friendly, explained everything and answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with the services being provided and offered!After inspecting my vehicle, they broke everything down to me with the same concern they would have for their own vehicles, the team here is extremely knowledgeable and the prices here is great, totally trustworthy and my go to spot. Highly recommend !

I needed a lot of work done on my car. My car was fixed in a timely manner and the price was more reasonable than other places. The workers were helpful and professional. I liked that they actually showed me if there was a part on my car that needed to be fixed, so that I could see the problem myself.

These guys answered the phone immediately, saw me the same day for my inspection. While waiting 4 customers walked in with multiple issues no appointments and they saw every single customer. This is the only shop I ll take my vehicles to, they re extremely friendly, incredible customer service and extremely fair on pricing.

I recently had my state inspection done at Precision Tune Auto Care on West Street, and I had an excellent experience. The staff, especially the ASC certified technician, Imran, demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They efficiently completed the inspection in a timely manner, showcasing attention to detail and thoroughness. Overall, it was a hassle-free and commendable service that I would wholeheartedly recommend to others.

You will find too many negative comments about this car repair shop which is too good to be true.Just BEWARE! and try to avoid from this place all cost if you don't want to be ripped off.Unprofessional and dishonest and I felt like they were trying to rip me off at every turn.Overpriced and lack of transparency in their pricing is infuriating.They seem to make up charges on the spot.it's crucial for potential customers to be aware of others' experiences. In this case, it might be wise to consider other options and research alternative repair shops with more positive feedback and a better track record. Your vehicle's maintenance and repair are important, and you deserve a reliable and trustworthy service provider.Save yourself the hassle and money by avoiding this place at all costs

BEWARE! Scammers! Bought a vehicle in VA and went here to I get an inspection. The car had only 16k miles. They told me it wouldn t pass MD state inspection because it had an after market exhaust (which we a lie) when the dealer provided MD inspection requirements, they changed their story saying it had a leak. Dealer checked and there was no leaks. I went to another reputable auto shop, where they told me the car was in excellent shape and it passed the state inspection with flying colors, NO LEAKS. They also told me only reason a vehicle won t pass inspection in MD for an after market exhaust is if the catalytic converters were removed. Which was not the case. If these people do these type of things on a simple procedure as a state inspection, I can only imagine what they do if your car actually needs repairs. I hardly ever write reviews but I wanted to warn people. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

My husband and I were stranded after a long flight home. The check engine light was flashing and the car was not accelerating. We pulled into Precision Tune Auto Care and they took care of us and got us right back on the rode to home. Great group of guys. I wish I lived closer so I could use them for all of my repair needs.

OMG! This was an elevated service experience. I ve never been treated so well. My car needed to be serviced and also needed front and rear brake pads (I knew this going in). They did not attempt to sell me on any additional services. I had a situation picking up my car and they helped me resolve it right away. I will be back and I will tell others about my amazing experience! EDDIE you re simply the best!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

The team here is wonderful! They gave me very honest feedback on what was wrong with my car, tried everything to fix it and then helped me out with exactly what to say to the dealer to get it fixed (it was a computer issue that was out of their hands). They even advised me how to get it fixed under warranty and no cost to me through Hyundai! I appreciate their hard and timely work, extremely fair prices, and I will definitely be back for any further issues!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Randomly called precision as my usual mechanic was too busy. I purchased the part they did a second diagnostic to firm the issue and fixed it quickly conscientiously and at a fair price, while there I decided to have the oil changed. $70 is about the going rate. I really enjoyed the congeniality of the entire shop, I will go back...

They will rig your vehicle enough to get you out of there, and they'll bust your head with labor prices. Bri g your own parts. May save you a few hundred bucks. They charged me $359 for a part that I found for $89 right down the street!

