The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I received a video from the mechanic while he was inspecting my car. That was a first for me. They gave my car clean by Health. They charged, cleaned and polished it up my TAYCAN before returning it to me. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

Porsche Annapolis, This is My 3rd 911 200. If I had to picked from The 5 service center in My area, Porsche Annapolis is becoming My # 1, First Choice . My Service Advisor was Julianna Brown ,,, Just met her for the first time and she is definitely, Genuinely pleasant to do business with and Nice about it! I will be taking My 911 C4S back to them for any of my service related issues.

My entire experience with Annapolis Porsche went extremely smooth. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and answered all of my questions. My salesman Mark helped make the decision to purchase my vehicle easy due to his great service and salesmanship. And Danny in finance made closing the deal a breeze.I highly recommend Porsche of Annapolis for your next car purchase.

Wonderful customer service! They send you a video so you can see the technician going through the car and explaining everything to you. You never have to worry about them, saying something needs repaired without actually being able to see the wear and tear. Their lounge is very comfortable. I was able to do some work because they have private little business rooms. Definitely recommend!

I joined the Porsche Family this weekend.It was a great experience for my family and I. I been to other dealerships and felt uncomfortable due to poor salesmanship that I believe was because my young age and race. I felt valued at Porsche Annapolis.I walked in and asked to work with Stephen Wilcox. Stephen was very knowledgeable about Porsche and made the entire process smooth. Glad to have worked with him.I worked with Danny Pena in financing, I had my own financing but still added some Porsche packages. Very straight forward process, no pressure and no shady business.Overall, I had a great experience. I think my experience here, makes me excited to remain in the Porsche family moving forward.

I had a great buying experience with Porsche Annapolis. I'm a current Porsche vehicle owner and have dealt with multiple Porsche dealerships in Washington D.C. area in the past 10 years. I think Porsche Annapolis is probably the best from my experience. The entire staff is very friendly, and I especially appreciate Charlie Hutchinson, sales person, who is very knowledgeable about Porsche vehicles and very professional in handling any questions, test drive, etc. He was very responsive and transparently communicated during the entire process, and the way the staff handled my purchase was highly streamlined and easy to follow. The finance manager, Danny Pena, was also extremely helpful in handling all paperwork seamlessly. By the time that we completed the paperwork, the vehicle was fully detailed (including engine bay) and ready to go.

Rob Schiller and Rob Blizzard lead a great maintenance team at Porsche Annapolis. They thoroughly analyzed an issue I was having with my Cayenne and resolved it. They take video recordings to walk you through their progress as they work on your vehicle so you understand all the steps in the process. Thanks again Gentlemen for your thoroughness and attention to details!

I called Porsche Annapolis on my way to work after I unexpectedly ran into some boxes that fell out of a truck in front of me. I asked if they could check underneath the car to make sure there was no substantial damage. My service Director, Rob, laid out the red carpet for me. They provided me a video while they were looking under the car and also noticed a couple of small items that needed attention. I would highly recommend Porsche of Annapolis!

I absolutely love this place! I ve gone to two other Porsche service centers/dealers in this area and the one in Annapolis is honestly just the best! The people are great, the service is amazing, and location is great! They always have a loaner if I need one verses other places and they are just so freaking nice!

I was planning to buy a 2024 Cayenne Turbo GT, had talked to a sales rep named Stephen and agreed to a deal. Even placed a $5000 deposit. When I asked them questions on certain incentives with financing with them a smug sales manager called me and backed off from the deal after 3 days of giving me a runaround. I expected a better treatment and experience when purchasing a $220,000 car.But at the end I am really happy I found another dealership in the area that treated me well and I was able to acquire the Porsche that I like with respect a customer deserves . Definitely recommend buying a Porsche from a different dealer than them.

Thank you Juliana and the rest of the team. They went out of their way to correct an issue that turned out to be more than I thought. But, after all their hustle, they were able to find me the precise part I needed without having to get additional parts that usually come as a set. When I picked job my vehicle they advised that they were able to get the part under warranty to help save me some money and headache down the road. Thank you

My wife took the Cayenne for its annual maintenance this time. She had no complaints. She explained how much she appreciated the office space and how informative the staff was when it came to her time. Always a great experience at Porsche Annapolis no matter what department we deal with.

Great service for two cars - Hugo scheduled promptly, serviced quickly and picked up and delivered as promised. No surprises which is always welcome. Almost 10 years with Hugo and Porsche if Annapolis and will continue to use!

A quick hat tip to both Rob B. and Julie at Porsche Annapolis for their exemplary service and communication. It s likely fair to say that customers have a baseline expectation based on dealership reputation and brand; those expectations were certainly exceeded during my past experience. Thank you both for doing the extra legwork - e.g., sourcing an identical car to ensure that an aftermarket exhaust was installed properly; offering to deliver/switch out an additional loaner - to guarantee an especially smooth customer experience.

I just bought my second Taycan (Carmine Red GTS) from Porsche Annapolis in two years and I could not be happier. This is truly the best dealership I have ever gone too. They make you feel like it is a family and there is never any pressure to buy. I want to say a special thanks to Mark, Katherine and Danny for making my experience at Porsche Annapolis so amazing. Every time I had purchased a luxury car at another dealer, the experience was always terrible. With Katherine, Mark and Danny it is always incredible. I will be buying a car from them every year or two going forward and highly recommend anyone even considering a Porsche to go to Porsche Annapolis.On a separate note, I want to say thank you to Hugo who has made any repairs I have needed incredibly easy and seamless.