Was originally quoted for getting some thing changed out on my car they didn t have the part they quoted me for so they went on ahead and put a more expensive part on the car didn t even call me or let me know or even ask if that s what I wanted, then tried to charge me $200 more then the original price. Hands down the most unprofessional place! Save you time and money and go to the jiffy lubes I m front of it!Service: Auto maintenance

Extremely good service tech who helped explain the issue and diagnose my cars problem. I was extremely happy with the engine diagnostics and will be sure to update after the repair is done. Was reasonable priced and i love that they take the engine diagnostics price paid off of the repair price.-Great detailed repair, had oil change done also and u CANT beat their price anywhere else. My car drives great and they have def gained a new customer. Highly recommend. -

Took a recently purchased out of state vehicle for safety inspection. He was very fair and honest. Also replaced my rear brakes for a reasonable price. I will be coming here from now on. A trustworthy mechanic is hard to find.

Dropped by to get an oil change on 8/27/2022. Didn t have an appointment. When I asked if they had time, I was told they only have 100% synthetic oil for $90. That was exactly the response. Not, yes, but . He clearly did not want to do an oil change for me. ALSO, the sign on the wall said 3% fee for ALL credit card transactions. Dude, you are a service center & no one carries cash any more.This place used to be owned by Robbie & he was great!Won t be going back.

I would strongly recommend against taking your car here for any kind of service.For starters I called a day ahead to schedule a time to leave my car. Since no one answered and their was only a recording, I left a message to return my call per instructions on the recording. No one ever returned my call. It was important for my call to be returned at the following day was may day off to get this done.I called the next day and spoke to the manager about leaving my first think the next morning. However when I arrived, I found they made no record of my appointment early the following day.In addition, they refused to honor a coupon that Precision Tune distributed widely, by citing a stipulation that was nowhere mentioned on the coupon.As I informed the manager I would be contacting the corporate main office to complain about distributing a coupon their company refused to honor, the manager cited that as a reason for refusal to perform any work on my car.On top of everything their manner of dealing with customers in general is rather unpleasant.Who needs this kind of abominable service to make their life more complicated. Reviewers are required to assign one star. Annapolis Precision Tune deserves none.

Very good business filled with honest and great mechanics! I had owned a car that had quite a bit of problems. I had taken it to Precision Tune Auto, and was met by Eddy. He helped me figure out exactly what the problems were on my vehicle and tended to it personally. Thanks to him, I learned a lot more about cars than I have before. Im telling you, mechanics like these are a blessing to find. Definitely give this place a visit!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

If you are having electrical issues, which are a nightmare, these dudes are who you need to see. Me nor two other people could fix it! And he fixed it in five minutes!!!! Nice dudes too

This shop and the manager was very professional and kind. Took time to explain the repairs needed and When the car would be done. No pressure was put on me to have additional work done but because they were so up front I had then change the oil as well. Their prices were very competitive. Not the usual feeling of being taken advantage of which is important because I am a female and know a little about a car's engine but did not let them know that. Very honest. Robbie and the tech really seemed to like their jobs because the are very good at them!

I had called two weeks prior to going in for an alignment and made an appointment. when I arrived, my appointment was not entered, but I was still taken care of and not only was the staff super friendly, they were also very efficient and got me out in a timely manner. my car drives so much smoother now! great service at a great price!

Best experience I ve ever had at a franchise type of auto repair establishment. Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what was going on with my daughters car. As a woman, I am always worried about being taken advantage of when it comes to car stuff. This was not the case at all! Paul was fair and straight forward. I would definitely come back for service!

I was very pleased with my recent oil change. The price was more than reasonable. I called for an appointment and 2 hours later I was in. They also didn t try to sell me anything but did find a small matter which they told me to get taken care. I would certainly use them again.

Customer ServiceWhen I initially called on Friday the manager stated I had to consult the weather for the next 2 days for headlight restoration and give a call back. I said it won't rain until Tuesday he said okay come Monday. I said you told me it couldn't rain within 24 hours of having it down. He said well you can't come today I'm booked. I said okay thank you. He called me back 2 minutes later and asked how soon could I make it. I said 30 minutes. When I arrived 45 minutes later he said I thought you would be here in 20 minutes so I could work you in. I said I didn't say 20 and plus there is nobody here.ServiceThe guy was great didn't get his name but my headlights look awesome and he said them getting wet isn't an issue. It took about 30 minutes. Those headlights were really dating my vehicle. My car almost looks like the newer models. 5 stars for sure.