Great service with extremely detailed information of the work the was done! The loaner provides was a 2024 Cayenne which was great and appreciated since other luxury dealers have given me Toyotas and a cringe Challenger as an "upgrade". Hugo was great and very helpful, and I would absolutely recommend you head here for service.

I ve had my Boxster S since I bought it new in 2009. Porsche of Annapolis has always done the service. Yesterday s service was routine- replacement of signal light bulbs. I was treated like family, given a ride to the local mall while I waited. The service staff is always friendly and concerned about maintaining my car which now has 97K miles and looks new.

Porche Annapolis team is wonderful. They are very nice . I were not sure whether to buy cayenne or not but Katherine and Charles cracked that deal and sent me home with cayenne .Ofcourse Danny is also a great guy .They made my day and finally they sold me one of the best suv . Customer service was great. However, the wait for service was extremely long. I was not offered a loaner or a ride home, until I ask for a ride home, due to the fact that my vehicle was not going to be ready the same day.

My wife & I had an excellent experience at Porsche of Annapolis. We needed to add a 4WD vehicle to our family's line-up, so we test drove several makes & models. We would eventually decide to visit this Porsche dealer to look at some of their inventory. Here's where our experience was outstanding: The sales team actually listened to what we were looking for and did not try to talk us into something that didn't meet our needs, tastes, or budget.We ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned Panamera 4S and it was as smooth as can be thanks to Mark and Chris. Mark made sure we were aware of all of the maintenance & protection plans they had to offer so we could make informed decisions on caring for our investment. We added additional years to the CPO warranty, as well as the 36 month tire & wheel protection plan. Chris on the other hand went above and beyond by doing some little things that went a long way like putting brand new battery s in the key fobs prior to our departure.Even Danny in Finance gave us exceptional service by making sure we received the lowest interest rate possible! Beating out our own home bank. These guys and gals are the gold standard of how to handle clients with the utmost professionalism and quality of service. The hospitality was unmatched and they left no stone unturned.We would gladly drive the 45 mins from Alexandria VA to Annapolis to be on the receiving end of exceptional service and flawless transactions.Whether you re purchasing a new or used vehicle, they bring their A game!

First worked with them last January when we investigated month- end deals on pre-owned Macan s. Talked numbers but ultimately walked away because the deal wasn t anything special (typical fees, etc). Fast forward to December when we revisited to see what was in stock worth buying. Note: we went to Annapolis because their online pre-owned pricing tended to be better than other DMV Porsche dealers. Found a car we liked and asked them to put together an offer. Came back with typical $1000 in fees dealers like to throw on to cover admin costs and pad their margins, except this time they had an extra $999 line item for a reconditioning fee . It s a pre-owned car! Of course there s going to be some reconditioning/cleanup of it. That s supposed to be baked into your price already. I found this to be disingenuous. Take note: their pre-owned pricing on the internet is not what it seems.Even having seen the reconditioning fee for what it was, we negotiated back and forth and settled on a price. Next up, the financing dept., who made the typical attempts to upsell extended warranties, service packages, tire packages, etc. We declined 5 of the 7 but ultimately agreed to the PSMP (Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Plan) and the tire package. I calculated the total cost over the life of the loan for each and in a moment of weakness signed off on both (Wanted to get the deal over with and get out of there and figured I could research and cancel if needed). Well, went home, did my research, and realized the PSMP is just a glorified oil/filter change schedule. Maybe the 40K service had a little more to it, but not much, so I decided to call back the next morning(within 6 business hours of signing the deal) to request to drop the PSMP. Danny, the Finance guy, tells me he can t cancel it - Porsche won t let them . Says maybe they could cut us a check to offset some of it, but they can t cancel it. I tell him I want it cancelled but to send me an email with what they d propose if they aren t willing/able to cancel. CRICKETS. Well, outside of sending me a Porsche brochure on PSMP which says it can t be cancelled, and which I was never provided prior to signing off. Sent multiple follow ups to multiple folks and they opted not to respond. They ghosted me for weeks until I posted this review(now edited). They did offer a concession(which we took) but it still left us with an overpriced service plan at the end of the day.Ultimately, I signed the deal, but please TAKE HEED. DO NOT AGREE TO ANY EXTRA PROGRAMS UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH LIGHTING $1000s OF DOLLARS ON FIRE. There are plenty of local independent Porsche shops that handle the basic servicing of your vehicle at a greatly reduced cost. For the one-off technical work that requires Porsche techs, handle that a-la-carte at a Porsche dealer. Don t say I didn t warn you

I never thought I would buy a car out of state without seeing it. But the people at Porsche Annapolis really made it easy and enjoyable. Stephen Wilcox is an amazing sales person with great communication skills. Stephen guided me through the whole process, sent pictures, followed up with videos, and replied to every question I had. With the help of his manager, Chris Martin, the deal was finalized and I received the car that I m very happy with.Good people, great dealer, and fantastic product.
